Description

Machine for processing textile articles by means of laser and method thereof
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a machine for processing textile products with laser and a method thereof, for any and all textile products, mainly for denim, and by means of the laser technology of said machine to mark dot base pictures onto the textile products and to provide the textile products with a natural worn appearance.
Background
Nowadays, abrasion treatments are carried out on denim and similar fabrics and give the fabrics a more natural appearance. In addition to the abrasion operation, marking, picture processing and other similar pattern processing may be performed on the fabric according to different needs of a user.
Laser technology is also used today for abrasion and marking operations on fabrics. Furthermore, there is no embodiment that provides the operator with ease of performing operations with laser technology. In addition, the result of the performed operations does not provide the natural appearance of the fabric.
A machine using laser technology irradiates a laser onto a fabric and burns the surface of the fabric with the laser ray. After such a burning operation, in particular the denim fabric and the products made of it undergo a color change.
"burning pictures" is a name given to a digital picture or image having an aged appearance. The "burn picture" is point based and the color value of each point determines the color to be on the fabric. Based on the color values, the fabric is exposed to the laser radiation for a period of time.
Various shades (shades) are formed on the fabric exposed to low or high or various amounts of laser radiation in proportion to the intensity of the exposed radiation. The color of the fabric exposed to the laser radiation changes depending on the intensity and period of a given laser.
The laser radiation first heats the fabric surface and then begins to burn the fabric surface and impart the desired abrasive appearance to the fabric. The temperature required for the operation of cauterizing the surface is reached to initiate cauterization on the fabric surface. Thus, the low tone (tone) dots seen in the "burn picture" are only effective before heating of the fabric and do not result in a color change on the fabric.
The local grey shades seen in the "burn picture" are not visible on the fabric. In other words, a difference occurs between an image seen on a computer screen and an image formed on a fabric by means of burning with a laser ray. Such differences are immediately recognized, as compared to manually performing the abrasion operation, and result in an unnatural appearance of the fabric after the operation is performed. For this reason, most of the time, the laser technique is not used or the product after burning with the laser is again handled and ground by human power. This results in more labour and effort expenditure. Furthermore, employees are exposed to dust and particulate matter generated during such abrasive operations and may encounter serious health problems.
The utility model application numbered TR2009/04229 in the literature discloses an apparatus for abrading fabrics, in particular denim in the textile industry. The apparatus comprises: a circular tube having a plurality of abrading members for use during application by hand-held and rotational work; and a handle for holding the tube. The apparatus does not have an embodiment that uses laser technology to apply indicia to the textile product and impart a natural worn appearance to the textile product.
Patent application No. WO2018127838 in the literature discloses a cauterizing operation of a fabric by using laser light. The operations disclosed according to said document differ from the subject matter of the invention in content and method.
Therefore, due to the drawbacks and deficiencies of the prior art solutions described above, there is a need for development of related art.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been developed in light of the present circumstances and is intended to obviate the above-mentioned disadvantages.
The object of the present invention is to perform a marking operation of a point-based picture on a textile product by using laser technology.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a natural wear appearance on textile products by means of laser technology.
The structural and characteristic features and all the advantages of the present invention will be better understood in the detailed description in conjunction with the drawings given below and with reference to the drawings, and therefore, should be evaluated in view of the drawings and the detailed description.

Detailed Description
In this particular embodiment, for the purpose of better understanding this subject, a preferred embodiment of the machine (1) and the method for processing textiles with laser light according to the present disclosure has been disclosed.
The invention relates to a machine (1) for processing textile products with laser and a method thereof, the machine (1) being used for any and all textile products (A), mainly for denim, marking dot-based pictures onto the textile products (A) by means of the laser technology of the machine (1) and providing the textile products (A) with a natural worn appearance. Due to the accessories of the machine (1) for processing textiles by means of laser according to the invention, the products burned by means of laser do not need to be processed and ground again by hand. Thus, savings in labor and labour are provided, and exposure of personnel to dust and particulate matter generated during the ageing process is prevented.

Figure BDA0003270295810000044
at least one computer (6), said at least one computer (6) generating digitally a cauterizing picture (B) to perform an abrasion operation on textile products (A) made of denim and similar other fabrics, by using laser technology, in the following way: after adjusting the required parameters as a result of the input entered by the operator, forming the proportion of the required colour shade and adjusting the intensity of the laser radiation to be produced by the laser generator (2) according to said parameters, and sending such data to the control unit (5), so as to first provide heating of the textile product (a), and after said heating operation, burn the textile product (a) and change the colour of the surface, provide marking of point-based pictures onto the textile product (a) due to such colour change, and provide the textile product (a) with a natural worn appearance.
A digitally prepared burning picture (B) is required for the abrasion operation of textile products (a) made of fabrics, such as denim and other fabrics, by using laser technology. The burning picture (B) is created by a computer (6) arranged in a machine (1) for processing textiles with a laser according to the present disclosure. The created cautery picture (B) is then sent to the control unit (5). The computer (6) adjusts the position of the cauterizing picture (B) on the textile product (A) and the power of the laser generator (2) desired to be used by means of various parameters.
After placing the textile product (A) to be abraded by the laser radiation, the machine (1) for processing textiles with laser light is operated. As a result of the commands and control of the control unit (5), the laser generator (2) generates laser radiation, the optical means (3) refracts and guides the laser radiation at an optimum angle, and the scanning head (4) emits the laser radiation onto the textile product (A) to be cauterized. When the laser radiation contacts the textile product (a), the contact area heats up, then the burning process starts and the color of the surface of the textile product (a) changes.
The operator first transmits the burning picture (B) to a design program in a computer (6) for marking with laser radiation. The computer (6) checks the burning picture (B) based on the point having the portion with the color chromaticity of 255 or 255. The computer (6) checks and creates parameters in such a manner that the white color is exposed to the laser ray least and the black color is exposed to the laser ray most according to the color chromaticity of the burning picture (B) as shown in fig. 2.
Some initial portions of the points defined between 0 and 255 shades or 255 shades only heat the fabric and are not visible on the fabric. The shade seen in the burning picture (B) cannot be transferred to the textile product (a) with the same appearance. The computer (6) creates a graph (C) for points defined between 0 chroma and 255 chroma or a part of 255 chroma from the color tone (color ringing) of the burning picture (B), as shown in fig. 3. The computer (6) then adjusts the colour shading in the graph (C) by means of the curve (D) used in the graph (C).
The computer (6) adjusts the intensity of the required laser ray by using (unit darkest color laser ray) × (tone of dot to be burned + variation of curve (D))/maximum chroma value formula according to the value obtained from curve (D). By using this method, the computer (6) can use a separate curve (D) for each textile product (a) and each cauterization picture (B).
The computer (6) then sends parameters relating to the intensity of the relevant laser light to the control unit (5) and provides the operation of the laser generator (2) in such a way that laser rays of appropriate intensity are generated. Thus, the control unit (5) emits laser radiation to the textile product (a) providing a natural appearance of the desired form by means of the laser generator (2) and the scanning head (4) controlled and commanded by the control unit, taking into account the relevant parameters.
The method for processing textiles with a laser according to the invention comprises the following processing steps:
