The invention relates to a gluing device for an insulation box of an LNG liquid cargo tank, which structurally comprises a feeding device, a mixing gun barrel, a mixing gun head and a reversing handle, wherein the feeding device and the mixing gun head are respectively arranged at two ends of the mixing gun barrel, and the mixing gun head is screwed at one end of the mixing gun barrel; the mixing gun head comprises a gun head main body provided with an inner cavity, one end of the gun head main body is connected with the mixing gun barrel, the other end of the gun head main body is provided with a forming hole vertical to the inner cavity, and the forming hole is an open channel. The forming hole can enable the mixed adhesive tape to be formed according to the shape of the forming hole after the mixed adhesive tape is discharged from the inner cavity, the width and the thickness of the adhesive tape coated on the insulating box are ensured to meet the coating requirements, and the waste of the adhesive tape can be reduced by controlling the width and the thickness of the adhesive tape; the gun head main body can rotate relative to the mixing gun pipe, and the direction of the forming hole is changed through rotation, so that coating in all directions can be quickly realized.

The resin enters the first conveying channel 31 from the first feeding hole 11, the hardening agent enters the second conveying channel 32 from the second feeding hole 21, then the resin and the hardening agent are mixed in the mixing gun tube 4 and conveyed to the mixing gun head 6 along the mixing gun tube 4, the mixing gun head 6 is suspended at the upper end of the insulating box, the mixed resin and the hardening agent come out from an inner cavity 61 of the mixing gun head 6 to reach a forming hole 62, the adhesive tape comes out from the forming hole 62 during the moving process of the gluing device and is coated on the insulating box, the width and the thickness of the coated adhesive tape are generally required to be 18mm at the minimum, therefore, the aperture of the forming hole is more than or equal to 18mm, the minimum aperture of the inner cavity is more than 18mm, the adhesive tape with uniform specification is obtained under the effect of the forming hole, the coating requirement can be met, and the waste can be reduced.
