The working principle of the invention is as follows: the sludge to be treated is stored in the reservoir 1, a water pump group in a first-stage pump room 2 is used for pumping the water body in the reservoir 1 into a pre-ozone chamber 3, ozone generated in an ozone generating room 12 is pumped into an ozone spray pipe in the pre-ozone chamber 3 through the ozone pump, the ozone spray pipe injects ozone into the inside of a partition plate in a pre-ozone pool 13, the ozone is uniformly blown into the inside of the pre-ozone pool 13 through air holes on the partition plate, the water body enters the pre-ozone pool 13 in the pre-ozone chamber 3, a plurality of partition plates 14 are uniformly arranged in the pre-ozone pool 13 at intervals, the water body flows in an S shape in the pre-ozone pool 13, the water body can be fully disinfected by the ozone, the water body is primarily disinfected in the pre-ozone chamber 3 and then conveyed into a horizontal sedimentation tank 4 through an underground conveying pipe, medicaments such as alum and the like which are helpful for precipitating the water body are added in a chemical dosing room 19, the chemical medicaments are uniformly stirred and mixed and then added into a baffling area 20 of the horizontal sedimentation tank 4, the medicament is mixed with the water body at the baffling area 20, the flowing speed of the water body can be reduced under the action of the parallel straight plates 34 and the same-wave baffle plates 35 after the water body enters the baffling area 20, so that the flowing time of the water body in the advection process battery 4 is prolonged, the length of the advection sedimentation tank 4 can be reduced while the water body is settled, the water body can continuously collide with the different-wave baffle plates 36 when flowing through the different-wave baffle plates 36, the medicament is added at the different-wave baffle plates 36, the medicament entering the first spraying pipe 21 passes through the medicament inlet barrel 37 when the medicament is added, the medicament in the medicament inlet barrel 37 can drive the rotating shaft 38 to rotate, so that the movable plug 39 rotates, the medicament flows and enters the first spraying pipe 21 through the medicament outlet, the rotating shaft 38 can drive the cam 41 to rotate, the cam 41 can contact with the inner side walls of the two different-wave baffle plates 36 when rotating, and the side walls of the different-wave baffle plates 36 are rotatably connected with the side walls of the advection sedimentation tank 4, therefore, the different-wave folded plate 36 can continuously rotate in a certain angle under the dual actions of water flowing and the cam 41, so that the baffling effect of the different-wave folded plate 36 can be improved, the medicament can be stirred, and the sedimentation efficiency of the horizontal sedimentation tank 4 is improved; and the water can be better mixed with the medicament when flowing backwards, so that the water is settled, solid particles in the water are settled to the bottom end of the horizontal sedimentation tank 4, because the bottom end of the horizontal sedimentation tank 4 is inclined by 15-25 degrees, if the inclination angle is smaller, the solid particles are easy to adhere to the bottom of the horizontal sedimentation tank 4, so that the solid particles are difficult to collect, if the inclination angle is larger, the rolling speed of the solid particles is higher, the solid particles are difficult to settle into the sludge discharge tank 16, the water can flow and settle step by arranging the folded plate 15 in the horizontal sedimentation tank 4, sludge collected in the sludge discharge tank 16 is periodically pumped out through the sludge discharge pump 18 and the sludge discharge pipe 17, the water flows into the sand filter 5 after the primary sedimentation of the horizontal sedimentation tank 4, sodium hypochlorite in the space 22 at one side of the sand filter 5 is uniformly filled with the disinfectant and then is conveyed to the water inlet of the sand filter 5, so that the disinfectant is uniformly mixed with the water, the water body mixed with the sodium hypochlorite disinfectant continuously flows in the sand filter 5, the filter sand can filter fine particles and sand in the water body, the water body after being filtered by the sand filter 5 enters the ozone contact tank 25 in the lift pump room 9, ozone generated by the ozone generator 26 is contacted with the water body in the ozone contact tank 25 to carry out secondary disinfection on the water body, a lift pump in the lift pump room 9 can pump the water body after secondary disinfection into the carbon filter 6, so that the water body flows upwards from the bottom end of the carbon filter 6, the water body is fully contacted with active carbon in the carbon filter 6, the water body is disinfected and adsorbed by the active carbon, the water body after being treated by the carbon filter 6 enters the backflushing tank 7, the air blower 31 and the stirring device in the backflushing tank 7 start to work, the stirring device can drive the fan blades 44 in the air outlet tank 43 to rotate when working, and the obtained air in the air tank 43 enters the air injection pipe 42, utilize gas jet 42 to blow in gas in the water for the water constantly rolls, and harmful gas in the water is got out by the replacement, and the gas that the replacement was come out is blown out fast by air-blower 31, and the water after 7 processings of recoil pond enters into clear water basin 8 and stores, can obtain the clear water that supplies people to drink, then utilizes second grade pump house 10 to pump the drinking water in clear water basin 8 for user 11 uses.
