the second sensor 27 transmits a stretch completion signal to the controller 25, and the controller 25 controls the driving motor 21 to stop.

The ultra-thin material clamping device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the fixed clamping device (5) comprises a first lower clamping plate (15), a second upper clamping plate (16) and a first lifting cylinder (17), the first lower clamping plate (15) is connected with the frame (4), the second upper clamping plate (16) is connected with the driving end of the first lifting cylinder (17), the first lifting cylinder (17) controls the second upper clamping plate (16) to be attached to or detached from the first lower clamping plate (15), the first lifting cylinder (17) is fixed on the frame (4), and the ultra-thin material (2) is placed between the first lower clamping plate (15) and the first upper clamping plate (16).

The ultra-thin material clamping device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the movable clamping device (6) comprises a third lower clamping plate (18), a fourth upper clamping plate (19) and a second lifting cylinder (20), the third lower clamping plate (18) is connected with the driving end of the stretching device (1), the fourth upper clamping plate (19) is connected with the driving end of the second lifting cylinder (20), the second lifting cylinder (20) controls the fourth upper clamping plate (19) to be attached to or detached from the third lower clamping plate (18), the second lifting cylinder (20) is fixed on the third lower clamping plate (18), and the ultra-thin material (2) is placed between the second lower clamping plate (18) and the second upper clamping plate (19).

The clamping device for ultra-thin materials as claimed in claim 4, wherein the stretching device (1) comprises a driving motor (21), a screw (22) and a nut (23), an output shaft of the driving motor (21) is connected with the screw (22), the nut (23) and the screw (22) form a screw transmission pair, one side of the third lower clamping plate (18) is connected with the nut (23), the driving motor (21), the screw (22) and the guide rod (24) are all fixed on the frame (4), and an output end of the control device is electrically connected with a control end of the driving motor (21).

transmitting a clamping completion signal of the ultrathin material (2) to the controller (25) through the first sensor (26), wherein the controller (25) controls the detection device (3) to measure the thickness of the ultrathin material (2);
the distance sensor (14) transmits the measured thickness data of the ultrathin material (2) to the controller (25), and the controller (25) matches the tension force of the stretching device (1) according to the thickness data;
the controller (25) controls the driving motor (21) to be started to tension the ultrathin material (2);
the second sensor (27) transmits a stretching completion signal to the controller (25), and the controller (25) controls the driving motor (21) to stop working so as to complete the tensioning action of the ultrathin material (2).
