To sum up, the method for controlling the transaction waiting time of the bank terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention automatically adjusts the waiting time threshold of the customer when the customer performs the transaction at the bank terminal according to the risk of the environment where the bank terminal is located, and can ensure that the greater the risk of the environment where the bank terminal is located, the smaller the waiting time threshold of the customer when the customer performs the transaction at the bank terminal is, that is, the smaller the risk the customer faces when performing the transaction at the bank terminal is. Meanwhile, on the premise of effectively controlling the transaction risk of the bank terminal, the waiting time threshold of the active customers can be properly adjusted to meet the differentiated requirements of the active customers.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a device for controlling the transaction waiting time of the bank terminal, which is described in the following embodiment. a current waiting duration threshold determining unit 03, configured to obtain a risk comparison factor corresponding to the current bank terminal from the block chain when the current bank terminal receives a transaction request of a user; determining a current waiting time threshold of the user for performing the current transaction at the current bank terminal according to the historical waiting time threshold corresponding to the current transaction type, the historical minimum waiting time when the user operates the current transaction type and a risk comparison factor corresponding to the current bank terminal;
and the control unit 04 is used for controlling the transaction waiting time of the current bank terminal according to the current waiting time threshold when the transaction request is processed.
In one embodiment, the control unit may be specifically configured to: and when the time length that the user does not operate the bank terminal exceeds the determined waiting time length threshold value, stopping processing the transaction request.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus for controlling the transaction waiting time of the bank terminal may further include:
an obtaining unit 05, configured to obtain a historical transaction amount of the user;
the updating unit 06 is configured to update the determined waiting duration threshold to obtain an updated waiting duration threshold when it is determined that the historical transaction amount of the user exceeds a preset transaction amount;
the control unit may specifically be configured to: and when the transaction request is processed, controlling the transaction waiting time of the current bank terminal according to the updated waiting time threshold.
In an embodiment, the updating unit may specifically be configured to: and when the historical transaction amount of the user is determined to exceed the preset transaction amount, multiplying the determined waiting time length threshold by a function taking the historical transaction amount of the user as an independent variable to obtain an updated waiting time length threshold.
The embodiment of the invention also provides computer equipment which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor realizes the method for controlling the transaction waiting time of the bank terminal when executing the computer program.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, which stores a computer program for executing the method for controlling the transaction waiting time of the bank terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the scheme for controlling the transaction waiting time of the bank terminal comprises the following steps: determining a risk coefficient of an environment where each bank terminal is located according to risk information of users in an area served by each bank terminal; determining a risk grade corresponding to each bank terminal according to the risk coefficient of the environment where each bank terminal is located and the relationship between the preset risk coefficient and the risk grade; determining a risk comparison factor of each risk level according to the risk coefficients of all the bank terminals corresponding to each risk level; storing the risk grade corresponding to each bank terminal and the risk comparison factor of each risk grade in a block chain; when the current bank terminal receives a transaction request of a user, acquiring a risk comparison factor corresponding to the current bank terminal from the block chain; determining a current waiting time threshold of the user for performing the current transaction at the current bank terminal according to the historical waiting time threshold corresponding to the current transaction type, the historical minimum waiting time when the user operates the current transaction type and a risk comparison factor corresponding to the current bank terminal; when the transaction request is processed, the transaction waiting time of the current bank terminal is controlled according to the current waiting time threshold, so that reasonable transaction waiting time thresholds can be obtained by integrating risk scenes of all the bank terminals, and the security of transactions performed by users at the bank terminals is ensured.

