Abstract
本发明涉及消毒技术领域,具体涉及一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液及其制备方法。按质量百分比计,包括表面活性剂5‑15%,抗菌剂0.1‑0.5%,增稠剂0.3‑0.8%,柔润剂2‑5%,pH调节剂0.01‑0.05%,硅油1‑5%,去离子水补充余量。本发明提供的一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液具有广泛高效的杀菌消毒效果,耐温宽好,还能够有效护肤保湿,消除静电。

技术领域
本发明涉及消毒技术领域,具体涉及一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视个人卫生问题。能够随时随地清洁手部的洗手液或消毒剂逐渐进入人们的视线。尤其是冬天的水太冷,既省去了流水冲洗的麻烦,又能够保持手部温度。所以,很多人养成了随身携带一支免洗洗手液的习惯。
但目前市面上常见的免洗洗手液主要成分是酒精,其酒精含量在60%—95%之间,若酒精浓度不够的免洗洗手液无法起到杀菌作用;若杀菌效果好又长期使用,酒精挥发会让皮肤越洗越干,出现干裂、瘙痒、湿疹,容易导致手部皮肤屏障受损。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一个方面提供了一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,按质量百分比计,包括表面活性剂5-15%,抗菌剂0.1-0.5%,增稠剂0.3-0.8%,柔润剂2-5%,pH调节剂0.01-0.05%,硅油1-5%,去离子水补充余量。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂复配,所述阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的重量比为(5-10):(2-5)。
优选的,所述阳离子表面活性剂包括烷基铵盐类表面活性剂,烷基咪唑啉盐类表面活性剂,乙氧基化胺类表面活性剂,季铵盐类表面活性剂的一种或几种。
优选的,所述非离子表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂,多元醇酯类表面活性剂,吐温,司盘的一种或几种。
优选的,所述抗菌剂为有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂复配,所述有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂的重量比为(1-2):(3-5)。
优选的,所述无机抗菌剂包括金属型纳米抗菌剂,银离子抗菌剂,金属氧化物抗菌剂中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述有机抗菌剂为双胍类抗菌剂,异噻唑酮衍生物抗菌剂类,酰基苯胺类抗菌剂,咪唑类抗菌剂,壳聚糖的一种或几种。
优选的,所述增稠剂包括羟基纤维素,卡波姆,黄原胶,透明质酸,卡拉胶的一种或几种。
优选的,所述pH调节剂包括三乙醇胺,柠檬酸,氨基酸,乳酸的一种或几种。
本发明第二方面提供了一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将表面活性剂,柔润剂,硅油混合均匀,加热到60-80℃,反应1-3min,得到混合物A;
2)将增稠剂和去离子水混合均匀得到混合物B,将混合物B加入混合物A 中得到混合C;
3)将抗菌剂,pH调节剂依次加入混合物C中,均质化5-15min,速度为 4500-6000rpm。
有益效果:
1)本发明提供的一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液具有广泛高效的杀菌消毒效果,性质稳定,保质期长,耐温宽。
2)本发明提供的一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液不仅杀菌消毒效果优异,而且能够有效护肤保湿,消除静电。
3)本发明提供的一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液制备简单,价格低廉,适用范围广。
具体实施方式
为了解决上述问题,本发明第一方面提供了一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,按质量百分比计,包括表面活性剂5-15%,抗菌剂0.1-0.5%,增稠剂0.3-0.8%,柔润剂2-5%,pH调节剂0.01-0.05%,硅油1-5%,去离子水补充余量。
表面活性剂
表面活性剂能使界面状态发生明显变化,能够帮助润湿溶解污垢,使污垢脱离,达到洗涤的目的。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂复配,所述阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的重量比为(5-10):(2-5)。
优选的,所述非离子表面活性剂的HLB值为4-7。
优选的,所述非离子表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂,多元醇酯类表面活性剂,吐温,司盘的一种或几种。
优选的,所述多元醇酯类表面活性剂包括甘油脂肪酸酯,聚甘油脂肪酸酯的至少一种。
优选的,所述聚甘油脂酸酯的皂化值为130-180mg KOH/g。
优选的,所述聚甘油脂肪酸酯包括聚甘油-3-二异硬脂酸酯,聚甘油-6-二异硬脂酸酯,聚甘油-10-辛酸酯,二聚甘油单油酸酯,三聚甘油单油酸酯的一种或几种。优选的,所述阳离子表面活性剂包括烷基铵盐类表面活性剂,烷基咪唑啉盐类表面活性剂,乙氧基化胺类表面活性剂,季铵盐类表面活性剂的一种或几种。
优选的,所述季铵盐类表面活性剂的含氮量为1.5-2.5%,所述季铵盐类表面活性剂在25℃的粘度为100-600cps。
优选的,所述季铵盐类表面活性剂包括聚季铵盐-4,聚季铵盐-10,聚季铵盐-6,聚季铵盐-7,聚季铵盐-10,聚季铵盐-11,聚季铵盐-22,聚季铵盐-39,瓜尔胶羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵的一种或几种。
