As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the screening device includes a second motor 28 fixed on a first base 27, a first shaft 29 is arranged on an output end of the second motor 28, a first connecting rod 30 is fixedly arranged on the first shaft 29, a sliding block 31 is hinged on the first connecting rod 30, a second base 33 is fixedly arranged on a filtering bin 38, a second connecting rod 32 is hinged on the second base 33, a sliding groove is arranged on the second connecting rod 32, the second connecting rod 32 is slidably connected with the sliding block 31, a filter screen 46 is arranged on an upper side of the filtering bin 38, the filter screen 46 is used for refining concrete raw materials, and the second base 33 is connected with the casing 10 through a first support 48.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the mixing device includes a mixing bin 36 fixed in the housing 10, a third motor 35 is fixed on the front wall of the mixing bin 36, a second shaft 49 is arranged on the output end of the third motor 35, a bearing 50 is fixed on the second shaft 49, an external gear 41 is fixed on the outer ring of the bearing 50, an internal gear 40 is fixed on the second shaft 49, the internal gear 40 is connected with the external gear 41 through meshing, a rotor 39 is fixed on the internal gear 40, the rotor 39 is used for further refining the concrete raw material and fully mixing the concrete raw material through rotation, the filtering bin 38 is connected with the mixing bin 36 through a first conveying pipe 47, and the first conveying pipe 47 is used for conveying the screened concrete raw material into the mixing bin 36.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the sliding device includes a first motor 11, a third shaft 13 is disposed on an output end of the first motor 11, a third connecting rod 14 is fixedly disposed on the third shaft 13, a fourth connecting rod 15 is hinged to the third connecting rod 14, a fifth connecting rod 16 is hinged to the other end of the fourth connecting rod 15, a fixing rod 12 is fixedly disposed on a rear side wall inside the housing 10, the fixing rod 12 is hinged to the fifth connecting rod 16, a sixth connecting rod 17 is hinged to a right end of the fifth connecting rod 16, the sixth connecting rod 17 is hinged to a third base 18, the third base 18 is fixed to a second bracket 19, and the second bracket 19 is used for enabling the cleaning device to slide up and down along with movement of the second bracket 19.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the cleaning device includes a cleaning table 43 fixed on the second bracket 19, a trapezoidal scraper 58 is fixed on the lower side wall of the cleaning table 43, the trapezoidal scraper 58 is used for scraping off the solidified concrete adhered to the inner wall of the mixing bin 26, a liquid pump 52 is fixed on the second bracket 19, the liquid pump 52 is used for introducing water into the mixing bin 26, a nozzle 59 is fixed on the lower side wall of the cleaning table 43, and the liquid pump 52 is connected with the nozzle 59 through a liquid conveying pipe 42.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the stirring device includes a fixing base 44 fixed on the stirring bin 26, a fourth motor 57 is fixed on the fixing base 44, a fourth shaft 54 is arranged on an output end of the fourth motor 57, a first belt pulley 53 is fixed on the fourth shaft 54, a third bracket 20 is fixed on the housing 10, a fifth shaft 22 is rotatably arranged on the third bracket 20, a second belt pulley 21 is fixed on the fifth shaft 22, the first belt pulley 53 and the second belt pulley 21 are connected by a belt 24, a first gear 23 is fixed on the fifth shaft 22, an eccentric shaft 25 is rotatably arranged on a left side of the fifth shaft 22, a second gear 55 is fixed on the eccentric shaft 25, the first gear 23 and the second gear 55 are connected by meshing, the fourth shaft 54 and the eccentric shaft 25 are connected by an eccentric shaft sleeve 56, the eccentric shaft sleeve 56 is used for enabling the eccentric shaft 25 to eccentrically rotate around the fourth shaft 54, so as to expand a stirring range of the stirring device, promote the effect of stirring concrete, the fixed agitator 51 that is equipped with on the eccentric shaft, agitator 51 are used for stirring concrete, and stirring storehouse 26 passes through support column 34 with casing 10 to be connected, and stirring storehouse 26 passes through second conveyer pipe 45 with mixing storehouse 36 to be connected, and second conveyer pipe 45 is used for waiting for in sending into stirring storehouse 26 the concrete raw materials that the mixture finishes and adds the water stirring.
