Further, the arm plate rotation support assembly 6 comprises a first mounting column 601 fixedly arranged on the second mounting plate 5, and the first mounting column 601 is arranged close to one side of the bed head 106; a first mounting groove 602 is formed in the top of the first mounting column 601, a first rotating motor 603 is mounted in the first mounting groove 602, a rotating support column 604 is mounted on an output shaft of the first rotating motor 603, the rotating support column 604 penetrates through the top of the first mounting groove 602, and the top of the rotating support column 604 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the arm plate 7; the arm plate 7 is of a rectangular structure, the first rotating motor 603 rotates to drive the rotating support column 604 to rotate, and further drive the arm plate 7 to rotate, the long axis direction of the bed plate 103 in the long axis direction of the arm plate 7 is parallel in the initial state, the patient places the arm needing to be placed on the arm support 8 at the top of the arm plate 7, and then the first rotating motor 603 is started to drive the arm plate 7 to rotate, so that the arm placed on the arm support 8 by the patient rotates to the direction convenient for placing the tube along with the rotation of the arm plate 7.

When the second rotating motor 702 rotates, the third rotating shaft 703 and the first bevel gear 704 are driven to rotate, the first bevel gear 704 drives the second bevel gear 707 engaged with the first bevel gear to rotate, and the second bevel gear 707 drives the fourth rotating shaft 706 to rotate, so as to drive the arm support 8 to rotate, so that the arms of the patient are adjusted from the inward expansion state to the outward expansion state in the normal state, and the tube placement is convenient.

Further, two invisible accommodating grooves 1002 are symmetrically formed in the bottom of the instrument table-board 10, a first supporting column 1003 and a second supporting column 1004 are movably connected in each invisible accommodating groove 1002, the first supporting column 1003 is matched with the second mounting plate 5 for use, a limiting groove matched with the first supporting column 1003 is formed in the side face of the second mounting plate 5, the first supporting column 1003 is transferred to a position corresponding to the limiting groove from the invisible accommodating groove 1002, the first supporting column 1003 is inserted into the corresponding limiting groove, the second supporting column 1004 is matched with the mattress 104 for use, only the first supporting column 1004 is transferred from the invisible accommodating groove 1002 to the bottom to be supported on the mattress 1004, and the first supporting column 1003 and the second supporting column 1004 which are hidden and accommodated at the bottom of the instrument table top 10 are respectively matched with the second mounting plate 5 and the mattress 103 for use, so that the stability of the instrument table top 10 can be improved.

It should be noted that the dimensions of the arm plate 7 and the instrument table 10 can be adjusted according to clinical needs.