消毒剂能够吸附于细菌,病毒表面,逐步渗入到细胞内层,改变细胞的渗透性,使酶和蛋白质变性,破坏细菌,病毒的代谢,使内容物外渗,导致细菌,病毒死亡。本申请人意外研究发现中体系中的特定非离子表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂协同作用,能够促进体系生成混合胶束,使混合溶液的cmc减小,增强去污能力外,还能够与体系中的阳离子成分协同作用使消毒液的渗透性增强,促进体系中的杀菌消毒成分发挥作用,增强杀菌消毒效果。
抗菌剂
抗菌剂为体系中的主要杀菌消毒成分,对于多种细菌和病毒都有很好的消毒效果,能够帮助杀菌消毒,维护手部健康。
优选的,所述抗菌剂为有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂复配,所述有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂的重量比为(1-2):(3-5)。
优选的,所述无机抗菌剂包括金属型纳米抗菌剂,银离子抗菌剂,金属氧化物抗菌剂的一种或几种。
优选的,所述金属型纳米抗菌剂为纳米银抗菌剂,所述纳米银抗菌剂的平均粒径为5-15nm。
优选的,所述有机抗菌剂为双胍类抗菌剂,异噻唑酮衍生物抗菌剂类,胺类抗菌剂,咪唑类抗菌剂的一种或几种。
优选的,所述有机抗菌剂为双胍类抗菌剂和胺类抗菌剂复配。所述双胍类抗菌剂和胺类抗菌剂的重量比为(3-5):(1-3)。
优选的,所述双胍类抗菌剂为氯苯双胍已烷,聚六亚甲基双胍的至少一种。
优选的,所述胺类抗菌剂为聚乙烯亚胺,羧酸酰胺类,苯基酰胺类的一种或几种。
优选的,所述聚乙烯亚胺为高枝化聚乙烯亚胺。所述聚乙烯亚胺的MW为 8000-12000。
本发明研究发现,通过特定的无机抗菌剂和有机抗菌剂,尤其是纳米银抗菌剂,双胍类抗菌剂,聚乙烯亚胺进行复配制备的消毒液,不仅具有长效,广谱的杀菌效果,而且不会产生耐药性,稳定性好。推测是由于金属型纳米抗菌剂粒径小,表面活性大,因而容易发生团聚,导致抗菌效果下降,通过与特定的有机抗菌剂复配,有机抗菌剂能够包覆在纳米粒子表面,不仅有效防止纳米粒子的团聚,还达到缓释的效果,起到长效抗菌的目的。此外,有机抗菌剂含有的活性基团还能与生成的银离子发生络合,与体系中的pH调节剂协同作用,还原银离子,增强抗菌效果。
增稠剂
增稠剂能够减少体系在高低温变化时的冻融现象,具有优异的乳化悬浮能力,能够有效帮助提高体系的稳定性。
优选的,所述增稠剂包括羟基纤维素,卡波姆,黄原胶,透明质酸,卡拉胶的一种或几种。
所述增稠剂的粒度为180-250目。
柔润剂
所述柔润剂能减少皮肤表面水分蒸发,促进皮肤含水量上升,使皮肤保持湿润,还能有效护肤,帮助改善皮肤状态。
优选的,所述柔润剂包括多元醇,椰子油,维生素E,透明质酸的一种或几种。
pH调节剂
pH作为消毒液的主要理化指标,直接影响人体皮肤健康。pH调节剂能够将消毒液调节到和人体皮肤酸碱度较为接近的状态。
优选的,所述pH调节剂包括三乙醇胺,柠檬酸钠,氨基酸,乳酸的一种或几种。
硅油
硅油能够在皮肤表面成膜有效防止皮肤水分流失,同时增强人体手部皮肤的舒适度。
优选的,所述硅油的粘度为50-200cps。
优选的,所述硅油为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
本发明第二方面提供了一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将表面活性剂,柔润剂,硅油混合均匀,加热到60-80℃,反应1-3min,得到混合物A;
2)将增稠剂和去离子水混合均匀得到混合物B,将混合物B加入混合物A 中得到混合C;
3)将抗菌剂,pH调节剂依次加入混合物C中,均质化5-15min,速度为 4500-6000rpm。
下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体描述。有必要在此指出的是,以下实施例只用于对本发明作进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的专业技术人员根据上述本发明的内容做出的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
另外,如果没有其它说明,所用原料都是市售得到的。
实施例
实施例1
一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,按质量百分比计,包括表面活性剂10%,抗菌剂0.2%,增稠剂0.5%,柔润剂4%,pH调节剂0.03%,硅油3%,去离子水补充余量。
所述表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂复配,所述阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的重量比为7:3。
所述非离子表面活性剂的HLB值为5.5。所述非离子表面活性剂为多元醇酯类表面活性剂。所述多元醇酯类表面活性剂为聚甘油脂肪酸酯。所述聚甘油脂酸酯的皂化值为141-160mg KOH/g,所述聚甘油脂肪酸酯为聚甘油-3-二异硬脂酸酯(CAS号:94423-19-5),购买自汕头市勋诺化工科技有限公司。
所述阳离子表面活性剂为季铵盐类表面活性剂。所述季铵盐类表面活性剂的含氮量为1.7-2.2%,所述季铵盐类表面活性剂在25℃的粘度为300-500cps。所述季铵盐类表面活性剂为聚季铵盐-10(CAS号:81859-24-7)。所述聚季铵盐-10 购自杭州茂特科技开发有限公司。
所述抗菌剂为有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂复配,所述有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂的重量比为1.5:4。
所述无机抗菌剂为纳米银抗菌剂,所述纳米银抗菌剂的平均粒径为6nm。所述纳米银抗菌剂购自晋大纳米科技(厦门)有限公司,牌号:JDTKS-001。
