Background

The dishwasher can increase the impact force of water spraying flow through the rotary falling propeller, and better cleaning effect can be achieved to a certain extent when the water flow force becomes stronger.
One chinese patent with publication number CN2018221952323 discloses a household dish washer, comprising a base, a dish washing box is arranged on the top of the base, an opening is arranged on the top of the dish washing box, and a dish washing mechanism is arranged between the dish washing box and the base; the dish washing mechanism comprises a rotating frame and a driving motor, wherein the rotating frame is arranged at the inner bottom position of the dish washing box, the driving motor is arranged in the base, a driving shaft is arranged at the upper part of the driving motor, the driving shaft penetrates through the bottom of the dish washing box, a sealing ring is arranged between the bottom of the dish washing box and the driving shaft, and the end part of the driving shaft is arranged at the middle position of the bottom of the rotating frame; the rotating frame is provided with a dish washing frame, and the top of the dish washing frame is provided with a positioning groove. The utility model can make the dish washing rack perform spin washing treatment in the water of the water tank, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of the washing treatment of the dishes; the bowl can be conveniently scrubbed through the bowl washing cloth, and the efficiency of scrubbing the bowl is greatly improved.
One chinese patent publication No. CN2010102530837 discloses a dish washing machine and a dish washing method and a dish holding mechanism of the dish washing machine, comprising: a washing chamber provided with a washing space sufficient for at least one bowl to be smoothly acted upon by a washing medium; the bowl and disk holding mechanism comprises a supporting part and a plurality of bowl and disk clamps which are arranged on the supporting part and can move on the supporting part, and the bowl and disk clamps are provided with clamping ends for clamping the bowl and disk according to the shape of the bowl and disk; the bowl and disk moving mechanism is connected with the bowl and disk holding mechanism, and sequentially drives one or more bowl and disk clamps to move to the washing space and move to one side of the washing space far away from the bowl to be washed or outside the washing space after washing; and the cleaning device releases the cleaning medium to the washing space. However, the above patent still has the following problems:
(1) The traditional shower type dish washing machine has the advantages that the using effect is not good and the water resource and the electric power resource are consumed when the dishes with more oil stains are washed, and the washing effect of the oil stains on the dishes is affected due to uneven shower of the scrubbing type dish washing device when the dishes are subjected to detergent shower;
(2) The clamping device in scrubbing type dish washing is not easy to fall too heavy and easily damage the dishes when the force for clamping the dishes is not easy to grasp;

The invention aims at the problems in the prior art, and provides a scrubbing type dish washing device which is used for solving the problems that the use effect is not good and the water resource and the electric resource are consumed very much when the traditional shower type dish washing machine is used for washing dishes with more oil stains, the cleaning effect of the oil stains on the dishes is affected due to uneven shower of the scrubbing type dish washing device when the dishes are showered with detergent, and the clamping device in the scrubbing type dish washing is difficult to grasp the strength of the clamping of the dishes, and the dishes are easy to damage due to excessive falling. The invention also provides a using method of the scrubbing type dish washing device.

The washing machine comprises a dishwasher box body, a washing device, a clamping device, a scrubbing device and a drying device, wherein the washing device, the clamping device, the scrubbing device and the drying device are arranged in the dishwasher box body, the washing device is arranged on the left side wall of the dishwasher box body, the clamping device is arranged on a rotating device, the scrubbing device is arranged on the right side wall of the dishwasher box body, and the drying device is arranged on the rear wall of the dishwasher box body.
When the bowl is specifically used, the bowl clamping column is clamped by the clamping device with proper force, the bowl is rotated to the flushing device through the rotating mechanism, residues in the bowl are flushed out by primarily flushing the bowl, the bowl is rotated to the scrubbing device through the rotating mechanism to scrub the residues which are not easy to flush out, such as oil stains, and the like, and finally the bowl is dried and disinfected through the drying device, so that the bowl is cleaned. Solves the problems that the flushing type dish washing machine is difficult to effectively clean residues such as oil stains and the like and consumes electric power and hydraulic resources.