After inflation of the second bladder 23, the second bladder 23 is used to compress the patient's jugular vein, similar to the effect of compressing the patient's jugular vein using the palm side of the user's hand, to avoid tubing passing through the patient's jugular vein.
Further, two guide grooves 1702 are symmetrically formed on two sides of the second mounting groove 1701, a guide rod 19 is slidably connected in each guide groove 1702, the guide rod 19 penetrates through the guide grooves 1702, and the end of the guide rod 19 is fixedly connected with the first pressing plate 20. The guide rod 19 and the guide groove 1702 are matched with each other, so that the stability of the first pressing plate 20 and the second pressing plate 22 moving along with the third hydraulic rod 18 can be improved, and the second supporting spring 21 between the first pressing plate 20 and the second pressing plate 22 can play a role in buffering, so that the damage to a patient under the impact action of the third hydraulic rod 18 is avoided.
Further, the side surfaces of the bed head 106, the bed tail 107 and the bed board 103 are provided with position marks 11, the position marks 11 are set according to the position of the arm board 7, so that the arm of a patient can be prevented from being optimal on the arm board 7 when lying on the mattress 104, the patient can quickly lie on the optimal tube placing position according to the position marks 11, then fine adjustment is carried out according to the difference of the body types of the patient, the tube placing efficiency is improved, and the influence of the patient on the tube placing efficiency caused by the adjustment of the back-and-forth movement and the replacement posture on the bed is avoided.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: before the PICC catheterization bed is used, the arm plate 7 and the instrument table top 10 are positioned below the bed plate 103, and the first supporting spring 9 at the bottom of the instrument table top 10 is in a compressed state;
when the PICC catheterization bed is used, the height of the bed plate 103 is adjusted through the first hydraulic rod 102, so that a patient can conveniently get on the bed, then a large towel is laid on the mattress 104, and the patient can lie at a corresponding position according to the position mark 11;
starting the reciprocating motor 301, driving the first lead screw nut 305 and the second lead screw nut 3012 to move forwards synchronously, further driving the first mounting plate 4 and the second mounting plate 5 mounted on the first mounting plate 4, and the arm plate 7 and the instrument table top 10 mounted on the second mounting plate 5 to move from the lower side of the bed plate 103 to the front side of the bed plate 103, when the arm plate 7 and the instrument table top 10 move from the lower side of the bed plate 103 to the side surface of the bed plate 103, starting the second hydraulic rod 401, driving the arm plate 7 and the instrument table top 10 mounted on the second mounting plate 5 and the second mounting plate 5 to move upwards by the second hydraulic rod 401, and supporting the second mounting plate 5 by the first telescopic rod 402 along with the extension of the second telescopic rod 402; when the bottom surface of the arm plate 7 is parallel to the top surface of the mattress 104, the reciprocating motor 301 can be started to rotate reversely to drive the arm plate 7 to move towards the rear side of the mattress 104 above the mattress 104, so that the arm plate 7 is positioned right above the mattress 104, and a patient can conveniently place an arm to be replaced on the arm support 8 at the top of the arm plate 7;
then, a first rotating motor 603 is started, the first rotating motor 603 rotates to drive a rotating support column 604 to rotate, and further drive the arm plate 7 to rotate, the long axis direction of the bed plate 103 in the long axis direction of the arm plate 7 is parallel in the initial state, the patient places the arm needing to be placed on the arm support 8 at the top of the arm plate 7, and then the first rotating motor 603 is started to drive the arm plate 7 to rotate, so that the arm placed on the arm support 8 of the patient rotates to the direction convenient for placing the tube along with the rotation of the arm plate 7; then, the second rotating motor 702 is started again, when the second rotating motor 702 rotates, the third rotating shaft 703 and the first bevel gear 704 are driven to rotate, the first bevel gear 704 drives the second bevel gear 707 engaged with the first bevel gear to rotate, the second bevel gear 707 rotates to drive the fourth rotating shaft 706 to rotate, and further the arm support 8 is driven to rotate, so that the arms of the patient are adjusted from the inward expansion state to the outward expansion state in the normal state, and the tube placement is convenient. So far, the adjustment of the position of the arm of the patient needing to be placed with the tube is finished; and (3) paving a cushion towel below the arm of the patient to sterilize the arm of the patient, repeating twice, and paving a hole towel on the intuitive arm of the patient to start to place a tube. The first, second and third straps 12, 13, 14 may be used to secure the patient's arms and legs prior to laying the hole towel.
When the arm plate 7 and the instrument table-board 10 move to the side of the bed board 103 from the lower part of the bed board 103, the instrument table-board 10 is separated from the bottom of the bed board 103, the first supporting spring 9 recovers deformation, and the instrument table-board 10 is jacked upwards, so that the height of the instrument table-board 10 is higher than that of the bed body, and medical staff can take surgical instruments on the instrument table-board 10 conveniently; the first supporting column 1003 and the second supporting column 1004 which are hidden and stored at the bottom of the instrument table top 10 are respectively matched with the second mounting plate 5 and the mattress 103 for use, so that the stability of the instrument table top 10 can be improved.
During the operation of placing the tube, the second air bag 23 is inflated, the angle of the movable arm 17 is adjusted, then the third hydraulic rod 18 is started, the first pressing plate 20, the second pressing plate 22 and the second air bag 23 are pushed, and the second air bag 23 presses the jugular vein of the patient, so that the danger of the tube passing through the jugular vein of the patient is avoided.

the top of the driving mechanism is further connected with an instrument table top (10) through a first supporting spring (9), the instrument table top (10) is close to one side of the tailstock (107), a first limiting groove (1001) is formed in the center of the top of the instrument table top (10), the first limiting groove (1001) extends to the front side edge and the rear side edge of the instrument table top (10) along the front-rear direction, and a plurality of first limiting columns (1031) are uniformly arranged at positions, corresponding to the first limiting groove (1001), of the bottom of the bed board (103); the driving mechanism is used for driving the arm plate (7) and the instrument table top (10) to move back and forth.

7. The PICC catheterization bed of claim 6, wherein: the second binding belt (13) comprises an adhesive layer (1301), a first air bag (1302) is arranged at the center of the top of the adhesive layer (1301), and a gap is reserved between the first air bag (1302) and the adhesive layer (1301).
