The first roller 6 abuts against the second inclined surface 5a, and the second roller 7 abuts against the first inclined surface 4a, so that the push rod 5 can smoothly push the lifting plate 4 to ascend, and the lifting device has the advantage of being convenient to use.
The positioning assembly comprises a positioning assembly A for positioning the steel shell gas meter, a positioning assembly B for positioning the aluminum shell gas meter or positioning the core of the aluminum shell gas meter, a positioning assembly C for positioning the core of the steel shell gas meter, a positioning assembly D for positioning the upper shell of the aluminum shell gas meter and a positioning assembly E for positioning the upper shell or the lower shell of the steel shell gas meter. The positioning assembly A, the positioning assembly B, the positioning assembly C, the positioning assembly D and the positioning assembly E are respectively arranged on the bottom plate 1, the corresponding steel shell gas meter, the corresponding aluminum shell gas meter or accessories of the steel shell gas meter and the aluminum shell gas meter can be operated, and the side plates I2 and II 3 are universal, so that the use is flexible, and the manufacturing cost is low.
The bottom plate 1 provided with the positioning component A, the positioning component B, the positioning component C, the positioning component D and the positioning component E is integrally formed through injection molding of the same pair of core-pulling molds. By adopting the arrangement, the manufacturing cost is reduced.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 11, a horizontally disposed lifting plate 4 is disposed in the bottom plate 1, the positioning assembly is disposed on the lifting plate 4, the bottom plate 1 is provided with a communication hole for the positioning assembly to pass through, and the bottom plate 1 is provided with a lifting structure capable of pushing the lifting plate 4 to make the positioning assembly protrude out of the upper end surface of the bottom plate 1. The lifting structure comprises a first inclined surface 4a arranged on the lower side of the lifting plate 4, a push rod 5 capable of moving horizontally is arranged in the bottom plate 1, a second inclined surface 5a is arranged on the upper end face of the push rod 5, and the second inclined surface 5a can abut against the first inclined surface 4 a. The push rod 5 is pushed to enable the second inclined surface 5a to move along the first inclined surface 4a, the lifting plate 4 is pushed to ascend, the positioning assembly stretches out of the upper end face of the bottom plate 1, the lifting turnover box has the advantages of being reliable in structure and convenient to ascend and descend, a turnover box can turnover various workpieces, and the turnover box has the advantage of being wide in application range.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 12, a first roller 6 is axially connected to the bottom of the first inclined plane 4a, a second roller 7 is axially connected to the top of the second inclined plane 5a, the first roller 6 can abut against the second inclined plane 5a, and the second roller 7 can abut against the first inclined plane 4 a. The first roller 6 abuts against the second inclined surface 5a, and the second roller 7 abuts against the first inclined surface 4a, so that the push rod 5 can smoothly push the lifting plate 4 to ascend, and the lifting device has the advantage of being convenient to use.
