The drainage device 6 includes a drainage pump 61 and a drainage pipeline 62, the drainage pump 61 is electrically connected to the controller 7, an input end of the drainage pump 61 is connected to one end of the drainage pipeline 62, and the other end of the drainage pipeline 62 extends into the bottom of the box 21 for draining the cleaning water in the box 21.
