In summary, the linking mechanism 9, the first folding column 10, the first connecting column 11, the second folding column 12 and the second connecting column 13 are combined to form a linking state, so that the warning device can be quickly unfolded, the first folding column 10, the first connecting column 11, the second folding column 12 and the second connecting column 13 are unfolded and positioned on the same vertical axis, the lower end of the second connecting column 13 is in threaded connection with the column mounting part of the counterweight base 1, and the assembly between the unfolded warning device main body and the counterweight base 1 is completed;
according to fig. 1, 16 and 17, the adjusting bolt 27 is screwed and rotated, after the adjusting bolt 27 is loosened, the friction between the bracket 26 and the longitudinal side wall of the movable frame 25 is reduced, the adjusting bolt 27 is pushed, the adjusting bolt 27 drives the bracket 26 to move along the long groove part of the movable frame 25, the bracket 26 moves upwards in the mounting groove part of the movable frame 25, and the upper end of the bracket 26 is rotationally connected to the longitudinal frame body of the U-shaped mounting bracket 28, and the bracket 26 is arranged in an inclined state on the movable frame 25, so that the U-shaped mounting bracket 28 drives the solar charging device 29 to overturn and expand on the movable frame 25 by pushing of the bracket 26;
