s250, when the matching value is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, signing and processing the information to be signed of the enterprise within preset time, and sending enterprise signing information to the platform server; and the platform server is used for judging whether enterprise signature data and employment personnel signature data are received within preset time, and if so, signing by using a contract with labor allocation is finished.
In the above embodiment, the signing of the contract information includes digitally signing the contract using a U shield issued by a bank, or generating a digital signature by biometric information, and attaching the digital signature as the signature information of the contract to the signature of the contract. The U shield issued by the bank is a common tool and has high safety and a legal real-name authentication function, so that the U shield is used for signing a contract, great convenience is brought to a user for signing the contract, a paper product is not required to be used for uploading a signature, and the problem of modern signature or false signature through an electronic signature board is avoided, so that the effectiveness of signing the contract is improved.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method further includes: the enterprise terminal matches the employment personnel information according to the employment requirement information to obtain a matching value; and when the matching value is smaller than a preset threshold value, the information to be signed of the enterprise is not processed.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
Referring to fig. 3, a employment allocation service management apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the apparatus relates to an enterprise side, a platform service side, and a client side, where the platform service side includes a memory storing a contract module;
the method specifically comprises the following steps:
the information classification module 310 is configured to, when receiving the recruitment request information sent by the enterprise terminal, classify the recruitment request information according to a preset classification rule to obtain classified recruitment information; the recruitment request information comprises enterprise information;
the classification sending module 320 is configured to send classification employment information to the client and receive confirmation feedback information of the client;
the first information receiving module 330 is configured to receive and confirm employment personnel information sent by the client according to the classification employment information;
the information processing module 340 is configured to send the employment personnel information to an enterprise terminal, and extract basic information of the employment personnel according to the employment personnel information;
the contract generating module 350 is configured to invoke the contract template according to the employment personnel basic information and the employment request information, write the employment personnel basic information and the enterprise information into the contract template, and generate a contract to be confirmed; the confirmation contract comprises information to be signed of an enterprise and information to be signed of the same user;
the signature sending module 360 is used for sending the information to be signed of the enterprise to the enterprise terminal and sending the information to be signed of the employment personnel to the client terminal; the enterprise terminal is used for matching the employment personnel information according to the employment requirement information to obtain a matching value; when the matching value is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, signing and processing the information to be signed of the enterprise within a preset time, and sending enterprise signing information to the platform server;
and a contract signing module 370, configured to, if enterprise signature data and employment personnel signature data are received within a preset time, write the enterprise signature data and the employment personnel signature data into the contract to be confirmed, and complete signing with a contract with allocated labor.
In an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 4, a device for labor allocation service management provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the device relates to an enterprise side, a platform service side, and a client side, where the platform service side includes a memory in which a contract module is stored;
the information sending module 410 is configured to send the recruitment request information to the platform server according to the recruitment requirement information of the enterprise when the recruitment requirement information of the enterprise is received; the platform server is used for classifying the recruitment request information according to a preset classification rule to obtain classified recruitment information; the recruitment request information comprises enterprise information; the platform server sends classification recruitment information to the client and receives confirmation feedback information of the client; the platform server receives and confirms employment personnel information sent by the client according to the classified employment information;
the second information receiving module 420 is configured to receive the employment personnel information sent by the platform server; the platform server is used for extracting the essential information of the employment personnel according to the information of the employment personnel; the platform server is used for calling the contract template according to the employment personnel basic information and the employment request information, writing the employment personnel basic information and the enterprise information into the contract template, and generating a contract to be confirmed; the confirmation contract comprises information to be signed of an enterprise and information to be signed of the same user;
a to-be-signed receiving module 430, configured to receive the to-be-signed information sent by the platform server; the client is used for receiving the information to be signed of the employment personnel sent by the platform server;
the information matching module 440 is used for matching the employment personnel information according to the employment requirement information to obtain a matching value;
the signature processing module 450 is configured to, when the matching value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, perform signature processing on the information to be signed of the enterprise within a preset time, and send enterprise signature information to the platform server; and the platform server is used for judging whether enterprise signature data and employment personnel signature data are received within preset time, and if so, signing by using a contract with labor allocation is finished.
Referring to fig. 5, a computer device for a labor allocation service management method according to the present application is shown, which may specifically include the following:
the computer device 12 described above is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device, and the components of the computer device 12 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 16, a memory 28, and a bus 18 that couples various system components including the memory 28 and the processing unit 16.
The memory 28 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as random access memory 30 and/or cache memory 32. Computer device 12 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 34 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (commonly referred to as "hard drives"). Although not shown in FIG. 5, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 18 by one or more data media interfaces. The memory may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules 42, with the program modules 42 configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the application.
