本发明公开了一种活体生物诱生负氧离子的方法及应用、负氧离子涂料、远红外负氧离子粉、制备方法,活体生物诱生负氧离子的方法,包括以下步骤:将以下重量份的组分混合得到叶面肥:独居石粉浸泡液45‑55份、复合氨基酸1‑4份、复合维生素5‑8份、叶绿素提取物25‑33份、古法中药煅烧炮制钍8‑10份以及固氮剂0.4‑1.2份;将叶面肥喷洒于桑树叶面上,叶面无明显水后摘取桑叶喂养蚕,收集蚕沙和蚕蛹;将蚕茧用盐水煮开成丝,将蚕丝分解萃取干燥得到蚕丝蛋白粉;能够降低所需蛋白粉中放射性元素的含量,得到的蚕丝蛋白粉、蚕沙以及蚕蛹还能释放负氧离子,增加了空气中负氧离子的浓度,有利于人体的健康。

技术领域
本发明属于负氧离子技术领域,具体涉及一种活体生物诱生负氧离子的方法及应用、负氧离子涂料、远红外负氧离子粉、制备方法。
背景技术
负离子,是空气中一种带负电荷的气体离子。在自然生态系统中,森林和湿地是产生负离子的重要场所。
人们将负离子称为"空气维生素",认为负离子像维生素一样,对人体有着至关重要的作用。
目前主要有两大作用,一是疗养保健,二是空气优化。
负离子会主动出击捕捉小粒微尘,使其凝聚而沉淀,可以有效减少PM2.5对人体健康的危害。研究表明,负氧离子浓度与人体健康呈正相关关系,对身体具有保健作用。据相关研究显示,负离子对人体7个系统、近30多种疾病具有镇静、抑制、缓解和辅助治疗作用,尤其对人体的保健作用更为明显。
提高会破坏癌细胞的自然杀手细胞的功能,抑制癌症的发生和进行;
能改善和增加肺功能,提高人的肺活量;明显扩张血管,解除动脉血管痉挛,有效改善心绞痛,恢复血压正常;使血液变慢、延长凝血时间,增加血中含氧量,利于血氧输送、吸收和利用;有效改善大脑皮层功能,振奋精神、消除疲劳、改善睡眠,增加食欲;能够抑制血清胆固醇,使血液净化的巨噬细胞活化,防止脂肪沉积于血管壁;抑制引起过敏或发炎症状的无色三烯;抑制肾上腺素,使末梢血管扩张,改善血液循环,使血压稳定;防止动脉化或肝脏障碍;促进人体新陈代谢,提高人体免疫力,增强人体肌能,调节肌体功能平衡。
现有能够产生负氧离子方式有以下几类:第一类:电气石类矿石、如六环石等,优点是产生负离子有益健康改善空气质量,产生负离子一般在每立方厘米1000个,添加多了负离子会产生的更多。
第二类:负离子电磁发生器类产品,也就是市场上常见的负离子空气净化器或者负离子发生器,总之是用电的。原理是将低电压提升至直流负高压,向空气中释放大量电子,(电子无法在空气中稳定存在)会被氧分子捕捉形成负氧离子;缺点:产生负离子的同时附带产生臭氧,呼吸无论多少都会伤害人体器官。
第三类:空气中的气体或原子外层电子逸出,形成带正电的正离子,逸出的电子与中性分子结合成为空气负离子,在与氧结合形成负氧离子,只存在于理论中,并未得以实际运用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有产生负离子的方式存在上述问题,本发明提供活体生物诱生负氧离子的方法。
本发明采用以下技术方案:一种活体生物诱生负氧离子的方法,包括以下步骤:提取叶绿素:将桑叶、蒲公英、生菜叶、柞树叶、莴苣、丝瓜叶、枸杞叶以及油麦菜混合提取叶绿素得到叶绿素提取物;
制备桑树种植叶面肥:将以下重量份的组分混合:独居石粉浸泡液45-55份、复合氨基酸1-4份、复合维生素5-8份、叶绿素提取物25-33份、古法中药煅烧炮制钍8-10份以及固氮剂0.4-1.2份;
将叶面肥喷洒于桑树叶面上,叶面无明显水后摘取桑叶喂养蚕,收集蚕沙和蚕蛹;
将蚕茧用盐水煮开成丝,将蚕丝分解萃取干燥得到蚕丝蛋白粉。
