compared with the existing hammering and extruding mode, the grain crusher has the advantages that the double-rolling roller crushing has smaller vibration destructive power on the whole crusher, smaller damage degree on parts of the crusher, longer service life of the crusher, more uniform crushing of the double-rolling roller, and capability of crushing each grain by rolling without grain leakage, and the hammering and extruding mode has larger vibration destructive power and larger damage degree on the crusher, and simultaneously the hammering and extruding mode can adhere to the inner side wall of hammering equipment, so that part of the grains cannot be hammered, the grains are not uniformly hammered and have grain leakage, and the noise generated by the hammering and extruding mode is larger and cannot be favored by manufacturers; after the grains are put into the feeding groove 3, the grains fall onto the guide plate 7, and the grains conform to the guide plate 7 and accurately fall above the space between the main rolling roller 4 and the auxiliary rolling roller 5, so that the grains are prevented from directly falling along the crushing box 2, and partial grains are prevented from being crushed and failed; the inclination angle of the guide plates 7 is controlled by rotating the adjusting bolts 8, so that the opening of the end parts of the two guide plates 7 is controlled to be larger, the lowering amount of grains in unit time is controlled, and the grains are crushed more uniformly; when grains are put into the rolling roller for one time, the amount of the grains is large at the moment, the distance between the end parts of the guide plates 7 is not adjusted, the rolling roller is difficult to effectively crush the grains, the problem can be solved through the material control unit, the grains fall onto the guide plates 7, the sliding plates 10 are pushed down by the grains, the sliding plates 10 pull the tension springs 9 to move along the sliding grooves 13, the sliding plates 10 gradually push the material control plates 11 out of the sliding layers 12, the distance between the end parts of the guide plates 7 is controlled by the material control plates 11, a small amount of grains uniformly fall onto the rolling roller, and therefore the grains are crushed more uniformly; the grain staying on the sliding plate 10 drops along the discharging hole 17 under the vibration force generated when the crusher works; the adjusting plate 15 is pulled up and down, the overlapping area of the adjusting hole 16 and the discharging hole 17 is controlled, the size or the grain passing rate of grains passing through the discharging hole 17 is controlled, and the grains are prevented from being accumulated on the sliding plate 10 all the time; the sliding plate 10 is connected in the sliding chute 13 in a sliding way through the corrugated paper 19, so that granular grains are blocked outside the sliding chute 13, and grains or dust are prevented from permeating into the sliding chute 13 to influence the sliding of the sliding plate 10 and the material control plate 11; when the rolling roller rotates to extrude grains, part of grain scraps are adhered to the rolling roller, if the scraps are not cleaned in time, the scraps are accumulated to a large extent, concave parts of the rolling roller are filled, and the extrusion effect of the rolling roller on the grains is influenced, therefore, a rolling brush 20 is arranged on one side of the main rolling roller 4 and one side of the auxiliary rolling roller 5, teeth 21 on the rolling brush 20 are meshed with the concave parts on the rolling roller to drive the rolling brush 20 to rotate, then a brush on the rolling brush 20 cleans the scraps, and the concave parts of the rolling roller are kept clean; after the rolling roller rubs the rolling brush 20 for a long time to rotate, the bristles of the rolling brush 20 are broken or bent, part of the bristles cannot reach the fragments adhered to the surface of the rolling roller, and the fixing bolt 23 rotates to push the rolling brush 20 to be close to the rolling roller through the connecting block 22 by the aid of the fixing bolt 23, so that the rolling brush 20 can be effectively contacted with the rolling roller again, the rolling brush 20 rotates, and the fragments are cleaned; the air pump pumps air into the hollow part of the rolling brush 20 through a pipeline, when teeth 21 on the rolling brush 20 are embedded into the concave part, the rolling roller extrudes the teeth 21 in the direction of the hollow part of the rolling brush 20, the teeth 21 extrude the elastic sheet 25, meanwhile, the vent pipe 28 slides along the through hole 27, the vent pipe 28 extends towards the groove 26, the vent hole 30 of the vent pipe 28 is exposed in the groove 26, air in the hollow part is exhausted from the vent hole 30 through the vent pipe 28, the air impacts on the hairbrush and the rolling roller, firstly, the chips adhered to the hairbrush are cleaned, secondly, the chips adhered to the rolling roller are further cleaned, and the surface of the rolling roller is cleaner; when the breather pipe 28 gradually extends to the recess 26, the steel bar 31 on the breather pipe 28 is gradually close to the notch of the recess 26, and the steel bar 31 pushes away the piece at the brush root, pushes the piece to the tip of the brush for the piece is in loose state, is more convenient for the impact clearance of gas to the piece.
