According to a specific embodiment provided by the invention, the patch further comprises a breathable inner bag 4, and when the essential oil microcapsules are arranged between the heating element 2 and the inner layer of the eye patch body 1, the breathable inner bag 4 wraps the essential oil microcapsules.
According to a specific embodiment provided by the invention, the heating element 2 comprises carbon powder, iron powder, sodium chloride, water-absorbing resin, vermiculite and water, and the weight percentages of the components are as follows:
5% -10% of carbon powder;
50% -60% of iron powder;
2% -5% of sodium chloride;
1% -3% of water-absorbing resin;
3% -8% of vermiculite;
20 to 30 percent of water.
According to a specific embodiment provided by the invention, the eyeshade body 1 comprises an outer side air permeable surface 11 and an inner side air permeable surface 12, the outer side air permeable surface 11 is arranged on the outer layer of the eyeshade body 1, and the inner side air permeable surface 12 is arranged on the inner layer of the eyeshade body 1;
the outer side breathable surface 11 is paper, non-woven fabric or knitted fabric; the inner breathable surface 12 is made of needle-punched cotton or composite needle-punched cotton. The outer side breathable surface 11 is made of printable breathable materials, so that manufacturers can print corresponding patterns and characters conveniently according to specific commercial requirements, the inner side breathable surface 12 is made of acupuncture cotton or composite acupuncture cotton, and the outer side breathable surface is soft, breathable and allergy-free.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the eyeshade further comprises elastic ear loops 3, wherein the elastic ear loops 3 are disposed on two sides of the eyeshade body 1. The elastic ear hook is arranged to facilitate the user to fix the eyeshade body 1 on the eyes.

The essential oil microcapsule is arranged between the heating body 2 and the inner side air permeable surface 12, the grain size of the essential oil microcapsule is 50-100 meshes, the addition amount of the essential oil microcapsule is 1mg, the essential oil microcapsule is scattered on the heating body 2 by a formed mould, and the heating body 2 heats the essential oil microcapsule by heat generated by metal oxidation reaction.
The essential oil microcapsule comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
1% of lavender essential oil, 2.5% of tea tree essential oil and 96.5% of beta-cyclodextrin;
the heating element 2 comprises the following components:
0.36g of carbon powder, 2.2g of iron powder, 0.12g of sodium chloride, 0.08g of water-absorbent resin, 0.24g of vermiculite and 1g of water.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, a steam eye mask includes: eye-shade body 1, heat-generating body 2 and elasticity ear-hang 3, still include ventilative inner bag 4, ventilative inner bag 4 set up in between heat-generating body 2 and the inboard ventilative face 12, ventilative inner bag 4 parcel the essential oil microcapsule, the particle size of essential oil microcapsule is 40-80 meshes, the addition of essential oil microcapsule is 8mg, the fashioned mould is spread in for the essential oil microcapsule on heat-generating body 2, heat heating that heat-generating body 2 produced through the metal oxidation reaction essential oil microcapsule.
The essential oil microcapsule comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
0.9% of lavender essential oil, 3% of tea tree essential oil and 96.1% of gelatin;
the heating element 2 comprises the following components:
0.32g of carbon powder, 2.28g of iron powder, 0.1g of sodium chloride, 0.12g of water-absorbent resin, 0.22g of vermiculite and 0.96g of water.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a steam eye mask includes: the eye patch comprises an eye patch body 1, a heating body 2, an elastic ear hook 3 and an essential oil microcapsule, wherein the essential oil microcapsule is arranged between the heating body 2 and an inner side air permeable surface 12, the particle size of the essential oil microcapsule is 100-150 meshes, the addition amount of the essential oil microcapsule is 2.4mg, the essential oil microcapsule is scattered on the heating body 2 by a formed mould, and the heating body 2 heats the essential oil microcapsule through heat generated by metal oxidation reaction.
The essential oil microcapsule comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
5% of lavender essential oil, 1% of tea tree essential oil and 94% of gelatin;
the heating element 2 comprises the following components:
0.4g of carbon powder, 2.2g of iron powder, 0.144g of sodium chloride, 0.084g of water-absorbent resin, 0.204g of vermiculite and 0.968g of water.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a steam eye mask includes: the eye patch comprises an eye patch body 1, a heating body 2 and an elastic ear hook 3, wherein an essential oil microcapsule is arranged between the heating body 2 and an inner side breathable surface 12, the particle size of the essential oil microcapsule is 20-40 meshes, the addition amount of the essential oil microcapsule is 4.8mg, a formed die for the essential oil microcapsule is scattered on the heating body 2, and the heating body 2 heats the essential oil microcapsule through heat generated by metal oxidation reaction.
