All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It will be appreciated that, as used herein, the term module may refer to or include an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an electronic circuit, a processor (shared, dedicated, or group) and/or memory that execute one or more software or firmware programs, a combinational logic circuit, and/or other suitable hardware components that provide the described functionality, or may be part of these hardware components.
The existing automobile cabin is provided with rich entertainment systems, including screens for playing streaming media such as movies and the like and corresponding sound systems, and the entertainment multimedia information can cause interference to drivers when driving, so that potential safety hazards are left. The method for adjusting the playing state of the vehicle multimedia equipment is adopted, so that a driver cannot acquire recreational multimedia information in the driving process, and the driving safety of the vehicle is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a system for adjusting a playing status of a vehicle multimedia device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method, the device and the system of the embodiment of the invention are realized on the vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle. As shown in fig. 1, the schematic structural diagram includes a car terminal 110, a plurality of sensors 120, and a multimedia device 130.
Specifically, when the vehicle terminal 110 plays the multimedia file through the multimedia device 130, the vehicle terminal 110 determines whether the vehicle is in a driving state according to the information of the sensor 120, and when the vehicle terminal 110 determines that the vehicle is in the driving state, the playing of the multimedia information interferes with driving, so that the multimedia device 130 is adjusted to prevent the driver from obtaining the multimedia information.
More specifically, the sensor may be one or more of a vehicle speed sensor, a position sensor, and a peripheral vehicle detection sensor, the vehicle-mounted terminal 110 may obtain a vehicle speed from the sensor 120, and determine whether the vehicle speed is zero, when the vehicle speed is not zero, the vehicle-mounted terminal 110 determines that the vehicle is in a driving state, and at this time, if the driver may obtain recreational multimedia information, driving safety may be affected, and thus the multimedia device 130 may be adjusted; when the vehicle speed is zero, the vehicle-mounted terminal 110 determines whether the vehicle is in a safe position through the sensor 120, and when the vehicle is not in a safe position, for example, a position away from a roadside, a parking lot, or the like, the driving safety may be affected if the driver can acquire the recreational multimedia information, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal 110 adjusts the multimedia device 130. Meanwhile, since the driving assistance information and the multimedia information share the multimedia device 130, the in-vehicle terminal 110 may dynamically adjust the multimedia device 130 according to whether the driving assistance information is being played, thereby ensuring driving safety and improving driving safety. Of course, in specific implementation, other sensors may be added according to a plan to further improve the protection performance.
A method for adjusting the playing status of a vehicle multimedia device according to an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 2.
The method for adjusting the playing state of the vehicle multimedia equipment is applied to the vehicle terminal.
As shown in fig. 2, according to the flowchart for adjusting the playing status of the vehicle multimedia device, the flowchart includes S210-S250, and the following steps are described in detail:
and S210, the vehicle terminal determines that the vehicle is in a driving state.
Specifically, before the vehicle terminal plays the multimedia file, it is required to determine whether the vehicle is in a driving state, and more specifically, the vehicle terminal acquires the vehicle speed of the vehicle and determines whether the vehicle speed is zero; when the vehicle speed is not zero, the vehicle-machine terminal judges that the vehicle is in a driving state, and at the moment, if a driver can obtain recreational multimedia information, the driving safety can be influenced. When the vehicle terminal judges that the vehicle speed is zero, the vehicle terminal judges whether the vehicle is in a safe position, for example, the vehicle terminal can judge the traffic flow around and the vehicle speed of the vehicle around through an external camera, if the traffic flow and the vehicle speed are greater than safe values, the vehicle terminal judges that the vehicle is not in the safe position, otherwise, the vehicle is in the safe position; if the vehicle is in the safe position, the vehicle terminal judges that the vehicle is not in a driving state; and if the vehicle is not in the safe position, the vehicle terminal judges that the vehicle is in a driving state. When the vehicle is in a driving state, the driver should pay attention to the driving.
And S220, the vehicle terminal judges whether the vehicle multimedia equipment is played.
