Correspondingly, the invention also comprises three screwing sleeves which are respectively arranged on the three external wires 3 so as to prevent the external wires 3 from swinging radially relative to the junction box. In this embodiment, the screwing sleeve includes a first connecting sleeve connected to the threaded hole, a second connecting sleeve connected to the first connecting sleeve, and a fixing sleeve disposed between the first connecting sleeve and the second connecting sleeve and sleeved on the outer periphery of the external connection wire 3. The fixed sleeve is provided with a conical structure, and the outer diameter of the small-diameter end of the fixed sleeve is adjusted by adjusting the distance between the first connecting sleeve and the second connecting sleeve, so that the fixed sleeve clamps the corresponding external connecting wire 3. Wherein, the periphery of the both ends of first adapter sleeve is equipped with the external screw thread that links to each other with above-mentioned screw hole and second adapter sleeve respectively, and first adapter sleeve and second adapter sleeve are made by metal material. The fixed sleeve is made of materials such as plastics, rubber and the like so as to increase the friction force between the fixed sleeve and the external connection wire 3 and ensure the stable connection of the external connection wire 3. In order to facilitate maintenance of the junction box, the first side plate 21 or the second side plate 22 is provided with a transparent window 4 penetrating in the thickness direction so as to observe the accommodating groove 101. In this embodiment, the transparent window 4 is preferably a rectangular through hole, but is not limited thereto.
The present invention further includes a cover 5 detachably coupled to the outer edge of the see-through window 4 to selectively open or close the receiving groove 101, in consideration of safety, etc. Specifically, a plurality of threaded holes distributed annularly are arranged at the edge of the sealing cover 5 and the edge of the perspective window 4, so that the sealing cover 5 is fixed on the perspective window 4 by bolts and nuts. In order to further fix the three external wires 3 relative to the wiring shell 2, the invention further comprises a wire support frame 6, wherein the wire support frame 6 is fixed in the accommodating groove 101 so as to support the three external wires 3 and enable the three external wires 3 to be distributed in a shape like a Chinese character 'pin'. The support plate 61 is detachably fixed on the base 10 by bolts and nuts, the second bracket 63 is arranged between the first bracket 62 and the third bracket 64, the first bracket 62 and the third bracket 64 have the same height, and the second bracket 63 is respectively higher than the first bracket 62 and the third bracket 64. Specifically, the first lug 81 is welded to the outgoing line 7, and the second lug 82 is welded to the external connection 3, however, the welding between the first lug 81 and the outgoing line 7 and between the second lug 82 and the external connection 3 may be replaced by crimping, bolting, and the like, and the purpose of implementing the present invention is not affected.
The invention also comprises a boss 9 arranged at the bottom of the bottom cover plate 1, so as to penetrate through the sealing element 11 to be in contact with the machine base 10 to realize grounding, and the safety is improved. In addition, the lug 9 is contacted with the sealing element 11 to improve the pretightening force of the lug boss 9, so that the anti-loosening function is realized; meanwhile, the boss 9 can also cooperate with the sealing element 11 to further perform a sealing function, so that the safety is further improved.
In view of the wide application field of the junction box, in order to improve the adaptability of the junction box, the invention also comprises insulating layers respectively coated on the peripheries of the branch wire frame 6, the outgoing wire 7, the external connection wire 3 and the cable connection assembly 8, thereby realizing the waterproof effect and being beneficial to dust prevention so as to reduce the risk of safety accidents caused by electric leakage. Meanwhile, the insulating layer is beneficial to shortening the distance between each conductive part, so that the structure between each conductive part is more compact, and the size of the wiring shell 2 is further reduced, so that the occupied installation space is further reduced.
