Abstract
提供了含有荧光蛋白片段的融合蛋白及其用途。本发明的融合蛋白具有(P1‑L1)s‑A1‑(X)n‑A2‑(L2‑P2)t所示的结构,其中(X)n或A1‑(X)n可促进融合目的肽的折叠和表达,并且可提高融合蛋白的溶解性并降低融合蛋白的分子间相互作用。融合蛋白中的(X)n或A1‑(X)n可以被酶切成多个长度远小于目的肽的短肽,有利于其与目的肽分离,使目的肽纯化更方便。
