Grinding, a mechanical process that removes material. The method is a processing method for cutting off redundant materials on a workpiece by using an abrasive material and a grinding tool. In the prior art, chinese patent publication No. CN205237836U proposes an automatic control device for grinding fluid of a grinding machine, and compared with the prior art, the device has the following advantages: the blending proportion is accurate, the waste of grinding fluid is reduced, and the grinding effect is better; the degree of automation is high, and when the use needs to supply liquid, the special person is not needed to take care of, and the labor cost is saved.
Although the automatic grinding fluid supply device for the grinding machine can improve the proportion concentration of the grinding fluid to a certain extent and further save the grinding fluid, when the automatic grinding fluid supply device is actually used, due to the fact that a reasonable recovery mechanism is not arranged on the grinding fluid, the used grinding fluid flows randomly to cause a substantial waste phenomenon, and secondly, according to the requirement of the grinding speed in the grinding process, once the grinding fluid is too fast, the grinding fluid needs to be sprayed on the position to be machined of a workpiece in advance, on one hand, the grinding fluid is matched with a grinding tool to achieve fast grinding, on the other hand, the cooling effect in the grinding process can also be ensured, however, the existing grinding fluid spraying mechanism cannot supply the grinding fluid in a self-adaptive mode well, and the treatment effect of the grinding fluid is not ideal when the grinding fluid is fast ground, and therefore the automatic grinding fluid supply device for the grinding machine tool is disclosed to meet the grinding requirement of the workpiece.

the grinding tool 3 is fixedly connected with an extension block 20, the upper side and the lower side of the extension block 20 are respectively and fixedly provided with a rotating motor 24 and an adaptive spray head 22, the adaptive spray head 22 is communicated with an external grinding fluid supply end, the bottom of the adaptive spray head 22 is provided with a plurality of spray holes 23 which are uniformly distributed, the output end of the rotating motor 24 is fixedly connected with a control bolt 25, the bottom end of the control bolt 25 extends into the adaptive spray head 22 and is fixedly connected with an adaptive disc 26 which is matched with the inner wall of the adaptive spray head 22, and the adaptive disc 26 is also provided with a plurality of communication holes 27 which are uniformly distributed and are staggered with the corresponding spray holes 23;

As an implementation mode in the embodiment, a circulating groove body is arranged on the machine tool 1, the circulating groove body is used for guiding grinding fluid and comprises a longitudinal guide groove 4 and a transverse guide groove 5 which are communicated with each other, a collecting assembly for collecting the sprayed grinding fluid in a centralized manner is further arranged on one side of the machine tool 1, the collecting assembly comprises a collecting plate 6 which is arranged in an inclined manner, and the grinding fluid can conveniently flow to finish centralized collection by arranging the inclined collecting plate 6.
As an implementation manner in this embodiment, the circulating groove body corresponds to the middle of the machine tool 1 and corresponds to the placement position of the workpiece, the top side of the machine tool 1 is provided with a plurality of uniformly distributed longitudinal guide grooves 4, the top of the machine tool 1 is further provided with two transverse guide grooves 5 which are communicated with the plurality of longitudinal guide grooves 4, the two transverse guide grooves 5 correspond to each other in position and are respectively located at two ends of the machine tool 1, and the arrangement of the criss-cross guide grooves facilitates guiding and collecting of the sprayed grinding fluid;

As an implementation manner in the embodiment, a filtering component for filtering the grinding fluid is further arranged in the collecting component, the filtering component comprises a filtering plate 11 matched with the inner wall of the circulating box 7, a fixing frame 10 for placing the filtering plate 11 is fixedly sleeved on the inner wall of the circulating box 7, the filtering plate 11 is sleeved in the circulating box 7 in a sliding manner, the height of the filtering plate 11 is lower than that of the connecting hole 8, the filtering plate 11 can filter out debris generated when a workpiece in the grinding fluid is polished, and the debris is prevented from entering the input pipe 17 to cause blockage;

