In the embodiment, the material containing device mainly comprises a base 1, a support frame 2, a material containing groove 4, a driving assembly 5 and a crushing assembly 6, wherein in actual use, a material with crushing function is placed in the material containing groove 4, the driving assembly 5 drives the material containing groove 4 to move on a support plate 3, and meanwhile, the material is cut and crushed through the arranged crushing assembly 6; in actual use, the cam 10 is driven to rotate by the arranged motor 9, the second connecting rod 8 can be driven to move when the cam 10 rotates, so that the material containing groove 4 is driven, the material containing groove 4 can move on the supporting plate 3, and meanwhile, the purpose of resetting after the first connecting rod moves can be achieved through the arranged spring 12; when the motor 9 drives the cam 10 to rotate, the left and right reciprocating movement of the material containing groove 4 can be realized, so that when the material in the material containing groove 4 is crushed by the crushing assembly 6, the crushing is better, and the subsequent alcohol extraction step is convenient to perform.

In this way, the arranged crushing motor 18 drives the connecting disc 19 to rotate, so that the rotating disc 20 on the connecting disc 19 rotates, and the material is cut and crushed by the cutter 21 on the rotating disc 20; like this, cutter 21 rotates, hold silo 4 round trip movement about simultaneously can effectual improvement cutting crushing effect and shorten crushing time.

In the embodiment, a discharge pipe 22 is arranged on the side surface of the material containing groove 4, and a valve 23 is arranged on the discharge pipe 22; after the material is cut and crushed at the later stage, the extracting solution is injected into the material containing groove 4, so that the material and the extracting solution form a mixed solution, and then the valve 23 is opened to discharge the material liquid.

In addition, the embodiment also discloses a preparation process of the extract of the breast nodule removing plaster, which specifically comprises the following steps: fully crushing the medicinal materials, performing alcohol extraction at least twice, concentrating the alcohol extract at least twice, and concentrating to obtain the Rupixiao plaster extract.
In this example, two alcohol extractions and two concentrations were performed.
Weighing radix aucklandiae, Prunellae Spica, radix Paeoniae Rubra, Notoginseng radix, caulis Spatholobi, Carthami flos, cortex moutan, Sargassum, thallus laminariae, fructus forsythiae, radix scrophulariae, Trichosanthis radix, herba Taraxaci, radix Rhapontici, and cornu Cervi, adding into a holding tank, and pulverizing; after the crushing is finished, adding ethanol into a material containing groove, mixing the medicinal materials with 95% ethanol, pouring out the mixture, heating, extracting the mixture with ethanol for 4 to 5 hours, and filtering to obtain primary ethanol extract;
adding 95% of the residue into the residue, and performing alcohol extraction for 2-3 hours to obtain a secondary alcohol extract;
mixing the primary and secondary alcohol extract, and concentrating under reduced pressure to remove ethanol; carrying out primary concentration for 5-6 hours under the conditions that the steam pressure is 0.1-0.15 Mpa, the vacuum degree is-0.06-0.08 Mpa and the temperature is 75-80 ℃ to obtain primary concentrated solution;
filtering the first concentrated solution by a 150-mesh filter screen, and then carrying out second concentration for 2 hours under the conditions that the steam pressure is 0.1-0.15 Mpa, the vacuum degree is-0.06-0.08 Mpa and the temperature is 70-80 ℃ to obtain the extract product of the breast nodule eliminating plaster.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the present embodiment is further optimized based on the first embodiment, in the present embodiment, the driving assembly 5 further includes an annular slide rail 26 and two slide blocks 27, the annular slide rail 26 is disposed on the side surface of the material containing groove 4, the slide blocks 27 are matched with the arc-shaped slide rail, the first connecting rod 7 is connected with one of the slide blocks 27, and the second connecting rod 8 is connected with the other slide block 27;
a rack 28 is fixedly arranged on the base 1 below the supporting plate 3, a groove 29 is formed in the supporting plate 3, a connecting shaft 30 is arranged at the lower end of the material containing groove 4, the connecting shaft 30 is connected with a gear, and the gear is matched with the rack 28.
Wherein the connection shaft 30 passes through said groove 29.

In practical use, the connecting disc 19 realizes the purpose of positive and negative rotation alternately under the action of the crushing motor 18; when the material containing groove 4 rotates forwards, the connecting disc 19 rotates backwards; when the material containing groove 4 rotates reversely, the connecting disc 19 rotates forwards, so that the crushing effect of the materials can be further improved.

In practical use, the cam 10 drives the second connecting rod 8 and the vertical rod 35 to move up and down, the connecting disc 19 is provided with the first motor 33, the first motor 33 is connected with the rotating disc 20, the crushing motor 18 drives the connecting disc 19 to rotate, the first motor 33 drives the cutter 21 on the rotating disc 20 to rotate, and the cutter 21 rotates and moves up; therefore, the aim of crushing the materials in multiple dimensions can be fulfilled in actual use.
Wherein, the fixed mount 17 is provided with a guide rod 36, the mounting plate 31 is provided with a guide hole 37, and the guide rod 36 is matched with the guide hole 37; the guide rod 36 and the guide hole 37 are arranged to form a guide structure, so that the fixed frame 17 is more stable when moving.
