Referring to fig. 1 and 2, bolts 28 and nuts 29 are disposed on two side steel plates 23 of the support block 2 at a position close to a top steel plate 26, when a skid is laid on the support inclined plane 21, the skid can be fixed on the support inclined plane 21 through a wire rope, and two ends of the wire rope are respectively connected with the bolts 28 and the nuts 29, wherein the nuts 29 are welded and fixed on the side steel plates 23 and abut against the lower surfaces of the portions of the top steel plate 26 protruding out of the side steel plates 23.
Optionally, the base 1 is a hollow hexahedral structure and is formed by enclosing at least six steel plates, the forklift holes 11 are formed in two sides of the base 1, and the supporting assembly is arranged on the steel plate at the top of the base 1.
