Please refer to fig. 1 to 10. It should be understood that the structures, ratios, sizes, and the like shown in the drawings are only used for matching the disclosure of the present disclosure, and are not used for limiting the conditions that the present disclosure can be implemented, so that the present disclosure is not limited to the technical essence, and any structural modifications, ratio changes, or size adjustments should still fall within the scope of the present disclosure without affecting the efficacy and the achievable purpose of the present disclosure. In addition, the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "middle" and "one" used in the present specification are for clarity of description, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and the relative relationship between the terms and the terms is not to be construed as a scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a watertight hatch comprising:
the cover plate 3, the cover surrounding sill 1, the hinge assembly 2 and the clamping and buckling assembly 4;
a plurality of second arc-shaped plates 52 are arranged on the vertical edge 31 of the cover plate 4, and the included angle between the axis of each second arc-shaped plate 52 and the vertical edge 31 is alpha; one side of the cover plate 3 is hinged with the cover surrounding sill 1 on the same side through a hinge assembly 2; the other side of the cover plate 4 is buckled with the cover surrounding threshold 1 through a clamping and buckling assembly 4;
the cover surrounding sill 1 is welded at the opening of the deck or bulkhead structure 01 in a watertight way; a plurality of first arc-shaped plates 51 are arranged on the vertical side frame of the covering surrounding threshold 1, and the included angle between the axis of each first arc-shaped plate 51 and the surface where the vertical side frame 11 is located is 180-alpha; the first arc-shaped plate 51 and the corresponding second arc-shaped plate 52 are combined to form the sleeve 5; each sleeve 5 is provided with a cable 6 inside.
According to the invention, the first arc-shaped plate 51 is arranged on the cover surrounding sill 1, and the second arc-shaped plate 52 is arranged on the cover plate 3, so that the cover plate 3 and the cover surrounding sill 1 are combined to form the sleeve 5, the sleeve 5 is used for clamping the cable 6, and the bending condition caused by lack of clamping of the cable 6 is avoided; in addition, the sleeve 5 formed in the mode avoids the cover plate of the cover plate 3 from damaging the cable 6; in addition, because the cable conductor 6 passes through the sleeve 5 with preset tolerance, the interference fit between the cable conductor and the sleeve can also prevent water from flowing into the cover plate 3.
As shown in fig. 4, the smaller the arc length of the curved strip of the cable 6, the smaller the height H of the hatch cover of the invention and the smaller the width B of the hatch cover, thereby saving the manufacturing cost and the shipping weight and reducing the deck space occupation; thus, when the angle α is 0 °, the electric cables 6 pass vertically through the hatch; at this time, the cable 6 is not bent, but the first arc-shaped plate 51 still forms a minimum intersection angle γ with the vertical edge 31.
In order to ensure the height H and the width B of the hatch cover so as to ensure that the volume of the hatch cover is as small as possible; the included angle alpha' between the axis of the second arc-shaped plate 52 and the deck 01 is preferably set to be [ beta, 90-gamma ]]To (c) to (d); specifically, as shown in fig. 10, when the height of the bulwark 7 is constant, α is close to 90 ° when the hatch is far from the bulwark 7, and then the height H is increased to make the actual bending radius R of the cable 6 not less than the minimum bending radius of the cable 6. When the hatch is at a certain distance from the bulwark 7 and the height of the bulwark 7 is close to 0, alpha is close to 90 degrees, and the hatch width B is increased to realize that the actual bending radius R of the cable 6 is not less than the minimum bending radius of the cable 6. Thus, when the hatch height H meets the minimum height for mounting the second arcuate plate 52, α' (the angle between the axis of the second arcuate plate 52 and the deck 01) is β (the angle between the cable 6 and the deck 01), and the cable 6 now has a radius that allows the minimum bending radius R0(ii) a The decrease in α 'causes the lid width B to increase, so α' β ≧ β.
In order to realize good watertight performance, seawater is prevented from flowing into the ship body from a gap between the cable 6 and the sleeve 5; now a sleeve seal 8 is provided inside the sleeve 5.
Because the sleeve 5 is formed by covering the second arc-shaped plate 52 at the cover body 3 and the first arc-shaped plate 51 covering the threshold 1, the sleeve sealing piece 8 is formed inside the sleeve after the second arc-shaped plate 52 and the first arc-shaped plate 51 are covered; specifically, the casing seal 8 includes a first arc seal 81 and a second arc seal 82; a first arcuate seal 81 is disposed within the first arcuate plate 51 and a second arcuate seal 82 is disposed within the second arcuate plate 52; the first and second arcuate seals 81 and 82 combine to form the sleeve seal 8; the sleeve sealing member 8 is internally provided with a cable 6.
To enable the first arcuate seal 81 to be secured to the first arcuate plate 51, the second arcuate seal 82 is secured within the second arcuate plate 52; now, a groove is arranged on the inner side of the first arc-shaped plate 51, and a groove is arranged on the inner side of the second arc-shaped plate 52; the first arc seal 81 is fitted into the groove of the first arc plate 51, and the second arc seal 82 is fitted into the groove of the second arc plate 52.
To increase the bonding strength of the first arcuate seal 81 and the first arcuate plate 51 and the bonding strength of the second arcuate seal 82 and the second arcuate plate 52, an adhesive may be used between the sleeve seal 8 and the sleeve 5.
In the present embodiment, each of the first arc seal 81 and the second arc seal 82 includes an embedding portion 811, an edge portion 812, and a plurality of protrusions 813; specifically, the embedding portion 811 is embedded in a groove on the inner side of the first arc-shaped plate 81 or the second arc-shaped plate 52, and the outer edge of the embedding portion 811 is provided with an edge portion 812; a plurality of convex bodies 813 are uniformly distributed on the inner side surface of the embedding part 811. The edge portion 812 can be suitably extended from the flange 53 of the sleeve 5 so that the cable wires 6 can be flexibly contacted with the sleeve seal 8 to avoid rigid contact with the edge portion 812, thereby protecting the cable wires 6.