Claims (12)

1. A method for controlling transaction waiting time of a bank terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a risk coefficient of an environment where each bank terminal is located according to risk information of users in an area served by each bank terminal;
determining a risk grade corresponding to each bank terminal according to the risk coefficient of the environment where each bank terminal is located and the relationship between the preset risk coefficient and the risk grade; determining a risk comparison factor of each risk level according to the risk coefficients of all the bank terminals corresponding to each risk level; storing the risk grade corresponding to each bank terminal and the risk comparison factor of each risk grade in a block chain;
when the current bank terminal receives a transaction request of a user, acquiring a risk comparison factor corresponding to the current bank terminal from the block chain; determining a current waiting time threshold of the user for performing the current transaction at the current bank terminal according to the historical waiting time threshold corresponding to the current transaction type, the historical minimum waiting time when the user operates the current transaction type and a risk comparison factor corresponding to the current bank terminal;
and when the transaction request is processed, controlling the transaction waiting time of the current bank terminal according to the current waiting time threshold.
2. The method for controlling transaction waiting time of a bank terminal according to claim 1, wherein the controlling the transaction waiting time of the current bank terminal according to the current waiting time threshold when processing the transaction request comprises:
and when the time length that the user does not operate the bank terminal exceeds the current waiting time length threshold value, stopping processing the transaction request.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein determining the current waiting duration threshold for the user to perform the current transaction at the current bank terminal according to the historical waiting duration threshold corresponding to the current transaction type, the historical minimum waiting duration when the user operates the current transaction type, and the risk comparison factor corresponding to the current bank terminal comprises determining the current waiting duration threshold according to the following formula:

wherein, L2 is the current waiting duration threshold, L1 is the historical waiting duration threshold, f (r) is a monotonically decreasing function, r is the risk comparison factor corresponding to the current bank terminal, and p is the historical minimum waiting duration.
4. The method for controlling transaction waiting time of a bank terminal according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring historical transaction amount of the user;
updating the current waiting time length threshold value to obtain an updated waiting time length threshold value when the historical transaction amount of the user is determined to exceed the preset transaction amount;
when the transaction request is processed, controlling the transaction waiting time of the current bank terminal according to the current waiting time threshold, wherein the transaction waiting time comprises the following steps:
and when the transaction request is processed, controlling the transaction waiting time of the current bank terminal according to the updated waiting time threshold.

The method for controlling transaction waiting time of a bank terminal according to claim 4, wherein when determining that the historical transaction amount of the user exceeds the preset transaction amount, updating the current waiting time threshold to obtain an updated waiting time threshold, comprises:
and when the historical transaction amount of the user is determined to exceed the preset transaction amount, multiplying the current waiting time length threshold by a function taking the historical transaction amount of the user as an independent variable to obtain an updated waiting time length threshold.
6. The method for controlling transaction waiting time of bank terminals according to claim 5, wherein the function using the historical transaction amount of the user as the argument is:
f(y)=2/(1+exp(-y));
wherein, f (y) is a function taking the historical transaction amount of the user as an argument, and y is the historical transaction amount of the user.
7. An apparatus for controlling transaction waiting time of a bank terminal, comprising:
the risk coefficient determining unit is used for determining the risk coefficient of the environment where each bank terminal is located according to the risk information of the users in the service area of each bank terminal;
the risk comparison factor determining unit is used for determining a risk grade corresponding to each bank terminal according to a risk coefficient of an environment where each bank terminal is located and a relation between a preset risk coefficient and the risk grade; determining a risk comparison factor of each risk level according to the risk coefficients of all the bank terminals corresponding to each risk level; storing the risk grade corresponding to each bank terminal and the risk comparison factor of each risk grade in a block chain;
the current waiting time threshold value determining unit is used for acquiring a risk comparison factor corresponding to the current bank terminal from the block chain when the current bank terminal receives a transaction request of a user; determining a current waiting time threshold of the user for performing the current transaction at the current bank terminal according to the historical waiting time threshold corresponding to the current transaction type, the historical minimum waiting time when the user operates the current transaction type and a risk comparison factor corresponding to the current bank terminal;
and the control unit is used for controlling the transaction waiting time of the current bank terminal according to the current waiting time threshold when the transaction request is processed.

The device for controlling transaction waiting time of the bank terminal according to claim 7, wherein the control unit is specifically configured to: and when the time length that the user does not operate the bank terminal exceeds the determined waiting time length threshold value, stopping processing the transaction request.
9. The apparatus for controlling transaction waiting time of bank terminal according to claim 7, further comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the historical transaction amount of the user;
the updating unit is used for updating the determined waiting time threshold value to obtain an updated waiting time threshold value when the historical transaction amount of the user is determined to exceed the preset transaction amount;