古法中药煅烧炮制钍的具体制备方法如下:
S1:将钍原料炒制成烟黄色筛除渣子盐和沙子,再放入锅内加热喷水瞬间有蒸腾气出现,氧化焖至15分钟,打开锅加入被中药事先浸泡的发酵草酸水,得到混合物;发酵草酸水的制作法为:甘草、干姜、白芷、艾草各100g、碳酸氢钠1g、啤酒酵母菌粉20g以及加水2.5kg发酵成酸水后加醋250ml;
S2:将混合物研磨倾取上部的混悬液,然后再将沉于下部的粗末继续研磨,这样反复操作,研至将细粉无渣为度,得到炮制钍;
S3:泡好大豆1000g和炮制钍一起研磨成豆浆加石膏成脑晒干粉碎成白色粉末备用,该白色粉末为古法中药煅烧炮制钍。
进一步限定,所述叶面肥于上午时间喷洒于桑树叶面上。
进一步限定,摘取桑叶时间为16:00-18:00。
进一步限定,制备桑树种植叶面肥:将以下重量份的组分混合:独居石粉浸泡液50份、复合氨基酸3份、复合维生素7份、叶绿素提取物30份、古法中药煅烧炮制钍9.5份以及固氮剂0.5份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过提取植物本身的叶绿素,得到叶绿素提取物,将其与独居石粉浸泡液、复合氨基酸、复合维生素、叶绿素提取物、古法中药煅烧炮制钍以及固氮剂混合,作为桑叶的叶面肥使用,得到的桑叶喂食蚕,复合氨基酸、复合维生素以及叶绿素提取物可以降低独居石粉浸泡液和古法中药煅烧炮制钍对蚕的副作用;制备得到的蚕沙、蚕蛹、蚕丝蛋白粉可作为负离子发生原料,用于提高空气中负氧离子的浓度;并且通过生物链转换使得蚕丝蛋白粉中的放射源含量符合国家标准(GB6566-2010,<或=0.5),并且制备得到的蚕丝蛋白粉还具有抑菌和杀菌的作用,用于熔喷布的制作中。
本发明还公开了一种负氧离子涂料,包括以下重量份的组分:甾醇7-15份、酵母菌0.1-0.5份、松针提取液1-3份、葛根粉5-10份、含银离子粉50-60份、上述制备得到的蚕丝蛋白粉1-3份、二氧化钛粉2-5份以及贝壳粉0.8-2份。
蚕丝蛋白粉作为放射源,叶绿体光储能,二氧化钛粉和贝壳粉合成导电体,松针提取液提供生物酶和空气催化载体变化,将分散集中放射,甾醇放生性尖端放射电离导体,在与空气中的氧原子作用产生了负氧离子。
本发明还公开了一种负氧离子涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将甾醇、酵母菌、松针提取液、葛根粉、含银离子粉以及蚕丝蛋白粉混合发酵18-25h,得到发酵液;
向发酵液中加入二氧化钛粉搅拌均匀后干燥成粉,随后加入贝壳粉碾磨即可。
进一步限定,所述负氧离子涂料的粒径为2000目。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过添加蚕丝蛋白粉,且与甾醇、酵母菌、松针提取液、葛根粉、含银离子粉混合发酵用于释放负氧离子,检测距离14米仍然检测到每立方厘米1260个,贴近面8万个以上;二氧化钛粉辅助降解空气甲醛作用;负氧离子涂料中的酶作用是利用酶催化实现光储能载体中与空气变化,把分散到集中射放电离,在自然界中干燥是树脂在阳光照射下,树脂吸收了大量正离子,树木会通过叶脉疏散到树叶尖端放射电离,强烈暴晒干燥会易燃发生火灾。
本发明还公开了一种远红外负氧离子粉,包括以下重量份的组分:上述蚕沙5-10份、上述蚕蛹3-5份、甘草1-5份、干姜3-8份、肉桂5-9份、八角1-3份、香叶2-5份、茴香6-9份、丁香3-7份、远红外陶瓷粉60-70份、竹盐0.5-2份以及硫磺0.01-0.03份。