As an implementation manner in this embodiment, the machine tool 1 is further provided with a circulation assembly for recycling the collected grinding fluid, the circulation assembly includes a circulation pump 15 and a main nozzle 19, one side of the machine tool 1 is fixedly provided with a mounting table 14, the mounting table 14 is fixedly provided with the circulation pump 15 and a controller 16 which are electrically connected, an input end of the circulation pump 15 is communicated with the inside of the circulation box 7 through an input pipe 17, and one end of the input pipe 17 is located below the liquid level in the circulation box 7;
in this embodiment, the output end of the circulating pump 15 is communicated with a spray pipe 18, the other end of the spray pipe 18 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the grinding tool 3 and corresponds to the position of a grinding sheet on the grinding tool 3, and one end of the spray pipe 18 fixedly mounted on the grinding tool 3 is also fixedly communicated with a main spray nozzle 19 for spraying grinding fluid, and the collected grinding fluid is recycled by the circulating pump 15 through the main spray nozzle 19.
As an implementation manner in this embodiment, a vertical column 21 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the extension block 20, and an adaptive nozzle 22 corresponding to the position of the polishing sheet is fixedly communicated with the bottom end of the vertical column 21;
the adaptive spray head 22 is also internally provided with an adaptive disc 26 which is attached to the inner wall of the bottom side of the adaptive spray head 22, the output end of the circulating pump 15 is communicated with the inside of the vertical column 21 through a corrugated pipe 29, and the spray holes 23 and the communication holes 27 are mutually crossed and matched to control the spray holes 23 to spray grinding fluid to the surface of a workpiece below in a spraying or sprinkling mode so as to be matched with different grinding modes.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the surface of a workpiece needs to be ground, the workpiece to be processed is placed at the middle position on a machine tool 1, a certain amount of grinding fluid is injected into a circulating box 7, after a driving mechanism 2 and a grinding tool 3 are started, a grinding sheet on the grinding tool 3 runs at a high speed, the surface of the workpiece is ground, meanwhile, a circulating pump 15 is started, the grinding fluid in the circulating box 7 is pressurized by the circulating pump 15 and then is sprayed out by a main nozzle 19, the grinding position on the workpiece is lubricated and cooled, so that the grinding effect and the service life of the grinding sheet are improved, the sprayed grinding fluid flows into corresponding longitudinal guide grooves 4 and transverse guide grooves 5 through the surface of the workpiece, then flows into a collecting plate 6 through one end of a plurality of longitudinal guide grooves 4, and then flows into a liquid level meter 9 through a connecting hole 8 due to the inclined arrangement of the bottom of the collecting plate 6, so that the grinding fluid is collected again, the grinding fluid is automatically supplied, and then the grinding fluid is circularly collected and used, so that the waste of the grinding fluid is fundamentally reduced.
The concentrated collection effect through collecting plate 6, make grinding fluid after the effect can concentrate and flow to circulation box 7 in, and through filter 11's filtering action, the piece that produces the work piece grinding in the grinding fluid is appeared, avoid the piece to get into circulation box 7 in, and then be inhaled by input tube 17, cause and block up the inside or damage circulating pump 15 of input tube 17, and simultaneously, the use of cooperation clearance pipe and clearance bleeder, can avoid grinding fluid to flow out by the one end accident of vertical guide slot 4, can also separate the piece, need not follow-up manual cleaning, whole grinding lathe 1's practicality has been improved, and easily take out filter 11 through hood 13, then realize regularly clearing up filter 11 surface, avoid the piece to pile up too much influence the result of use of filter 11.
The corresponding temperature of the grinding position on the workpiece can be monitored in real time through the infrared temperature measurement component 28, real-time analysis is carried out through the controller 16, when the grinding speed is too high, and the workpiece is locally overheated, more metered grinding fluid is extracted and pressurized by the circulating pump 15 and input into the corrugated pipe 29 by opening a valve in the corrugated pipe 29, and then is sprayed out from the plurality of spray holes 23 through the adaptive spray head 22 to carry out pretreatment operation on the position to be processed on the surface of the workpiece, so that the lubricating and cooling effects are improved, the heat conduction influence caused by the overhigh temperature of the grinding position is reduced, meanwhile, the control bolt 25 can drive the adaptive disc 26 to slightly deflect by operating the rotating motor 24 according to the specific temperature, the staggered degree of the plurality of spray holes 23 and the communication holes 27 is changed, the spraying form of the grinding fluid, such as the mist or water column form and the like, and the adaptive automatic supply, cooling and lubrication are further realized, so that the pretreatment effect is more intelligent and scientific.