Specifically, the multimedia device may include an audio device, which may include an in-vehicle sound, a headrest sound, and the like, and/or a video device, which may include a center screen, a copilot screen, a rear seat entertainment screen. It should be noted that, as the smart car is developed, the number of screens in the smart car will increase with the demand, and only the above three screens are exemplified here.
And S230, when the multimedia equipment is played, the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires the head position information of the driver and the position information of the multimedia equipment.
Specifically, the in-vehicle terminal captures face information through an in-vehicle sensor embedded with a face recognition algorithm such as Eigenface, LBP, etc., to determine the spatial position of the head of the driver, and further, the in-vehicle terminal can confirm the spatial positions of the eyes and ears of the driver. This provides a basis for suppressing noise in the driver area and making the screen content invisible to the driver.
S240, the vehicle terminal judges whether the audio or video played by the multimedia interferes with driving.
Specifically, when the multimedia device does not play the audio or video interfering with driving, the vehicle terminal judges that the multimedia device is not adjusted, and when the multimedia device plays the audio or video interfering with driving, the vehicle terminal judges that the multimedia device is adjusted.
More specifically, the in-vehicle terminal dynamically determines the playing content of the vehicle multimedia device, and divides the playing content into the driving assistance content and the entertainment content, when the multimedia device plays the driving assistance content, such as a navigation picture and road condition information, the in-vehicle terminal does not adjust the multimedia device, and when the multimedia device plays the entertainment content, the in-vehicle terminal adjusts the multimedia device.
And S250, if the interference exists, the vehicle-machine terminal adjusts the multimedia equipment.
Specifically, the in-vehicle terminal can mute the headrest sound in the audio device, and/or the in-vehicle terminal can suppress the in-vehicle sound in the main driving area through a plurality of in-vehicle sound audios, so that the driver cannot obtain the entertainment audio.
More specifically, when a driver plays audio through the headrest sound box, the adjustment can be completed only by muting the headrest sound box, and when the in-vehicle sound box is played outside, the in-vehicle terminal can suppress the sound in the driver area through the active noise elimination technology on the basis of acquiring the head space position information of the driver. For example, a beam shaping (Beamforming) technique may be used, where the beam shaping technique is a technique that can perform directional signal transmission or reception in space, and when two sound sources are formed into opposite-phase sound waves 180 degrees apart in phase, that is, when the waveform of one sound wave signal reaches a peak, the other sound wave signal just reaches a trough, and at this time, two peaks and troughs of the sound wave are superimposed to form opposite-phase cancellation, which is embodied in the sense of hearing that the sound level at this frequency drops sharply, and the sense of hearing is made virtual. Therefore, in one embodiment of the present invention, after the head space position of the driver is located, the beam shaping technology is used by other in-vehicle speakers to directionally transmit audio with the same amplitude and opposite phase to the audio sound wave emitted by the main driving position speaker to the head position of the driver, and at this time, the two audio beams are phase-cancelled. Therefore, the two audio beams are offset in phase at the head position of the driver, so that the main driving side is silenced, the driver can not hear the entertainment audio, other people in the vehicle can continue to enjoy the entertainment audio, and the driving safety and the driving experience of the people in the vehicle are effectively ensured.
Simultaneously, for guaranteeing that two bundles of audios can reach driver's head position simultaneously and carry out the phase place and offset the amortization, car machine terminal can set up audio playback time according to driver's head spatial position, makes the stereo set that is closer to the driver delay the broadcast, keeps away from driver's stereo set normal play. Therefore, the audio emitted by the sound equipment at different positions in the vehicle cabin can reach the head position of the driver at the same time, and the silencing effect is ensured.
When the car machine needs to adjust the video equipment, the car machine terminal can close the screen on the side, facing the head of the driver, according to the head position information of the driver and/or adjust the screen voltage to distort the screen color, so that the driver cannot obtain entertainment videos.