The essential oil microcapsule comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
1.8% of lavender essential oil, 2.3% of tea tree essential oil and 95.9% of beta-cyclodextrin;
the heating element 2 comprises the following components:
0.386g of carbon powder, 2.28g of iron powder, 0.096g of sodium chloride, 0.06g of water-absorbent resin, 0.224g of vermiculite and 0.972g of water.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 2, a steam eye mask, comprising: the eye patch comprises an eye patch body 1, a heating body 2 and an elastic ear hook 3, wherein an essential oil microcapsule is prepared into a finishing agent, the particle size of the essential oil microcapsule is 50-100 meshes, and the finishing agent comprises the following components:
4mg of essential oil microcapsule, 0.8mg of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 1.2mg of waterborne polyurethane and 16mg of water. The prepared finishing agent was uniformly sprayed on the eyecup body 1.
The heating element 2 comprises the following components:
0.368g of carbon powder, 2.28g of iron powder, 0.096g of sodium chloride, 0.06g of water-absorbent resin, 0.224g of vermiculite and 0.972g of water.
The application process of the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
and correspondingly packaging the prepared steam eye mask according to different product requirements, and packaging by using an oxygen-insulating plastic packaging bag to form a corresponding product. When the eye patch is used, the plastic packaging bag is opened, the heating body 2 is in contact with air, heat is released, a warm health care effect can be achieved, meanwhile, under the effect of heat energy, essential oil in the essential oil microcapsules arranged between the heating body 2 and the eye patch body 1 volatilizes, unique smell is generated, and the effects of calming the heart, soothing the nerves and relaxing the mood of a user are achieved.
It should be noted that those skilled in the art can add rose essential oil capsules, chamomile essential oil capsules, etc. to the steam eyeshade without creative work to perform corresponding functions, and all of them belong to the protection scope of the present invention. Therefore, the above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that are made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention. Claims (9)

1. The steam eye patch is characterized by comprising an eye patch body (1) and a heating element (2), wherein the heating element (2) is arranged between the inner layer and the outer layer of the eye patch body (1);
the eyeshade also comprises ear hooks (3), wherein the ear hooks (3) are arranged on two sides of the eyeshade body (1);
the eye patch is characterized by further comprising essential oil microcapsules, wherein the essential oil microcapsules are arranged between the heating body (2) and the inner layer of the eye patch body (1) or a finishing agent containing the essential oil microcapsules is uniformly distributed on the eye patch body (1).
2. A steam patch according to claim 1, wherein the finish is uniformly distributed on the inner side of the inner layer of the patch body (1).
3. The vapor eye shield of claim 1, wherein said finish comprises essential oil microcapsules, surfactants, aqueous polyurethane, and water;
the finishing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
essential oil microcapsules: 5% -50%;
surfactant (b): 0.1% -15%;
aqueous polyurethane: 1% -30%;
the remaining component is water.
4. The vapor eye shield of claim 3, wherein said surfactant is sodium lauryl sulfate.
5. The vapor eye shield of claim 1, wherein said essential oil microcapsules comprise a wall material and an essential oil, said wall material encapsulating said essential oil;
the essential oil comprises lavender essential oil and/or tea tree essential oil; the wall material is beta-cyclodextrin and/or gelatin.
6. The steam eye mask of claim 1, wherein said essential oil microcapsules have a particle size of 10-200 mesh.
7. The steam eye patch according to claim 1, further comprising a breathable inner bag (4), wherein when the essential oil microcapsules are disposed between the heating element (2) and the inner layer of the patch body (1), the breathable inner bag (4) wraps the essential oil microcapsules.
8. The steam eye mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heating element (2) comprises carbon powder, iron powder, sodium chloride, water-absorbing resin, vermiculite and water, and the weight percentages of the components are as follows:
5% -10% of carbon powder;
50% -60% of iron powder;
2% -5% of sodium chloride;
1% -3% of water-absorbing resin;
3% -8% of vermiculite;
20 to 30 percent of water.
9. A steam eye mask according to claim 1, wherein the mask body (1) comprises an outer air permeable surface (11) and an inner air permeable surface (12), the outer air permeable surface (11) being provided on an outer layer of the mask body (1), the inner air permeable surface (12) being provided on an inner layer of the mask body (1);
the outer side breathable surface (11) is paper, non-woven fabric or knitted fabric; the inner side breathable surface (12) is made of needle-punched cotton or composite needle-punched cotton.
