Abstract
The invention discloses a method for processing a special-shaped workpiece in an energy-saving way and a special device, wherein during processing, a processed material is fixed on the device, a jigsaw is started to adjust a jigsaw blade to a proper position through the relative movement of a bottom jigsaw moving device, a vertical arm and a cross arm, a proper rotating speed is adjusted, and the required special-shaped workpiece is cut out through the matching linkage of the bottom jigsaw moving device, the vertical arm, a cross arm shaft and the shaft; this is repeated until the material has been processed. The invention can improve the utilization rate, simplify the processing, save the time and reduce the material consumption. During processing, the material is directly processed into the special shape on a whole body by adopting a cutting method, so that the material can be fully utilized, and the energy can be saved.

The invention relates to a method and a device for processing a special-shaped workpiece.
Background
At present, a method for processing a brittle and hard material (quartz glass, graphite, a carbon material, wood and the like) special-shaped workpiece (which can be hollow or solid) generally comprises the steps of cutting the material into a square shape, then processing the material into the special-shaped workpiece by a milling machine or other modes, for example, in fig. 1, a whole material (with a width A and a height B) is generally sawn into the square shape (a B) by a band saw blade, a sawing cut c is generally 2-3 mm wide, and a certain processing allowance l (as in fig. 2) needs to be reserved. Irregular refers to irregular shapes such as: oval, quincunx, triangular, etc., but it is also possible to process regular shapes such as circular.

during machining, a machined material is fixed, a wiresaw blade is adjusted to a proper position through relative movement of the bottom wiresaw moving device, the vertical arm and the cross arm, a wiresaw is started, the rotating speed is adjusted, and a required special-shaped workpiece is cut through linkage of the bottom wiresaw moving device, the vertical arm, the cross arm shaft and the shaft in a matched mode; this is repeated until the material has been processed.
A special device for an energy-saving method for processing a special-shaped workpiece is characterized in that: the wire saw moving device comprises a bottom wire saw moving device, wherein a vertical arm is arranged on the bottom wire saw moving device, a cross arm capable of moving horizontally and/or vertically on the vertical arm is arranged on the vertical arm, and a wire saw is arranged on the cross arm.
The vertical arm is in the form of a horizontally movable arm on a bottom wire saw moving device.
The invention can improve the utilization rate, simplify the processing, save the time and reduce the material consumption. During processing, the material is directly processed into the special shape on a whole body by adopting a cutting method, so that the material can be fully utilized, and the energy can be saved.

Detailed Description
A method for processing a special-shaped workpiece in an energy-saving way adopts a device for processing the special-shaped workpiece in an energy-saving way to process; the device for energy-saving processing of the special-shaped workpiece comprises a bottom wire saw moving device 2, wherein a vertical arm 5 is arranged on the bottom wire saw moving device, a cross arm 6 capable of horizontally moving and/or vertically moving (a conventional cross moving structure and the like) is arranged on the vertical arm, and a wire saw 4 is arranged on the cross arm.
The vertical arm is in the form of a horizontally movable arm on a bottom wire saw moving device.
The wire saw can be further provided with a wire saw position detection device for feedback adjustment of the position of the wire saw to ensure that the wire saw does not deviate. Of course, the wire saw position detection device 3 may not be provided.
An energy-saving device for processing a special-shaped workpiece comprises a bottom wire saw moving device 2, wherein a vertical arm 5 is arranged on the bottom wire saw moving device, a cross arm 6 capable of horizontally moving and/or vertically moving (a conventional cross moving structure and the like can be adopted) is arranged on the vertical arm, and a wire saw 4 is arranged on the cross arm.
During machining, a machined material 1 is fixed on the device, a wiresaw blade is adjusted to a proper position through relative movement of the bottom wiresaw moving device, the vertical arm and the cross arm, a wiresaw is started, proper rotating speed is adjusted, and a needed special-shaped workpiece is cut through matching linkage of the bottom wiresaw moving device, the vertical arm, the cross arm shaft and the shaft; this is repeated until the material has been processed.
Fig. 1 and fig. 3 show that the same material can be used for making the same-diameter special-shaped workpiece, fig. 1 can be used for making 99 special-shaped workpieces, fig. 3 can be used for making 132 special-shaped workpieces, and 33 special-shaped workpieces are added, and the material utilization rate is improved to different degrees according to the material size and the special-shaped size.
Claims (3)
1. A method for processing a special-shaped workpiece in an energy-saving way is characterized by comprising the following steps: processing by adopting a device for processing the special-shaped workpiece in an energy-saving manner; the device for energy-saving processing of the special-shaped workpiece comprises a bottom wire saw moving device, wherein a vertical arm is arranged on the bottom wire saw moving device, a transverse arm capable of moving horizontally and/or vertically on the vertical arm is arranged on the vertical arm, and a wire saw is arranged on the transverse arm;
during machining, a machined material is fixed, a wiresaw blade is adjusted to a proper position through relative movement of the bottom wiresaw moving device, the vertical arm and the cross arm, a wiresaw is started, the rotating speed is adjusted, and a required special-shaped workpiece is cut through linkage of the bottom wiresaw moving device, the vertical arm, the cross arm shaft and the shaft in a matched mode; this is repeated until the material has been processed.

A special apparatus for energy-saving processing of a special-shaped workpiece according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the wire saw moving device comprises a bottom wire saw moving device, wherein a vertical arm is arranged on the bottom wire saw moving device, a cross arm capable of moving horizontally and/or vertically on the vertical arm is arranged on the vertical arm, and a wire saw is arranged on the cross arm.
3. The special apparatus for energy-saving processing of the special-shaped workpiece according to claim 2, wherein: the vertical arm is in the form of a horizontally movable arm on a bottom wire saw moving device.