本发明还公开了一种远红外负氧离子粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将蚕沙、蚕蛹、甘草、干姜、肉桂、八角、香叶、茴香、丁香以及硫磺混合煅烧成粉,得到基料粉;
将基料粉、竹盐以及远红外陶瓷粉混合研磨成粉即可。
进一步限定,所述远红外生物电碳负氧离子粉的粒径为2000目。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过将蚕沙和蚕蛹,甘草、干姜、肉桂、八角、香叶、茴香、丁香以及硫磺混合且煅烧得到基料粉,基料粉中主要是碳,并且与竹盐、远红外陶瓷粉混合,能够杀菌抑菌,净化空气环境,吸潮防腐,并且杀菌效果持久,检测每立方厘米可以产生5万个负离子。
具体实施方式
复合氨基酸和复合维生素均是市面上购买得到的,固氮菌剂为现有植物栽培过程中通用使用菌剂;
甾醇,规格:800目,食品级,提取原料为各种植物纤维,湖北丹奥药业生产;
酵母菌由食用菌孢子和安琪牌酵母发酵制成;
松针提取液为从松针植物中提取得到的提取液;
葛根粉采购于钟祥市憨娃食品有限公司;含银离子粉购买于现有市场上所流通的产品即可,起到杀菌作用。
二氧化钛粉和远红外陶瓷粉网上淘宝购买,规格:2000目,纯度95%;
壳粉,北戴河购买贝壳研磨成粉,规格2000目,综合载体作用;
实施例1
一种活体生物诱生负氧离子的方法,包括以下步骤:
提取叶绿素:将桑叶500g、蒲公英300g、生菜叶200g、柞树叶700g、莴苣800g、丝瓜叶500g、枸杞叶300g以及油麦菜1000g混合提取叶绿素得到叶绿素提取物;
制备桑树种植叶面肥:将以下质量混合:独居石粉浸泡液45kg、复合氨基酸1kg、复合维生素5kg、叶绿素提取物25kg、古法中药煅烧炮制钍8kg以及固氮剂0.4kg;
将叶面肥于上午时间喷洒于桑树叶面上,16:00-18:00摘取桑叶喂养蚕,收集蚕沙和蚕蛹;
将蚕茧用盐水煮开成丝,将蚕丝分解萃取干燥得到蚕丝蛋白粉。
其中,本实施例中蚕选用东北的蚕个头大和吐丝坚硬的蚕种。
实施例2
一种负氧离子涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:称取以下质量的原料:甾醇1000g、酵母菌30g、松针提取液200g、葛根粉800g、含银离子粉5500g,含银离子粉100g、蚕丝蛋白粉200g;
S2:将甾醇、酵母菌、松针提取液、葛根粉、含银离子粉以及实施例1制备得到的蚕丝蛋白粉混合发酵18-25h,得到发酵液;
S3:向发酵液中加入二氧化钛粉搅拌均匀后干燥成粉,随后加入贝壳粉碾磨成2000目的粉末即可。
实施例3
一种远红外负氧离子粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:称取以下质量的原料:实施例1制备得到的蚕沙500g和蚕蛹300g,甘草300g、干姜500g、肉桂800g、八角200g、香叶400g、茴香800g、丁香500g、竹盐150g、远红外陶瓷粉6000g以及硫磺2g;
S2:将实施例1制备得到的蚕沙和蚕蛹,甘草、干姜、肉桂、八角、香叶、茴香、丁香以及硫磺混合煅烧成粉,得到基料粉;
S3:将基料粉、竹盐以及远红外陶瓷粉混合研磨成2000目的粉末即可。
现对实施例1制备得到的蚕丝蛋白粉进行检测,蚕丝蛋白粉中放射源含量为0.3wt%,符合GB6566-2010标准,说明通过生物链的方式能够降低所需蛋白粉中放射性元素的含量,得到的蚕丝蛋白粉还能释放负氧离子,增加了空气中负氧离子的浓度,有利于人体的健康。
对实施例2制备得到的负氧离子涂料进行检测结果如表1所示。