A program/utility 40 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42 may be stored, for example, in memory, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules 42, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally perform the functions and/or methodologies of the embodiments described herein.
The processing unit 16 executes programs stored in the memory 28 to execute various functional applications and data processing, for example, to implement a labor allocation service management method provided in the embodiments of the present application.
That is, the processing unit 16 implements, when executing the program,: the platform server receives the recruitment request information sent by the enterprise terminal; the platform server classifies the recruitment request information according to a preset classification rule to obtain classified recruitment information; the platform server sends classification recruitment information to the client and receives feedback confirmation of the client; the platform server receives and confirms the employment personnel information sent by the client according to the classified employment information, sends the employment personnel information to the enterprise terminal, and extracts the essential information of the employment personnel according to the employment personnel information; the platform server calls a contract template according to the employment personnel basic information and the employment request information, writes the employment personnel basic information and the enterprise information into the contract template, and generates a contract to be confirmed; the platform server side sends information to be signed of an enterprise to the enterprise side and sends information to be signed of employment personnel to the client side according to the contract to be confirmed; and if enterprise signature data and employment personnel signature data are received within the preset time, writing the enterprise signature data and the employment personnel signature data into the contract to be confirmed, and finishing contract signing with labor allocation.
In an embodiment of the present application, there is further provided a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements a labor allocation service management method as provided in all embodiments of the present application.
That is, the program when executed by the processor implements: the platform server receives the recruitment request information sent by the enterprise terminal; the platform server classifies the recruitment request information according to a preset classification rule to obtain classified recruitment information; the platform server sends classification recruitment information to the client and receives feedback confirmation of the client; the platform server receives and confirms the employment personnel information sent by the client according to the classified employment information, sends the employment personnel information to the enterprise terminal, and extracts the essential information of the employment personnel according to the employment personnel information; the platform server calls a contract template according to the employment personnel basic information and the employment request information, writes the employment personnel basic information and the enterprise information into the contract template, and generates a contract to be confirmed; the platform server side sends information to be signed of an enterprise to the enterprise side and sends information to be signed of employment personnel to the client side according to the contract to be confirmed; and if enterprise signature data and employment personnel signature data are received within the preset time, writing the enterprise signature data and the employment personnel signature data into the contract to be confirmed, and finishing contract signing with labor allocation.
Any combination of one or more computer-readable media may be employed. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present application may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the operator's computer, partly on the operator's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the operator's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the operator's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider). The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.

Claims (10)
1. The employment allocation service management method is characterized by involving an enterprise terminal, a platform service terminal and a client terminal, wherein the platform service terminal comprises a memory in which a contract module is stored;
the method comprises the following steps:
when the recruitment request information sent by the enterprise terminal is received, the platform server terminal classifies the recruitment request information according to a preset classification rule to obtain classified recruitment information; the recruitment request information comprises enterprise information;
the platform server sends classification recruitment information to the client and receives confirmation feedback information of the client;
the platform server receives and confirms employment personnel information sent by the client according to the classified employment information;
the platform server side sends the employment personnel information to the enterprise side, and extracts the essential information of the employment personnel according to the employment personnel information;
the platform server calls the contract template according to the employment personnel basic information and the employment request information, writes the employment personnel basic information and the enterprise information into the contract template, and generates a contract to be confirmed; the confirmation contract comprises information to be signed of an enterprise and information to be signed of the same user;
the platform server side sends enterprise information to be signed to the enterprise side and sends employment personnel information to be signed to the client side; the enterprise terminal is used for matching the employment personnel information according to the employment requirement information to obtain a matching value; when the matching value is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, signing and processing the information to be signed of the enterprise within a preset time, and sending enterprise signing information to the platform server;
and if enterprise signature data and employment personnel signature data are received within the preset time, the platform server side writes the enterprise signature data and the employment personnel signature data into the contract to be confirmed, and completes contract signing with labor allocation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of the platform server sending the information about the business personnel to the enterprise terminal comprises:
the platform server side screens the employment personnel information through a preset personnel intelligent matching model according to the classified employment information;
and the platform server sends the screened employment personnel information to the enterprise terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising, if the enterprise signature data and/or the employment personnel signature data are not received within a preset time, failing to sign and re-sending the classification employment information to the client.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of classifying the recruitment request information by the platform server according to a preset classification rule to obtain the classified recruitment information comprises:
and classifying the recruitment request information according to the industry category and the job classification information to obtain classified recruitment information.
