A wearable device to improve sleep monitoring accuracy according to claim 2, wherein: the massage device comprises a fixing plate (11), a locking bolt (12), an expansion spring (13), a connecting plate (14), an electricity sensing claw (15) and a monitor (16), wherein the fixing plate (11) is uniformly and fixedly connected with the outer walls of a first protection plate (8) and a second protection plate (10), the locking bolt (12) is uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the fixing plate (11) in a penetrating mode, the tail end of the locking bolt (12) penetrates through the fixing plate (11) and extends to the inner cavities of the first protection plate (8) and the second sliding plate (10), the expansion spring (13) is uniformly and fixedly connected to the middle of the end face of the inner side of the fixing plate (11), the tail end of the expansion spring (12) penetrates through and extends to the inner cavities of the first protection plate (8) and the second protection plate (10), the connecting plate (14) is fixedly connected with the tail end of the expansion spring (12), and the electricity sensing claw (15) is fixedly connected to the end face, far away from the expansion spring (12), of the connecting plate (14), the center of one end face of the connecting plate (14) far away from the telescopic spring (12) is fixedly connected with a monitor (16).
