Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3 together, an embodiment of the present application provides a curtain main unit 10, where the curtain main unit 10 includes a housing 100, a driving wheel 200, a sliding assembly 300, a bracket 400, a first transmission assembly 500 and a first driving device 600, the housing 100 includes a first mounting hole 100a, and the driving wheel 200 is received in the first mounting hole 100a; the sliding assembly 300 is slidably connected to the housing 100 and includes a sliding frame 310 and a first pulling member 320 and a second pulling member 330 respectively connected to both ends of the sliding frame 310; the bracket 400 is fixed to the case 100; the first transmission assembly 500 is mounted on the bracket 400 and forms transmission fit with the sliding assembly 300; the first driving device 600 is connected to the first transmission assembly 500, and the first driving device 600 drives the first transmission assembly 500 to rotate, so as to drive the first pulling member 320 and the second pulling member 330 to selectively approach or leave the interior of the housing 100. It is understood that in other embodiments, the housing 100 further includes a second mounting hole 100b and a third mounting hole 100c, the first pulling member 320 is partially received in the second mounting hole 100b, the second pulling member 330 is partially received in the third mounting hole 100c, and the driving wheel 200 is partially received in the first mounting hole 100a and partially exposed outside the housing 100.
The housing 100 may be a plastic housing 100, and includes a front housing and a rear housing detachably connected to each other, the front housing and the rear housing enclose a receiving space 100d for receiving components of the curtain main unit 10, and for forming a package and protection for the components. The housing 100 is provided with a first mounting hole 100a, a second mounting hole 100b and a third mounting hole 100c, the first mounting hole 100a is located between the second mounting hole 100b and the third mounting hole 100c, the first mounting hole 100a is used for mounting the driving wheel 200, the second mounting hole 100b is used for partially accommodating the first tension member 320, and the third mounting hole 100c is used for partially accommodating the second tension member 330. The driving wheel 200 may be a general rubber wheel or a plastic wheel. The sliding assembly 300 is located in the casing 100 and is in sliding fit with the casing 100 under the driving action of the first driving device 600, and specifically, the sliding assembly 300 can slide up and down relative to the casing 100 under the driving action of the first driving device 600. When the driving wheel 200 is received in the first mounting hole 100a, the driving wheel 200 is partially exposed out of the housing 100. The bracket 400 is fixedly connected to the housing 100, and is used for fixedly mounting the first transmission assembly 500, the first driving device 600, and the like.
It should be further noted that the first pulling force member 320 and the second pulling force member 330 are made of rigid materials, and have no elastic effect, or have very small elasticity, which can be ignored, for example, the first pulling force member 320 and the second pulling force member 330 may be pulling hooks made of rigid materials, and the first pulling force member 320 and the second pulling force member 330 are not elastic members such as springs. Because the first pulling force piece 320 and the second pulling force piece 330 are both made of rigid materials and have no elasticity, the accuracy of the curtain main machine 10 in adjusting and controlling the pulling force is improved, and the situation that errors occur in adjustment and control due to elastic fatigue is avoided. The first tensile member 320 and the second tensile member 330 selectively move toward or away from the inside of the housing 100 means that the first tensile member 320 and the second tensile member 330 move toward or away from the housing 100 as a whole. The first tension member 320 and the second tension member 330 move synchronously, that is, the first tension member 320 and the second tension member 330 move together in the same direction. Further, the first pulling force member 320 and the second pulling force member 330 are symmetrically arranged, that is, the first pulling force member 320 and the second pulling force member 330 are symmetrical with respect to the center plane of the housing 100, so that the appearance consistency of the curtain main unit 10 can be improved.
The first transmission assembly 500 may be a lead screw, and the first driving device 600 may be a servo motor. The transmission fit between the first transmission assembly 500 and the first driving device 600 at least includes the following two conditions, in the first case, the first transmission assembly 500 is connected with the output shaft of the first driving device 600 through a coupler to form stable transmission fit; second, the first transmission assembly 500 directly extends into the first driving device 600, and forms a stable transmission fit with the rotating components inside the first driving device 600. At this time, a coupling is not required, which helps to enhance the stability of the connection of the first transmission assembly 500 and the first driving device 600. Further, the first transmission assembly 500 is mounted on the bracket 400 through a bearing, that is, a mounting position is formed on the bracket 400, the bearing is mounted on the mounting position, then the first transmission assembly 500 is mounted on the bearing, and the first transmission assembly 500 can rotate relative to the bracket 400 through the driving of the first driving device 600. When the first driving device 600 drives the first transmission assembly 500 to rotate towards the first direction, the first transmission assembly 500 rotates along the first direction; when the first driving device 600 drives the first transmission assembly 500 to rotate towards the second direction, the first transmission assembly 500 rotates along the second direction. The first direction can be clockwise or anticlockwise; the second direction may be clockwise or counterclockwise. When the first direction is clockwise, the second direction is anticlockwise; when the first direction is counterclockwise, the second direction is clockwise. The first driving device 600 has a self-locking function, i.e. self-locking when power is off, and the output shaft of the first driving device 600 cannot rotate when power is off.
The first, second and third mounting holes 100a, 100b and 100c are opened at a concentrated portion of the housing 100, the first, second and third mounting holes 100a, 100b and 100c are communicated with the receiving space 100d inside the housing 100, the driving wheel 200 is partially received in the first mounting hole 100a and partially exposed outside the housing 100, and the driving wheel 200 is used for being attached to an external sliding rail, so that a required portion is exposed outside the housing 100. The first tensile member 320 extends from the inside of the housing 100 to the outside of the housing 100 through the second mounting hole 100b, and the second tensile member 330 extends from the inside of the housing 100 to the outside of the housing 100 through the third mounting hole 100 c. The second and third mounting holes 100b and 100c are mirror-symmetrical with respect to the housing 100, i.e., the second and third mounting holes 100b and 100c are symmetrically disposed with respect to a center plane of the housing 100. When the first driving device 600 is powered on and opened, the first driving assembly 500 is driven to rotate, the sliding assembly 300 which is in transmission fit with the first driving assembly 500 is driven to slide relative to the housing 100, and then the first pulling force piece 320 and the second pulling force piece 330 move towards the direction close to or far away from the housing 100, so that the curtain host 10 is flexible and adjustable, the adaptation to different sliding rails 20 is facilitated, and the stability of the curtain host 10 is facilitated to be improved. The first transmission assembly 500 and the sliding assembly 300 may be in direct transmission engagement or in indirect transmission engagement. Herein, the mirror symmetry means that the first end 3101 and the second end 3102 are symmetrical with respect to the center plane of the curtain main unit 10. The central plane can be considered as a plane that perpendicularly bisects the drive wheel 200. Further, the first end 3101 has a first mating hole 3101a, the second end 3102 has a second mating hole 3102a, the first tension member 320 is partially received in the first mating hole 3101a, the second tension member 330 is partially received in the second mating hole 3102a, the sliding assembly 300 further comprises a first fastening member 340 and a second fastening member 350, the first fastening member 340 is connected to the first tension member 320 to connect the first tension member 320 to the first end 3101, and the second fastening member 350 is connected to the second tension member 330 to connect the second tension member 330 to the second end 3102.
