Taken together, the strains of pdv shxx1902 and CV777 induced a higher and similar N protein-specific antibody response against porcine epidemic diarrhea virus at day 49 after the first immunization (2 immunizations total). Thus, the discovery of the present invention will help to develop new isolation methods and vaccine strategies that are expected to be an important step in improving the prevention of PEDV pandemics.

Claims (2)

1. A preparation method of an immune vaccine for resisting a porcine epidemic diarrhea virus variant shxx1902 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
