The dried orange peel and fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae health-care tea is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 12-16 parts of Chinese yam, 15-21 parts of fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae, 30-40 parts of dried orange peel, 18-24 parts of hawthorn, 5-9 parts of walnut kernel, 8-14 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 6-10 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 4-8 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 6-8 parts of poria cocos, 2-4 parts of rhizoma curculiginis, 3-7 parts of lotus plumule, 10-14 parts of wolfberry fruit, 3-5 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 8-14 parts of dried ginger and 4-8 parts of radix linderae.

The dried orange peel and fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae health tea as claimed in claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 14 parts of Chinese yam, 18 parts of fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae, 35 parts of dried orange peel, 21 parts of hawthorn, 7 parts of walnut kernel, 11 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 8 parts of astragalus, 6 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 7 parts of poria cocos, 3 parts of rhizoma curculiginis, 5 parts of lotus plumule, 12 parts of wolfberry fruit, 4 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 11 parts of rhizoma zingiberis and 6 parts of radix linderae.
3. The preparation method of the dried orange peel and fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae health-care tea is characterized by comprising the following steps:
selecting high-quality Chinese yam, fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae, dried orange peel, hawthorn, walnut kernel, rhizoma polygonati, astragalus, codonopsis pilosula, poria cocos, rhizoma curculiginis, lotus plumule, wolfberry fruit, rhizoma atractylodis, dried ginger and combined spicebush root, and respectively putting the components into a dryer to be dried until the water content of each component is 3-5%;
crushing the dried components;
weighing the crushed components in parts by weight, putting the components into a stirrer for mixing, sterilizing and subpackaging after mixing.