Specifically, most of the current-stage in-vehicle screens use liquid crystal screens, which are mainly stimulated by current to change the arrangement direction of liquid crystal molecules, so as to change (modulate) the light transmittance of an external light source and complete electro-optic conversion, and then different excitations of R, G, B tricolor signals are utilized to complete the color reproduction of time domain and space domain through red, green and blue tricolor filter films to generate points, lines and surfaces to match with a back lamp tube to form a picture, and when current with different voltages is applied to the liquid crystal screens, the color distortion of the liquid crystal screens can be generated. Therefore, when the driver looks towards a certain screen playing the entertainment video, the color of the screen from the screen to one side of the driver can be turned white or black by adjusting the voltage of the liquid crystal screen, and the content in the liquid crystal screen is in a black-white state, so that the situation that the main driver cannot obtain the entertainment video during driving is ensured, and the driving safety is effectively improved.
In the following, an implementation schematic diagram for adjusting the playing state of the vehicle multimedia device according to the embodiment of the present invention is exemplarily described, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is an implementation schematic diagram for adjusting the playing state of the vehicle multimedia device according to the embodiment of the present invention, and the implementation schematic diagram includes: sensor 300, main driver seat stereo 310, copilot stereo 311, center screen 320, and copilot screen 321.
When the vehicle is in a driving state and the main driving position sound 310 and the assistant driving sound 311 play entertainment audio, the sensor 300 detects that the included angle between the main driving position sound 310 and the head of the driver relative to the vertical direction is alpha 1 and the distance is L1; the angle alpha 4 between the copilot sound 311 and the head of the driver relative to the vertical direction is L4; the angle between the head of the pilot's seat audio 310 and the head of the co-pilot with respect to the vertical direction is α 2 and the distance is L2, and the angle between the head of the co-pilot audio 311 and the head of the co-pilot with respect to the vertical direction is α 3 and the distance is L3. The vehicle machine detects an included angle in real time through the sensor 300, and dynamically adjusts the main driving position sound 310 to directionally emit audio with the angle alpha 1 to the head position of the driver in the vertical direction according to the included angle and the distance, the assistant driving sound 311 directionally emits audio with the same amplitude and opposite phase to the head position of the driver in the angle alpha 4 to the vertical direction, wherein the distance L4 between the assistant driving sound 311 and the head of the driver is larger than the distance L1 between the main driving position sound and the head of the driver, so that the time for playing the audio is delayed by the driver position sound, two beams of audio can simultaneously reach the head of the driver to offset the phases, and therefore the position of the driver cannot listen to entertainment audio. Meanwhile, the car machine can directionally emit audio to the copilot, so that passengers on the copilot seat can enjoy entertainment audio as usual.
When the vehicle is in a driving state and the center screen 320 and the assistant driving screen 321 play the entertainment video, the sensor 300 detects that the included angles between the driver's sight line and the center screen 320 and the assistant driving screen 321 are θ 1 and θ 2, respectively, and when the included angle θ 1 or θ 2 is within the visible angle of the corresponding screen, the car machine turns off the corresponding screen or increases the voltage to distort the screen color, for example, when the included angle θ 2 between the driver's sight line and the assistant driving screen 321 is within the visible angle of the assistant driving screen 321, the driver can see the entertainment video content of the assistant driving screen 321, and the car machine turns off the assistant driving screen 321 at this time, or the car machine adjusts the voltage to make the visible angle of the assistant driving screen 321 smaller than θ 2, so that the content of the assistant driving screen 321 seen from the driver position is white or black, and the driver cannot obtain the entertainment video, and the method is also suitable for the center screen 320.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a car terminal for adjusting a playing state of a vehicle multimedia device, and fig. 4 shows a schematic structural diagram of a car machine for adjusting a playing state of a vehicle multimedia device, where the schematic structural diagram includes:
a driving state determination module 410 for determining that the vehicle is in a driving state;

the device adjusting module 450 is configured to adjust the multimedia device when it is determined that the audio or video played by the multimedia device interferes with the driver, so that the driver cannot obtain the audio or video.
