when the rotating shaft 17 rotates, the first rotating shaft 32 is driven to rotate through the belt 31, the first rotating shaft 32 rotates, the driven wheel 34 and the second rotating shaft 35 are driven to rotate through the driving wheel 33, the first rotating shaft 32 and the second rotating shaft 35 rotate to drive the first crushing roller 36 and the second crushing roller 37 to rotate in opposite directions, when the granular medicine needs to be crushed and then smeared, the granular medicine can be directly placed in the side box 24, the granular medicine can be crushed through the first crushing roller 36 and the second crushing roller 37 which rotate in opposite directions, extra time and energy are not needed to be spent on crushing the granular medicine, and the using effect is further improved.
