In order to make the overall structure of the carrier compact and easy to operate, the driving motor 18-1 is disposed in an up-horizontal manner, the driving motor 18-1 is disposed horizontally above the driving wheel 18-2, in order to ensure stability and accuracy in the transmission process, the gear transmission mechanism 18-3 between the driving motor 18-1 and the driving wheel 18-2 adopts a multi-stage gear transmission manner, that is, the gear transmission mechanism 18-3 includes a first driving gear 18-3-1, a second driven gear 18-3-2, a third driven gear 18-3-3 and a fourth driven gear 18-3-4, the first driving gear 18-3-1, the second driven gear 18-3-2, the third driven gear 18-3-3 and the fourth driven gear 18-3-4 are sequentially engaged and matched, and the first driving gear 18-3-1 is mounted at the output end of the driving motor 18-1.
In order to effectively brake the truck, the brake disc 18-6 is mounted on the side edge of the first driving gear 18-3-1, the brake disc 18-6 is arranged in a disc shape, the braking force is strong, the heat dissipation is good, the continuous braking force can be maintained, and the probability of accident of the truck is reduced.
In order to make the whole structure of the driving mechanism 18 compact, the driving frame 18-4 is installed between the gear transmission mechanism 18-3 and the driving wheel 18-2, the upper end of the driving frame 18-4 can extend to the upper part of the driving motor 18-1 to form an installation plane 18-4-0 with a plane surface, the bottom of the long-axis pipe column 16 is provided with an installation seat 19, and the installation seat 19 is installed at the installation plane 18-4-0. The mounting seat 19 is matched with the mounting plane 18-4-0, namely, the size and the shape are similar, so that the stability in the mounting process is ensured. The connection between the long-axis pipe column 16 and the driving mechanism 18 can be achieved by providing corresponding mounting holes at the mounting seat 19 and the mounting plane 18-4-0 and penetrating bolts in the mounting holes.
In order to avoid abrasion of the gear caused by external substances and ensure the service life of the gear, the gear box cover 18-5 is arranged on the outer cover of the gear transmission mechanism 18-3. In order to reduce the probability of breakage of the long-axis pipe column 16 during rotation, a shaft seat 17 is provided outside the long-axis pipe column 16 above the mounting seat 19. Further, the height of the shaft seat 17 is higher than that of the mounting seat 19, so that stability and service life of the long-shaft tubular column 16 are ensured, and the use cost is reduced.
A handle connector 14 is arranged between the handle rod 3 and the long-axis pipe column 16, and the long-axis pipe column 16 is connected with the handle connector 14 through a pin shaft, so that the disassembly and the assembly are convenient.