5. The employment allocation service management method is characterized by involving an enterprise terminal, a platform service terminal and a client terminal, wherein the platform service terminal comprises a memory in which a contract module is stored;
the method comprises the following steps:
when receiving the recruitment requirement information of an enterprise, the enterprise terminal sends recruitment request information to the platform server terminal according to the recruitment requirement information of the enterprise; the platform server is used for classifying the recruitment request information according to a preset classification rule to obtain classified recruitment information; the recruitment request information comprises enterprise information; the platform server sends classification recruitment information to the client and receives confirmation feedback information of the client; the platform server receives and confirms employment personnel information sent by the client according to the classified employment information;
the enterprise end receives the employment personnel information sent by the platform server end; the platform server is used for extracting the essential information of the employment personnel according to the information of the employment personnel; the platform server is used for calling the contract template according to the employment personnel basic information and the employment request information, writing the employment personnel basic information and the enterprise information into the contract template, and generating a contract to be confirmed; the confirmation contract comprises information to be signed of an enterprise and information to be signed of the same user;
the enterprise end receives the information to be signed sent by the platform server end; the client is used for receiving the information to be signed of the employment personnel sent by the platform server;
the enterprise terminal matches the employment personnel information according to the employment requirement information to obtain a matching value;
when the matching value is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, signing and processing the information to be signed of the enterprise within a preset time, and sending enterprise signing information to the platform server; and the platform server is used for judging whether enterprise signature data and employment personnel signature data are received within preset time, and if so, signing by using a contract with labor allocation is finished.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising: the enterprise terminal matches the employment personnel information according to the employment requirement information to obtain a matching value; and when the matching value is smaller than a preset threshold value, the information to be signed of the enterprise is not processed.
7. The employment allocation service management device is characterized by relating to an enterprise terminal, a platform service terminal and a client terminal, wherein the platform service terminal comprises a memory for storing a contract module;
the device comprises:
the information classification module is used for classifying the recruitment request information according to a preset classification rule when the recruitment request information sent by the enterprise terminal is received, so as to obtain classified recruitment information; the recruitment request information comprises enterprise information;
the classification sending module is used for sending classification recruitment information to the client and receiving confirmation feedback information of the client;
the first information receiving module is used for receiving and confirming the employment personnel information sent by the client according to the classified employment information;
the information processing module is used for sending the employment personnel information to an enterprise terminal and extracting the essential information of the employment personnel according to the employment personnel information;
the contract generating module is used for calling the contract template according to the employment personnel basic information and the employment request information, writing the employment personnel basic information and the enterprise information into the contract template, and generating a contract to be confirmed; the confirmation contract comprises information to be signed of an enterprise and information to be signed of the same user;
the signature sending module is used for sending the information to be signed of the enterprise to the enterprise terminal and sending the information to be signed of the employment personnel to the client terminal; the enterprise terminal is used for matching the employment personnel information according to the employment requirement information to obtain a matching value; when the matching value is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, signing and processing the information to be signed of the enterprise within a preset time, and sending enterprise signing information to the platform server;
and the contract signing module is used for writing the enterprise signature data and the employment personnel signature data into the contract to be confirmed and finishing signing with the contract with the allocated labor if the enterprise signature data and the employment personnel signature data are received within the preset time.
8. The employment allocation service management device is characterized by relating to an enterprise terminal, a platform service terminal and a client terminal, wherein the platform service terminal comprises a memory for storing a contract module;
the device comprises:
the information sending module is used for sending the recruitment request information to the platform server according to the recruitment requirement information of the enterprise when the recruitment requirement information of the enterprise is received; the platform server is used for classifying the recruitment request information according to a preset classification rule to obtain classified recruitment information; the recruitment request information comprises enterprise information; the platform server sends classification recruitment information to the client and receives confirmation feedback information of the client; the platform server receives and confirms employment personnel information sent by the client according to the classified employment information;
the second information receiving module is used for receiving the employment personnel information sent by the platform server; the platform server is used for extracting the essential information of the employment personnel according to the information of the employment personnel; the platform server is used for calling the contract template according to the employment personnel basic information and the employment request information, writing the employment personnel basic information and the enterprise information into the contract template, and generating a contract to be confirmed; the confirmation contract comprises information to be signed of an enterprise and information to be signed of the same user;
the to-be-signed receiving module is used for receiving the to-be-signed information sent by the platform server; the client is used for receiving the information to be signed of the employment personnel sent by the platform server;
the information matching module is used for matching the employment personnel information according to the employment requirement information to obtain a matching value;
the signature processing module is used for signing and processing the information to be signed of the enterprise within a preset time when the matching value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, and sending enterprise signature information to the platform server; and the platform server is used for judging whether enterprise signature data and employment personnel signature data are received within preset time, and if so, signing by using a contract with labor allocation is finished.
9. An apparatus comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, the computer program when executed by the processor implementing the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