The working principle and the advantages of the invention are as follows:
the invention firstly washes residues in the bowl by using a small amount of high-pressure clean water through a main water spraying component, a left water spraying component and a right water spraying component in the washing device, mixes the detergent and the clean water through a water storage mechanism in the scrubbing device, uniformly showers the mixed detergent on the surface of the bowl through a rinsing mechanism and a scrubbing mechanism, makes the scrubbing piece and the surface of the bowl in frictional contact through a rotary scrubbing mechanism to simulate manual scrubbing of the bowl, cleans oil stains which are difficult to clean on the bowl, and dries and ultraviolet disinfects the cleaned bowl through a drying device.
According to the invention, the bowl is cleaned in three steps through the three mutually noninterfere devices, so that residues and oil stains in the bowl are effectively cleaned, waste water and food residues generated by cleaning are collected and treated in a classified manner, the oil stains on the bowl are cleaned on the premise of consuming a small amount of resources, electric power and hydraulic resources are saved, and the water storage mechanism, the leaching mechanism and the scrubbing mechanism are utilized to mix and uniformly adhere the detergent on the surface of the bowl in the scrubbing process, so that the problem that the oil stain cleaning effect on the bowl is affected due to uneven showering when the detergent is showered by the conventional scrubbing bowl cleaning device is solved, and meanwhile, the detergent is saved, and the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect are greatly improved.

When the bowl cleaning device is specifically used, the bowl is clamped by the clamping device 6 with proper force, the bowl is rotated to the flushing device 5 through the rotating mechanism 102, the bowl is initially flushed to flush residues in the bowl, the bowl is rotated to the scrubbing device 7 through the rotating mechanism 102 to scrub residues such as oil stains which are not easy to flush, and finally the residues are dried and disinfected through the drying device 8, so that the bowl is cleaned. In specific use, the scrubbed cleaning bowl is sent to the drying device 8 for drying and disinfection by the rotating mechanism 102, the temperature of the bowl is increased by the heating tube 805 to evaporate water to achieve the drying effect, and the ultraviolet lamp 804 emits ultraviolet rays to disinfect the bowl.

As a further improvement of the previous embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the scrubbing type dish washing device comprises a dish washing machine box 1, wherein a dish washing machine base 101 is arranged at the bottom of the dish washing machine box 1, and a rotating mechanism 102 is arranged on the dish washing machine base 101; the washing device 5, the clamping device 6, the scrubbing device 7 and the drying device 8 are installed in the dishwasher box 1, the washing device 5 is installed on the left side wall of the dishwasher box 1, the clamping device 6 is installed on the rotating device, the scrubbing device 7 is installed on the right side wall of the dishwasher box 1, and the drying device 8 is installed on the rear wall of the dishwasher box 1. When the bowl cleaning device is specifically used, the bowl is clamped by the clamping device 6 with proper force, the bowl is rotated to the flushing device 5 through the rotating mechanism 102, the bowl is initially flushed to flush residues in the bowl, the bowl is rotated to the scrubbing device 7 through the rotating mechanism 102 to scrub residues such as oil stains which are not easy to flush, and finally the residues are dried and disinfected through the drying device 8, so that the bowl is cleaned. When the bowl washing machine is specifically used, the clamping device 6 is mainly responsible for clamping the bowl so that the washing device 5 can primarily wash the bowl, the scrubbing device 7 can scrub and clean the bowl, and the drying device 8 can dry and sterilize the bowl. The bowl is held by opening and closing the clamping arms 603, in order to prevent the clamping arms 603 from being too hard, the bowl is prevented from being damaged, the contact pad 604 is arranged on the clamping arms 603 to protect the bowl, meanwhile, the bowl is held firmly, the bottom of the bowl is contacted with the top of the horn tube 605, the horn tube 605 plays a supporting role, meanwhile, water generated during flushing and scrubbing flows into the horn tube 605 to be discharged through the horn tube 605, waste water generated by cleaning and food residues are collected and treated in a classified mode, and the design of the dish washer is more reasonable and scientific.
