Comparative example 3
A high-strength composite plastic steel plate comprises, by weight, 90 parts of resin, 25 parts of reinforcing agent, 2 parts of compatilizer, 3.5 parts of antioxidant, 2.5 parts of modifier, 3.5 parts of stabilizer and 2.5 parts of lubricant.
The resin is polyvinyl chloride.
The polyvinyl chloride purchasing manufacturer is a chlor-alkali industry division company of electric metallurgy of Ordos, inner Mongolia, and the model is SG-5.
The reinforcing agent is light calcium carbonate.
The light calcium carbonate purchasing manufacturer is Guangyuan ultra-fine powder company Limited in Jiangyin, and the model is YG.
The compatilizer is vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer.
The vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer is purchased from Hubei Shuixi Biotech Co., Ltd., model number LC-201.
The antioxidant is a mixture of phosphite ester, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-methylphenol and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol.
The antioxidant is phosphite ester, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-methylphenol and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, and the weight ratio of the phosphite ester to the 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-methylphenol is 1.5: 1: 1.
the modifier is an ACR modifier.
The ACR modifier is ACR resin prepared from acrylate monomers by an emulsion polymerization process.
The ACR modifier is purchased from Zibo Huaxing auxiliary agent Co., Ltd, and has the model of ACR-ZB-401.
The stabilizer is a calcium zinc stabilizer.
The calcium content in the calcium-zinc stabilizer is 16 wt%, and the zinc content is 9 wt%.
The purchasing manufacturer of the calcium-zinc stabilizer is Hengshuixing auxiliary agent company Limited.
The lubricant is PE wax.
The PE wax purchasing manufacturer is Ninghai Boer chemical industry Co., Ltd, and the model is BR-2.
The preparation method of the high-strength composite plastic steel plate comprises the following steps: mixing polyvinyl chloride, a reinforcing agent, a compatilizer, an antioxidant, a modifier, a stabilizer and a lubricant in sequence, and then performing melt extrusion and molding to prepare the high-strength composite plastic steel plate; the melting temperature was 140 ℃.
Performance testing
The high strength composite plastic steel sheets prepared in examples 1 to 2 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to the following performance tests, and the test results are shown in table 1.
1. Density: density measurements were carried out by the dipping method according to the GB/T1033.1-2008 standard.
2. Tensile strength: the tensile strength was tested at a test speed of 5mm/min according to the GB/T1040.2-2006 standard.
3. Bending strength: the flexural strength was tested at a test speed of 5mm/min according to the GB/T9341-2008 standard.
4. Impact strength of the simply supported beam notch: according to the standard of GB/T1043.1-2008, a type 1 sample notch is adopted, the support distance is 62mm, and the notch impact strength is tested.

Claims (10)
1. A high-strength composite plastic steel plate is characterized by comprising, by weight, 85-100 parts of resin, 20-30 parts of reinforcing agent, 1-3 parts of compatilizer, 2-5 parts of antioxidant, 1-4 parts of modifier, 2-5 parts of stabilizer and 2-8 parts of lubricant.
2. The high strength composite plastic steel plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein said resin is polyvinyl chloride.
3. The high-strength composite plastic-steel plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reinforcing agent is calcium carbonate.
4. The high strength composite plastic steel plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein said compatibilizer is vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer.
5. The high strength composite plastic steel sheet according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said lubricant comprises lubricant A and lubricant B.
6. The high-strength composite plastic steel plate as claimed in claim 5, wherein the weight ratio of the lubricant A to the lubricant B is 1: (0.8-1.2).
7. The high-strength composite plastic-steel plate material as claimed in claim 6, wherein said lubricant A is PE wax.
8. The high-strength composite plastic-steel plate according to claim 6, wherein the lubricant B is a grease polymer.
9. The high-strength composite plastic-steel plate according to claim 8, wherein the grease polymer is epoxidized soybean oil.
10. Use of the high strength composite plastic steel plate according to any one of claims 1 to 9 in the field of hydraulic engineering.