Further, the multimedia device comprises an audio device and/or a video device, the audio device comprises one or more of an in-vehicle sound device, a headrest sound device and the like, and the video device comprises an in-vehicle screen which is at least one of a center screen and a copilot screen. It should be noted that, as the smart car is developed, the number of screens in the smart car will increase with the demand, and only the above three screens are exemplified here.
Still further, the driving state determination module 410 is configured to:
acquiring the speed of a vehicle, and judging whether the speed of the vehicle is zero or not;
when the vehicle speed is not zero, judging that the vehicle is in a driving state;
when the vehicle speed is judged to be zero, judging whether the vehicle is in a safe position;
and if the vehicle is not in the safe position, judging that the vehicle is in a driving state.
Further, the position detection module 430 captures face information through an in-vehicle sensor embedded with a face recognition algorithm such as Eigenface, LBP, etc. to determine the spatial position of the head of the driver, and further the in-vehicle terminal may confirm the spatial positions of the eyes and ears of the driver. This provides a basis for suppressing noise in the driver area and making the screen content invisible to the driver.
Further, the determining module 440 dynamically determines the playing content of the vehicle multimedia device, and divides the playing content into the driving assistance content and the entertainment content, when the multimedia device plays the driving assistance content, such as the navigation picture and the road condition information, the determining module 440 does not adjust the multimedia device, and when the multimedia device plays the entertainment content, the determining module 440 determines that the multimedia device should be adjusted.
Further, the device adjustment module 450 is configured to:
the audio frequency interference driver of multimedia device broadcast adjusts audio equipment to make the driver can't obtain the audio frequency, wherein, adjust audio equipment, include:
the sound of the headrest in the main driving area where the driver is located is muted, and/or the audio emitted by the audio devices in the main driving area is suppressed by the audio emitted by a plurality of other audio devices in the vehicle.
More specifically, when the driver plays audio through the headrest audio, the device adjustment module 450 only needs to mute the headrest audio to complete adjustment, and when the in-vehicle audio is played outside, the device adjustment module 450 can suppress the sound in the driver area through the active noise elimination technology on the basis of acquiring the head space position information of the driver. Therefore, in one embodiment of the present invention, after the device adjustment module 450 positions the head space of the driver, the other in-vehicle speakers can directionally transmit audio waves with the same amplitude and opposite phase to the audio waves emitted by the main driving location speaker by using the beam forming technology to the head space of the driver, and at this time, the two audio waves are phase-cancelled. From this, because equipment adjusting module 450 control two bundles of audios take place the phase place at driver's head position and offset for the main driving side amortization, other personnel in the car can continue to enjoy the amusement audio when the driver can't hear the amusement audio, have effectively ensured driving safety nature and the driving experience of personnel in the car.
Still further, the device adjustment module 450 is configured to: the video interference driver that multimedia equipment broadcast adjusts video equipment's screen to make the driver unable video of acquireing, wherein, adjustment video equipment's screen includes:
the video device on the side close to the driver's head is turned off and/or the screen voltage is adjusted according to the position information of the driver's head to distort the screen color.
Specifically, most of the current-stage in-vehicle screens use liquid crystal screens, which are mainly stimulated by current to change the arrangement direction of liquid crystal molecules, so as to change (modulate) the light transmittance of an external light source and complete electro-optical conversion, and then different excitations of R, G, B tricolor signals are utilized to complete color reproduction of time domain and space domain through red, green and blue tricolor filter films to generate points, lines and surfaces to form pictures by matching with a back lamp tube, and the equipment adjusting module 450 can enable the liquid crystal screens to generate color distortion when currents with different voltages are applied to the liquid crystal screens. Therefore, when the driver's sight line faces a certain screen playing the entertainment video, the device adjusting module 450 can make the screen color from the screen to the driver side generate white or black through adjusting the voltage of the liquid crystal screen, and the content in the liquid crystal screen is in a black-and-white state, so that the situation that the main driver cannot obtain the entertainment video during driving is ensured, and the driving safety is effectively improved.