In order to realize the watertight effect of the cable 6 and the hatch cover in the closed state, a plurality of convex bodies 813 are arranged in the sleeve sealing piece 8 in an array manner so as to achieve the labyrinth sealing effect; in addition, the outer contour shape of the cross section of the convex body 813 is a parabola extending towards the lower left corner, when the cable 6 passes through the sleeve sealing member 8, the convex body 813 will interact with the outer edge 61 of the cable to be compressed and deformed after being stressed, thereby achieving the sealing effect of clinging. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the cable 6 has self-gravity at one end in the cabin, the cable 6 also has self-gravity at one end outside the ship cabin, most of the common-knowledge shore power cables are outside the ship cabin, and the weight of the cable outside the ship cabin is greater than that of the cable in the cabin, so that after the cabin cover seals the cable 6, the bulge 813 tends to deform to the upper right, and therefore the outer contour of the cross section of the parabolic bulge 813 compensates the deformation tendency of the bulge 813 in advance, so that the shape of the cable 6 compressed by the bulge 813 after being wrapped is close to a symmetrical parabola, and a good sealing effect of the cable 6 is achieved.
In order to control the contour size of the hatch cover as much as possible while relatively uniformly wrapping the outer surface of the cable 6 in a dispersed manner; the length of the sleeve 5 is 1.5-3 times of the outer diameter of the cable 6. Specifically, the length L1 of the second arc-shaped plate 52 is related to the outer diameter Φ of the cable 6, and the sleeve sealing member 8 wraps the cable 6 to realize the sealing function, and simultaneously realizes the function of fixing the cable 6 to slide outboard against the gravity of the cable 6 to avoid slipping; if L1 is too short, the restraining force of sleeve seal 8 acts on the outer surface of cable 6 in a smaller area, which may cause the cable 6 to be clamped, and may cause the outer sheath of cable 6 to be locally stressed too much, which may result in damage. If L1 is too long, the overall size and height of the hatch cover become large, increasing the manufacturing cost and shipping weight.
In order to ensure that water can be prevented from leaking into the cover plate 3 and the cover surrounding sill 1 after the cover plate 3 and the cover surrounding sill 1 are tightly covered, the sealing packing 9 is continuously arranged end to end at the joint interface of the cover plate 3 and the cover surrounding sill 1; the two ends of the sealing filler 9 are respectively connected with the edge part 812 of the first arc-shaped sealing element 81 and the edge part 812 of the second arc-shaped sealing element; as shown in fig. 5, and the cover plate 3 is provided with a packing enclosure 91 near the hinge assembly 2, and the sealing packing 9 near the location is provided in the packing enclosure 91.
In order to improve the pressure resistance and the water resistance of the casing seal 8 and the seal packing 9, the first arc-shaped seal 81, the second arc-shaped seal 82 and the seal packing 9 are preferably made of elastic water-resistant materials, such as rubber.
In addition to the above implementation, the present invention also has the following usage methods:
in the first mode, the cable 6 is arranged on the watertight hatch cover:
the cable 6 passes through the hatch cover, and specifically, the cable 6 is firstly placed on the second arc-shaped plate 82;
the cover plate 3 is matched with the cover surrounding threshold 1, the first arc-shaped plate 51 and the second arc-shaped plate 52 are folded to form a sleeve 5, and meanwhile, the first arc-shaped sealing element 81 and the second arc-shaped sealing element 82 are folded to form a sleeve sealing element 8; the sleeve 5 clamps the sleeve sealing member 8, and the sleeve sealing member 8 clamps the cable 6; the clamping and buckling component 4 fastens the cover plate 3 and the cover surrounding threshold 1. When the clip assembly 4 is snapped on, there is no gap between the cable 6 and the sleeve seal 8, so that water flow cannot pass from the gap into the hatch.
In the second mode, for the sleeve 5 not provided with the cable 6, the sleeve 5 is provided with a plug 83:
the cover plate 3 is matched with the cover surrounding sill 1, the first arc-shaped plate 51 and the second arc-shaped plate 52 are folded to form a sleeve 5, the sleeve 5 clamps a sleeve sealing piece 8, and the sleeve sealing piece 8 clamps a pipe plug 83; the clamping and buckling component 4 fastens the cover plate 3 and the cover surrounding threshold 1. Therefore, the pipe plug 83 is blocked at the sleeve 5, and water is prevented from flowing into the watertight hatch when the cable 6 is not arranged.
In conclusion, the hatch cover is designed, so that after the cable 6 passes through the hatch cover in a stringing manner, the hatch cover is closed, the inside and the outside of the cabin can still be isolated, and rainwater is prevented from entering the ship; in addition, the sleeve 5 clamps the cable 6, so that the fatigue stress of the cable 6 can be relieved, the cable 6 is prevented from being stressed alternately due to the dead weight change of the ship body under the influence of wind waves, rise and fall tides, and the service life of the cable 6 is prolonged. In addition, the installation size and the angle of the sleeve sealing element 8 can enable the bending radius of the cable to be not smaller than the allowable minimum radius, and the service life of the cable is prolonged; in addition, the selection of the included angle between the first arc-shaped plate 81 and the cover plate 3 or between the second arc-shaped plate 52 and the cover surrounding threshold 1 can reduce the space volume of the hatch cover, reduce the manufacturing cost and the shipping weight and improve the space utilization rate of the deck surface.
Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and utilities of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Any person skilled in the art can modify or change the above-mentioned embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications or changes which can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and technical spirit of the present invention be covered by the claims of the present invention.