The scrubbing device 7 comprises a washing column 701, a water storage mechanism 702, a scrubbing column 703, a connecting column 704, a motor assembly 705 and a scrubbing mechanism 706, wherein the connecting column 704 is arranged on the right side wall of the dishwasher box body 1, the connecting column 704 is connected with the scrubbing column 703, the washing column 701 and the scrubbing mechanism 706 are arranged at the bottom of the scrubbing column 703, the motor assembly 705 and the water storage mechanism 702 are arranged in the scrubbing column 703, and the washing column 701 and the water storage mechanism 702 are connected in a conducting manner. When the washing device is specifically used, the most original washing mode of manual bowl washing is reduced by the washing device 7, so that the aim of effectively cleaning oil stains is fulfilled, wherein the detergent is firstly discharged into the water storage mechanism 702, then clean water is discharged into the water storage mechanism 702 and mixed with the detergent, after the mixing ratio of the detergent and the clean water meets the requirement when the clean water reaches a certain amount, the mixed water and the detergent enter the washing mechanism 701, the washing mechanism 701 uniformly sprays the mixed detergent on the bowl, meanwhile, under the cooperation of the washing column 703, the connecting column 704 and the motor assembly 705, the washing mechanism 706 starts to wash the bowl, the washing mechanism 701 sprays the detergent to play the effect of the detergent through the water storage mechanism 702, the washing mechanism 706 cleans the bowl in a washing mode without wasting the detergent, and the oil stains on the bowl are effectively cleaned. The water storage mechanism 702 is provided with a storage cavity 702a, a left liquid outlet pipe 702b, a right liquid outlet pipe 702c, a liquid inlet pipe 702d and a detergent pipe 702e, the liquid inlet pipe 702d and the detergent pipe 702e are arranged in the connecting column 704, the storage cavity 702a is connected with the liquid inlet pipe 702d and the detergent pipe 702e in a conducting mode, the left upper end of the storage cavity 702a is connected with the left liquid outlet pipe 702b in a conducting mode, the right upper end of the storage cavity 702a is connected with the right liquid outlet pipe 702c in a conducting mode, and the left liquid outlet pipe 702b and the right liquid outlet pipe 702c are connected with the disc pipe 701a in a conducting mode. The rinsing mechanism 701 comprises a disc pipe 701a, an outer scrubbing piece 701b, an inner scrubbing piece 701c and thin pipes 701d, wherein the disc pipe 701a is connected with the water storage mechanism 702, the number of the thin pipes 701d is multiple, the thin pipes 701d are uniformly distributed and arranged on the disc pipe 701a, the disc pipe 701a is in conductive connection with the outer scrubbing piece 701b and the inner scrubbing piece 701c through the thin pipes 701d, a gap is reserved between the inner scrubbing piece 701c and the outer scrubbing piece 701b for clamping a bowl, the inner scrubbing piece 701c is in a cylindrical shape, and the outer scrubbing piece 701b is in a circular pipe shape. When the washing machine is specifically used, the mixed detergent in the water storage mechanism 702 enters the disc pipe 701a in the washing mechanism 701 through the left liquid outlet pipe 702b and the right liquid outlet pipe 702c, the mixed detergent in the disc pipe 701a uniformly enters the outer washing piece 701b and the inner washing piece 701c through the plurality of thin pipes 701d, the inner wall of the outer washing piece 701b is tightly contacted with the outer wall of the bowl, the outer wall of the inner washing piece 701c is tightly contacted with the inner wall of the bowl, and the mixed washing is respectively and uniformly sprayed from the inner wall of the outer washing piece 701b and the outer wall of the inner washing piece 701c to be adhered to the inner surface and the outer surface of the bowl under the centrifugal force generated by rotation, so that the washing machine is used for washing the bowl and coating the detergent while the outer washing piece 701b and the inner washing piece 701c are rotated. The scrubbing mechanism 706 comprises a movable shaft 706c, the scrubbing mechanism 706 passes through an inner scrubbing piece 701c and is connected with the motor assembly 705 through the movable shaft 706c, the scrubbing piece 706b is arranged on the scrubbing arm assemblies 706a, the number of the scrubbing arm assemblies 706a is three, and the three scrubbing arm