Abstract
The invention relates to machinery, in particular to an adjustable opening and closing mold vehicle. The die comprises a rack (1), and a sliding rail (11) and side dies (2) which are arranged on the rack (1), wherein the side dies (2) span over the sliding rail (11), a core die (3) is arranged between the side dies (2), a bottom die (4) is arranged between the core dies (3), the side dies (2), the core die (3) and the bottom die (4) are arranged on the sliding rail (11) in a sliding manner, and the side dies (2), the core die (3) and the bottom die (4) are connected through a telescopic mechanism; and an adjusting length block (5) which is contacted with the core mold (3) and the bottom mold (4) is arranged between the adjacent core molds (3). The invention is convenient for opening the die and installing the length adjusting block (5) so as to adjust the length of the produced plate.

Technical Field
The invention relates to machinery, in particular to an adjustable opening and closing mold vehicle.
Background
In the plate pouring production process, a mould box is required to be used for plate forming, the mould box consists of a bottom mould, side moulds and end moulds, and in order to improve the production efficiency, a plurality of core moulds are inserted between the side moulds to form a plurality of plates at one time. The existing mould box is inconvenient for mould opening and mould stripping and is not suitable for industrial production, the size of a plate is determined by the shape of the mould box, and in the actual production, in order to adjust the size of the produced plate, only the mould box is replaced, but the mould box is large in size, heavy in weight and inconvenient to replace.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an adjustable opening and closing mould trolley, which solves the problems that the existing mould box is inconvenient to open the mould and the length of the produced plate is not adjustable.

Preferably, the telescopic mechanism sequentially passes through the connecting plates connected by the bolts, the connecting plates are provided with sliding grooves at the joints connected by the bolts, the bolts are arranged in the sliding grooves in a sliding manner, and the bolts are connected with the side molds, the core molds and the bottom molds through connecting pieces.
Preferably, at least one of the side mold, the core mold and the bottom mold is fixedly connected with the slide rail.
Preferably, the bottom die is in a step shape, and the bottom end of the length adjusting block is attached to the step shape of the bottom die.
Preferably, the upper end of the core mould is provided with an upper plate, the width of the upper plate is larger than the thickness of the core mould, and a pouring channel is reserved between the upper plates on the adjacent core moulds.
Preferably, the lower surface of the upper plate is inclined upwards by 3-30 degrees from the middle part to two sides.
Preferably, the upper end of the length-adjusting block is in a step shape, and the upper end of the length-adjusting block is in contact with the side wall and the lower surface of the upper plate 6.
Preferably, the number of the length adjusting blocks between the adjacent core moulds is four, and the length adjusting blocks are respectively arranged on two sides of two ends of the adjacent core moulds; the bottom die is in a ladder shape with a high middle and two low sides, and the bottom end of the length adjusting block is attached to the ladder shape of the bottom die.
Preferably, the upper plate is arranged with screw holes, and the upper end of the length-adjusting block is connected with the lower surface of the upper plate through screws.

The shape of the extension block 5 is designed according to the shapes of the core mold 3 and the bottom mold 4 in order to divide the space. According to production needs, the length of the produced plate can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the length adjusting block 5. In order to place the length adjusting block 5 and remove the die, the side die 2, the core die 3 and the bottom die 4 are pulled open, and the distance between the side die 2, the core die 3 and the bottom die 4 is increased by the telescopic mechanism, so that the length adjusting block 5 can be placed conveniently, and the plate can be automatically removed from the die and taken out.
