In actual arrangement, the assembling flanging 1-2 is connected with the fender body; the assembly flanging 1-2 and the fender body are intersected and arranged as shown in the attached drawings.
Furthermore, reinforcing rib plates 1-22 are arranged between the assembling flanging 1-2 and the fender body; the arrangement of the reinforcing rib plates 1-22 can solve the problem that the strength of the joint of the fender body and the assembling flange 1-2 is influenced by the arrangement of the anti-sink mark inner grooves 1-21.
Further, in the present invention, the end portions of the reinforcing ribs 1 to 22 extend to the sink mark preventing inner grooves 1 to 21; by adopting the structural design, the end parts of the reinforcing rib plates 1-22 are equivalently inserted into the anti-sink mark inner grooves 1-21, so that the assembling flanging 1-2 and the fender body can be better supported.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle body structure for a miniature electric vehicle is characterized by comprising a fender and a front bumper; the fender comprises a fender body, wherein the fender body comprises a main body plate, and the main body plate is connected with an extension plate; the main body plate and the extension plate are of an integrated structure; the front bumper comprises a front bumper body, the front bumper body comprises a front bumper plate, a bridging plate is arranged on the side face of the front bumper plate, and the front bumper plate and the bridging plate are of an integrated structure; the bridge plate is butted with an extension plate, and the extension plate is positioned above the bridge plate; the bridging plate and the extension plate are connected by a fitting portion.

The vehicle body structure of claim 1, wherein the mounting portion includes a front guard connecting portion connected to the extension plate, the front guard connecting portion including a first cross plate disposed at an end of the extension plate remote from the main body plate, the first cross plate being connected to a bridge plate on the front guard body.

The vehicle body structure for a miniature electric vehicle as set forth in claim 2, wherein said first cross plate is connected to said front fender body through a first connecting portion; the first connecting part comprises a first connecting hole arranged on the first transverse plate, and a first bolt is arranged in the first connecting hole; the first bolt penetrates through the first connecting hole to be connected with the front body; the first transverse plate is connected with the front protection body at least through the two first connecting parts.

The vehicle body structure for the miniature electric vehicle as recited in claim 3, wherein one end of the first transverse plate is connected with the extension plate, the other end is freely extended, and a limiting longitudinal plate is arranged at one end of the first transverse plate away from the extension plate; the limiting longitudinal plate is attached to the side face of the front protection body, which is contacted with the limiting longitudinal plate.

The vehicle body structure for the miniature electric vehicle as set forth in claim 2, wherein said fender body is further provided with a positioning portion comprising a first latch groove and a first latch post provided at an end of the fender body near the front fender body; the first plug pin groove and the first plug column are distributed at intervals; the first plug pin groove is arranged along the transverse direction, and the first plug column is arranged along the longitudinal direction.

The vehicle body structure for the miniature electric vehicle as recited in claim 5, wherein the fender body is provided with a positioning block, the positioning block is arranged at an end of an extension plate, and the extension plate is connected with the positioning block through a first transverse plate; the first bolt groove is arranged on the positioning block; a barb groove is formed in the positioning block; the barb groove is communicated with the first bolt groove.

The vehicle body structure for the miniature electric vehicle as recited in claim 1, wherein a lap-joint flange is provided at an upper end of the bridging plate, and a second connection hole corresponding to the first connection hole is provided on the lap-joint flange; the number of the second connecting holes in the bridging plate is not less than that of the first connecting holes in the first transverse plate.

The vehicle body structure for the miniature electric vehicle as recited in claim 7, wherein the lap-joint turnup is provided with a positioning sinking groove, and the positioning sinking groove is positioned at the joint of the bridge plate and the front body; a positioning bolt is arranged in the positioning sinking groove, and a first positioning groove is also arranged on the lap joint turnup; when the fender is connected with the front bumper, the positioning bolt is connected with the first bolt groove; the first latch post is connected with the first positioning groove.
9. The vehicle body structure for the miniature electric vehicle as recited in claim 1, wherein an assembling flange is further provided at an edge of said fender body; the assembling flanging is provided with an anti-sink mark inner groove close to one end of the fender body.
10. The shrinkproof fender structure of claim 9, wherein a reinforcing rib is provided between the assembly flange and the fender body; the end part of the reinforcing rib plate extends to the sink mark preventing inner groove.