When concrete needs to be produced, the raw materials are poured onto the filter screen 46, the second motor 28 is started, the first shaft 29 is driven to rotate, the first connecting rod 30 fixed on the first shaft 29 rotates along with the first connecting rod, the sliding block 31 is driven to slide, the sliding block 31 drives the second connecting rod 32 to rotate, the second connecting rod 32 fixed on the second base 33 drives the second base 33 and the filter bin 38 to swing back and forth, the raw materials on the filter screen 46 are dispersed into fine particles through vibration, then the fine raw material particles start to shake off into the filter bin 38 through vibration, the vibration of the screening device is realized through the combination of the connecting rods and the sliding block, the vibration of a larger amplitude can be realized by directly using the vibration motor, and the amplitude can be controlled by adjusting the length of the connecting rods.
The third motor 35 is started to drive the second shaft 49 to rotate, the inner gear 40 fixed on the second shaft 49 rotates along with the second shaft 49, the inner ring of the bearing 50 rotates along with the second shaft 49, the outer ring of the bearing 50 is fixed, the outer gear 41 fixed on the outer ring of the bearing 50 is fixed, the inner gear 40 rotates along with the outer gear 41 in the circumferential direction, the inner gear 40 drives the rotor 39 to rotate, and the rotor 39 can fully mix raw materials and can further crush and refine the raw materials in the rotating process.
The liquid pump 52 is started, the liquid pump 52 adds water into the stirring bin 26 through the liquid pipe 42, water flow is ejected from the nozzle 59, the fourth motor 57 is started to drive the fourth shaft 54 to start rotating, the eccentric shaft sleeve 56 fixed on the fourth shaft 54 drives the eccentric shaft 25 to rotate around the fourth shaft 54, meanwhile, the first belt pulley 53 is driven by the fourth shaft 54 to start rotating to drive the second belt pulley 21 to start rotating, so that the fifth shaft 22 starts rotating, the first gear 23 fixed on the fifth shaft 22 rotates along with the first shaft, as the first gear 23 is meshed with the second gear 55, the second gear 55 rotates along with the first shaft, so as to drive the eccentric shaft 25 to rotate, so that the stirrer 51 starts rotating, and the stirring device realizes two modes of revolution and rotation simultaneously through one motor, thereby not only saving more energy, but also effectively expanding the stirring range and enabling the concrete to be stirred more fully.
When the mixing bin needs to be cleaned, the liquid pump 52 is started, water is added into the mixing bin 26, the first motor 11 is started at the same time, the third shaft 13 is driven to rotate, the third shaft 13 drives the third connecting rod 14 to rotate, the fourth connecting rod 15 hinged on the third connecting rod 14 rotates along with the third connecting rod, the fifth connecting rod 16 hinged on the fourth connecting rod 15 is driven to rotate, the fifth connecting rod 16 rotates around the fixed rod 12, the angle between the sixth connecting rod 17 and the fifth connecting rod 16 is changed, the sixth connecting rod 17 moves up and down along with the fourth connecting rod, the third base 18 and the second support 19 are driven to move up and down, the cleaning table 43 can move up and down in the mixing bin 26, the trapezoid scraper 58 fixed on the lower side wall of the cleaning table 43 is attached to the inner wall of the mixing bin 26, solidified concrete attached to the inner wall can be scraped off in the moving process, water flow is simultaneously flushed into the bin bottom of the mixing bin 26, the linkage effect of the moving connecting rod of the cleaning device is matched with the scraper to realize automatic cleaning of the inner wall of the mixing bin, manpower labor can be avoided, and the cleaning effect is better than manual work due to the cleaning mode of completely attaching the inner wall.