assemblies 706a are connected with the movable shaft 706 c. When the bowl is manually cleaned by rotating, the cleaning mechanism 706a and the cleaning piece 706b continuously move up and down and adjust the size of the spreading arm while rotating, so that the surface of the bowl is cleaned, the washing mechanism 701 starts to continuously discharge mixed detergent for a period of time while the cleaning mechanism 706 cleans, the cleaning arm assembly 706a and the cleaning piece 706b move up and down to more uniformly attach the mixed detergent to the surface of the bowl, and after the mixed washing is finished, the water storage mechanism 702 continuously flows into clean water through the washing mechanism 701 to attach the clean water to the surface of the bowl by the friction contact of the cleaning cloth and the bowl surface, the purpose of cleaning is achieved, and the effect of uniformly spraying the residual oil in the bowl is achieved by rotating the cleaning mechanism 706 after the cleaning mechanism 706 stops rotating and the rotation of the bowl is stopped. The drying device 8 comprises a drying device housing 801, a heating tube holder 802, a sterilizing tube holder 803, an ultraviolet lamp 804, a heating tube 805, and a protective cover 806, wherein the heating tube holder 802 and the sterilizing tube holder 803 are installed inside the drying device housing 801, the heating tube 805 is connected with the heating tube holder 802, the ultraviolet lamp 804 is connected with the sterilizing tube holder 803, and the protective cover 806 is connected with the drying device housing 801. In specific use, the scrubbed clean bowl is sent to the drying device 8 for drying and disinfection by the rotating mechanism 102, the temperature of the bowl is increased by the heating tube 805 to evaporate water to achieve the drying effect, and the ultraviolet lamp 804 emits ultraviolet rays to disinfect the bowl by ultraviolet rays.
The advantages of the embodiment over the first embodiment are: the water storage mechanism 702 in the scrubbing device 7 is used for mixing the detergent and the clean water, the washing mechanism 701 and the scrubbing mechanism 706 are used for uniformly spraying the mixed detergent on the surface of the bowl, the scrubbing piece 706b is in friction contact with the surface of the bowl through the rotary scrubbing mechanism 706 to simulate manual scrubbing of the bowl, and oil stains which are difficult to clean on the bowl are scrubbed, so that the problem that the conventional scrubbing type bowl washing device is unevenly sprayed when the detergent is sprayed on the bowl to affect the cleaning effect of the oil stains on the bowl is solved, meanwhile, the detergent is saved, and the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect are greatly improved.
The invention also discloses a using method of the scrubbing type dish washing device, which comprises the following steps:
s1, clamping a bowl, namely firstly placing the bowl to be cleaned into a clamping device 6, opening a clamping arm 603 under the cooperation of other elements to enable the bowl to fall onto the clamping arm 603, enabling the top of a horn 605 to be in contact with the bottom of the bowl while the bowl falls onto the clamping arm 603, and then contracting and folding the clamping arm 603 to enable a contact pad 604 to be in close contact with the bowl;
s2, after the bowl is washed, the clamping device 6 clamps the bowl, the rotating mechanism 102 operates to rotate the bowl to the washing device 5, and the main water spraying component 505, the left water spraying component 503 and the right water spraying component 504 in the washing device 5 wash the bowl obliquely from the upper side of the bowl, so that the washing device 5 can perform preliminary washing of different angles on the bowl due to the fact that the clamping device 6 rotates;
S3, washing the bowl, wherein the bowl which is subjected to preliminary washing reaches the washing device 7 under the action of the rotating mechanism 102, firstly, the washing mechanism 701 in the washing device 7 sprays a cleaning agent on the bowl, then the washing mechanism 706 washes the bowl, and the water storage mechanism 702 discharges clear water to wash the bowl again while washing;
s4, drying and sterilizing, namely, after the bowl is washed, the bowl is rotated to the drying device 8 by the rotating mechanism 702 to be dried and sterilized, the temperature of the bowl is increased by the heating tube 805 to enable moisture to evaporate, the drying effect is achieved, and ultraviolet light 804 emits ultraviolet light to sterilize the bowl.
