After the buffer spring sheet 415 is contacted when the mounting sheet falls, a mounting sheet gap is formed at the rear end of the buffer spring sheet 415, when the mounting sheet falls in the mounting sheet gap, the mounting sheet is pressed on the mounting sheet sliding plate 411 by the buffer spring sheet 415, friction force generated between the mounting sheet and the mounting sheet sliding plate 411 can reduce the speed of the mounting sheet sliding plate 411, and the mounting sheet is buffered well.

the glue passing mechanism comprises a glue passing roller 4231 positioned above the glue tank 4221 and a pressing roller arranged adjacent to the glue passing roller 4231, and a page discharging gap is formed between the pressing roller and the glue passing roller 4231;
the glue thickness adjusting mechanism comprises a glue scraping roller 4241 and a glue scraping adjusting assembly, wherein the glue scraping roller 4241 is arranged adjacent to the glue passing roller 4231, a glue thickness gap is formed between the glue scraping roller 4241 and the glue passing roller 4231, and the glue scraping adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the glue thickness gap;
and a paper feed guide mechanism for guiding and conveying the paper sheet to the position of the glue roller 4231.
Glue stored in the glue groove 4221 is coated on the surface of the glue passing roller 4231 by rotating the glue passing roller 4231, the glue scraping roller 4241 scrapes off the glue coated on the surface of the glue passing roller 4231 through a glue scraping gap, the excessive glue is scraped off to control the glue amount on the surface of the glue passing roller 4231, pages enter between the glue passing roller 4231 and a pressing roller from a paper feeding guide mechanism, the pages are pressed on the glue passing roller 4231 by the pressing roller to be glued, and therefore page gluing is completed, and when the glue amount of the glue passing roller 4231 needs to be adjusted, the glue thickness gap is changed by adjusting a glue scraping adjusting assembly.
Specifically, the doctor roller 4241 is a steel roller with an anilox groove on the surface. After the steel roller with the reticulate patterns is used for scraping the glue on the rubber roller 4231, the glue is positioned in the reticulate pattern groove, so that the glue is more easily attached to the rubber scraping roller 4241, and the glue can flow out along the reticulate pattern groove conveniently.
The laminator is specifically located above the top substrate 414 (not shown) and the laminator has its exit opening aligned with the mounting chute 41.

The rubber scraping housing 4245 is hinged with the rubber machine bracket 4210, and the rubber scraping rollers 4241 are rotationally connected between the rubber scraping housing 4245, so that the distance between the rubber scraping rollers 4241 and the excessive rubber scraping can be changed when the rubber scraping housing 4245 rotates, the thickness of rubber scraping is changed, the thickness of the rubber is changed, and the rubber scraping tension springs 4244 are arranged to enable the rubber scraping housing 4245 to be kept in abutting connection with the rubber scraping adjusting studs 4243. In this way, the position of the doctor roller 4241 can be adjusted easily.

The position of the upper press roller 4232 arranged on the upper housing 42320 is adjustable by configuring the upper housing 42320 and the upper roller adjusting assembly, so that the position of the upper press roller 4232 is changed, the distance between the upper press roller 4232 and the glue passing roller 4231 is adjusted, and the pressure for pressing the pages on the glue passing roller 4231 is changed. The upper roller adjusting screw 42321 only has the freedom degree of rotating around the axis, the upper roller sliding block 42322 is in sliding connection with the glue machine guide block 4211, the upper roller adjusting screw 42321 drives the upper roller sliding block 42322 to slide along the glue machine guide block 4211 through an upper roller adjusting screw hole when rotating, and the upper roller reset tension spring 42323 enables the upper housing 42320 to be in abutting connection with the upper roller sliding block 42322, so that the swing position of the upper housing 42320 can be adjusted when the upper roller sliding block 42322 slides, and the gap between the upper press roller 4232 and the glue passing roller 4231 is adjusted, and the pressure of the upper press roller 4232 on pages is adjusted.
Further, the press roller further includes a lower press roller 4233, the glue passing mechanism further includes a lower housing 42330 and a lower roller adjusting assembly, the two lower housings 42330 are rotatably disposed under the glue machine support 4210, the lower roller is rotatably disposed between the two lower housings 42330, and the lower roller adjusting assembly is used for rotating and locking the lower housing 42330. The lower roller adjusting screw 42331 only has the freedom degree of rotation around the axis, the lower roller sliding block is in sliding connection with the glue machine guide block 4211, the lower roller sliding block is driven to slide along the glue machine guide block 4211 through the lower roller adjusting screw hole when the lower roller adjusting screw 42331 rotates, the lower housing 42330 is kept in abutting connection with the lower roller sliding block due to the lower roller reset tension spring 42335, the swinging position of the lower housing 42330 can be adjusted when the lower roller sliding block slides, and therefore the gap between the lower pressing roller 4233 and the glue passing roller 4231 is adjusted, and the pressure of the lower pressing roller 4233 on pages is adjusted.