所述有机抗菌剂为双胍类抗菌剂和胺类抗菌剂复配。所述双胍类抗菌剂和胺类抗菌剂的重量比为3.5:2。所述双胍类抗菌剂为醋酸氯己定(CAS号:56-95-1),购自湖北九洲康达生物科技有限公司。所述胺类抗菌剂为聚乙烯亚胺,所述聚乙烯亚胺为高枝化聚乙烯亚胺,所述聚乙烯亚胺的MW为10000,购自武汉市强龙化工新材料有限责任公司。
所述增稠剂为黄原胶,所述增稠剂的粒度为200目。所述增稠剂购自淄博海澜化工有限公司,牌号:F-200。
所述柔润剂包括多元醇和维生素E。所述多元醇和维生素E的质量比为1: 1,所述多元醇为甘油。
所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸钠。
所述硅油的粘度为100cps。所述硅油为聚二甲基硅氧烷(CAS号:9006-65-9),购自鸿瑞化工有限公司。
一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将表面活性剂,柔润剂,硅油混合均匀,加热到75℃,反应2min,得到混合物A;
2)将增稠剂和去离子水混合均匀得到混合物B,将混合物B加入混合物A 中得到混合C;
3)将抗菌剂,pH调节剂依次加入混合物C中,均质化10min,速度为5500rpm。
实施例2
一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于所述阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的重量比为10:5。
实施例3
一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于所述双胍类抗菌剂和胺类抗菌剂的重量比为5:3。
实施例4
一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于所述 pH调节剂为三乙醇胺。
对比例1
一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于所述阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的重量比为1:3。
对比例2
一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于所述有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂的重量比为1.5:1。
对比例3
一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于。所述双胍类抗菌剂和胺类抗菌剂的重量比为3.5:0.5。
对比例4
一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于所述表面活性剂为聚季铵盐-10。
性能测试
1.抗菌抗病毒测试:按照《消毒技术规范》进行测试,菌种:大肠杆菌,病毒株:甲型流感病毒H1N1。
2.皮肤含水量测试:选取50位24-30岁的志愿者,分为10组,在手部使用实施例及对比例制备的消毒液洗手2min,用皮肤水分测试仪进行检测,1.5h后,测量皮肤水分含量变化情况,含水量变化=使用后皮肤含水量-使用前皮肤含水量。
3.稳定性测试:将实施例及对比例制备的消毒液25℃放置10天后,放入-5℃条件下放置24h,再放入40℃条件下放置24h,恢复至室温,观察是否有分层沉淀,异味变色现象。
4.皮肤刺激性:标准按照《消毒技术规范》进行测试。

1.一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,包括表面活性剂5-15%,抗菌剂0.1-0.5%,增稠剂0.3-0.8%,柔润剂2-5%,pH调节剂0.01-0.05%,硅油1-5%,去离子水补充余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂,所述阳离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的重量比为(5-10):(2-5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,其特征在于,所述阳离子表面活性剂包括烷基铵盐类表面活性剂,烷基咪唑啉盐类表面活性剂,乙氧基化胺类表面活性剂,季铵盐类表面活性剂的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类表面活性剂,多元醇酯类表面活性剂,吐温,司盘的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂,所述有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂的重量比为(1-2):(3-5)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,其特征在于,所述无机抗菌剂包括金属型纳米抗菌剂,银离子抗菌剂,金属氧化物抗菌剂中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,其特征在于,所述有机抗菌剂为双胍类抗菌剂,异噻唑酮衍生物抗菌剂类,酰基苯胺类抗菌剂,咪唑类抗菌剂,壳聚糖的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,其特征在于,所述增稠剂包括羟基纤维素,卡波姆,黄原胶,透明质酸,卡拉胶的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂包括三乙醇胺,柠檬酸,氨基酸,乳酸的一种或几种。
10.一种根据权利要求1所述的一种高效稳定的免洗消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将表面活性剂,柔润剂,硅油混合均匀,加热到60-80℃,反应1-3min,得到混合物A;
2)将增稠剂和去离子水混合均匀得到混合物B,将混合物B加入混合物A中得到混合C;
3)将抗菌剂,pH调节剂依次加入混合物C中,均质化5-15min,速度为4500-6000rpm。