注未检出说明:挥发性有机化合物含量(VOC)<2g/L;苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯总和<50mg/kg,游离甲醛<5mg/kg,镉Cd<0.5mg/kg,汞Hg<0.1mg/kg。
对实施例2制备得到的负氧离子涂料涂于测验舱内,2天后检测测验舱内空气中负氧离子的浓度,未涂有负氧离子涂料的测验舱为空白对照,结果如表2所示。

由表1和表2可知,实施例2制备得到的负氧离子涂料中各物质的含量均满足国家相应的标准,并且对空气中诱导生成的负氧离子量可达1.22×1010(ions/(s﹒m2)),检测依据:GB/T28628-2012,使得空气中的负氧离子量保持在较高水平,有利于人体的健康。
对实施例2制备得到的负氧离子涂料进行放射性核素的检测,结果如表3所示。

对实施例2制备得到的负氧离子涂料进行检测,结果如表4所示。

由表3和表4可知,放射性核元素的活度均较低,并且内外照射指数均远小于标准,因此其能够安全和放心使用。
对实施例3制备得到的远红外负氧离子粉进行检测,结果如表5和表6所示。

由表5和表6可知,实施例3制备得到的远红外负氧离子粉的远红外发射率和远红外辐射温升均满足标准要求,且空气中的负氧离子显著提高,有利于人体的健康。
实施例4
采用实施例1中制备得到的蚕丝蛋白粉添加于制备熔喷布的原料中,制备方法和工艺与现有制备熔喷布相同,本实施例不在详细说明。
对本实施例制备得到的熔喷布和现有市面所售熔喷布(作为对照组)对常见的细菌的抑菌检测结果,结果如表7所示。

根据GB15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》附录C4规定:抑菌率≥50-90%,产品有抑菌效果,抑菌率≥50-90%,产品有抑菌作用;抑菌率≥50-90%,产品有较强抑菌作用。
由表7可知,通过活体生物诱生负氧离子得到的蚕丝蛋白粉具有良好的抑菌效果,特别是对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强抑菌作用;在纺织领域特别是熔喷布中具有很大的应用前景。

1.一种负氧离子涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:甾醇7-15份、酵母菌0.1-0.5份、松针提取液1-3份、葛根粉5-10份、含银离子粉50-60份、蚕丝蛋白粉1-3份、二氧化钛粉2-5份以及贝壳粉0.8-2份;
所述蚕丝蛋白粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
提取叶绿素:将桑叶、蒲公英、生菜叶、柞树叶、莴苣、丝瓜叶、枸杞叶以及油麦菜混合提取叶绿素得到叶绿素提取物;
制备桑树种植叶面肥:将以下重量份的组分混合:独居石粉浸泡液45-55份、复合氨基酸1-4份、复合维生素5-8份、叶绿素提取物25-33份、古法中药煅烧炮制钍8-10份以及固氮剂0.4-1.2份;
将叶面肥喷洒于桑树叶面上,叶面无明显水后摘取桑叶喂养蚕,收集蚕沙和蚕蛹;

向发酵液中加入二氧化钛粉搅拌均匀后干燥成粉,随后加入贝壳粉碾磨即可。

7.一种远红外负氧离子粉,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:蚕沙5-10份、蚕蛹3-5份、甘草1-5份、干姜3-8份、肉桂5-9份、八角1-3份、香叶2-5份、茴香6-9份、丁香3-7份、远红外陶瓷粉60-70份、竹盐0.5-2份以及硫磺0.01-0.03份;
所述蚕沙和蚕蛹的制备方法包括以下步骤:
提取叶绿素:将桑叶、蒲公英、生菜叶、柞树叶、莴苣、丝瓜叶、枸杞叶以及油麦菜混合提取叶绿素得到叶绿素提取物;
制备桑树种植叶面肥:将以下重量份的组分混合:独居石粉浸泡液45-55份、复合氨基酸1-4份、复合维生素5-8份、叶绿素提取物25-33份、古法中药煅烧炮制钍8-10份以及固氮剂0.4-1.2份;

11.一种如权利要求7所述远红外负氧离子粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将蚕沙、蚕蛹、甘草、干姜、肉桂、八角、香叶、茴香、丁香以及硫磺混合煅烧成粉,得到基料粉;
将基料粉、竹盐以及远红外陶瓷粉混合研磨成粉即可。
