Abstract
The invention discloses a swing type dewaxing kettle, which comprises a driving unit, wherein the driving unit is used for driving a movable rod to reciprocate, the movable rod is guided and positioned by a guide positioning unit, the guide positioning unit is positioned in a kettle body, the driving unit is positioned outside the kettle body, and the movable rod can movably penetrate through the kettle body; the upper end of the movable rod is provided with a swinging unit, the upper end of the swinging unit is provided with a frame body, and the frame body can swing back and forth through the swinging unit. The invention can lead the frame body to swing back and forth by repeated swinging action, thereby leading the melted wax to be separated quickly.

Background
The investment casting is also called lost wax casting, and comprises the procedures of wax pressing, wax trimming, tree forming, slurry dipping, wax melting, molten metal casting, post-treatment and the like. In order to improve the quality of the cast, the prior operating methods are degreasing and degreasing of the wax pattern, coating and sanding on the wax pattern, drying and hardening of the shell, melting and losing the wax pattern and baking the shell. The swing unit 6 comprises two support columns 21, the upper ends of the support columns 21 are connected through a connecting rod 23, the lower ends of the support columns 21 are respectively matched with the positioning pieces 16 for use, and the two upright columns 17 on the positioning pieces 16 are respectively connected with the two sides of the lower ends of the support columns 21 through connecting columns 22.
One end of the connecting rod 23 is hinged with one end of a rocker 26, the other end of the rocker 26 is hinged with a swinging piece 27, and the upper part of the swinging piece 27 is hinged with the frame body 7.
