Further, the guide plate 204 is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the collecting box 201 through a rotating shaft, the guide plate 204 adjusts the inclination angle through the angle adjusting part 217, and the excrement can be scraped and collected by adjusting the angle of the guide plate 204 to adapt to different terrain environments.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the angle adjustment member 217 includes a threaded rod 224, and a knob 225 and a connector 226 provided at both ends of the threaded rod 224, the threaded rod 224 passes through a threaded hole of the collection box 201, the threaded rod 224 is in threaded fit connection with the collection box 201, the knob 225 is located outside the collection box 201, and the connector 226 is in sliding contact with the lower surface of the discharge end of the stock guide 204. The threaded rod 224 rotates to drive the connecting head 226 to move up and down, so that the inclination angle of the material guide plate 204 is adjusted, and the feeding position and the angle of the material guide plate 204 are controlled. The angle fine adjustment of the material guide plate 204 can be realized by adopting a spiral adjustment mode, the operation is convenient and fast, and the angle stability can be kept after the angle adjustment.
Further, the end of the connecting head 226 contacting the stock guide 204 has a smooth curved surface. Through the smooth setting of the one end with connector 226 and stock guide 204 contact for angular adjustment is more unobstructed, can realize continuous small angle and adjust.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the scraping member 216 includes a scraping plate 222 and a second spring 223, the end of the material guiding plate 204 is provided with a mounting groove 221, the second spring 223 is mounted in the mounting groove 221, one end of the scraping plate 222 is inserted into the mounting groove 221 and abuts against the second spring 223, and the other end of the scraping plate 222 extends out of the mounting groove 221. In this embodiment, the number of the scrapers 222 may be one or multiple, and the plurality of scrapers 222 are uniformly arranged at the end of the stock guide 204.

Further, as shown in fig. 12, the scraping plate 222 includes a straight section 230 and an arc-shaped section 231, a first end of the straight section 230 is installed in the installation groove 221 of the material guiding plate 204 and connected with the spring, a second end of the straight section 230 is connected with the arc-shaped section 231 in an integrated transition manner, a scraping end of the arc-shaped section 231 is of a wedge-shaped structure, during operation, a protruding surface of the arc-shaped section 231 faces a forward direction of the collecting mechanism 2, if feces which are difficult to scrape are encountered, the collecting mechanism 2 can be reversed, because the arc-shaped section 231 has a concave surface and the scraping end is of the wedge-shaped structure, the scraping end of the arc-shaped section 231 can still have a certain scraping effect on the feces during the reversing process of the collecting mechanism, and the feces which are difficult to clean on the ground can be removed by scraping back and forth in two directions.
Further, a second filter plate 205 is disposed in the collection tank 201, and the second filter plate 205 divides the inside of the collection tank 201 into a third space and a fourth space. After the collecting box 201 is arranged on the treatment barrel 101, the third space is positioned above the fourth space, the large-volume excrement is reserved in the third space, the bulk material piece 207 is arranged in the third space, the bulk material piece is arranged on the second filtering plate 205, the bulk material piece 207 can scatter the agglomerated excrement, and the scattered excrement enters the fourth space.
In an alternative embodiment, the bulk includes a drive shaft 206, a bulk piece 207, a flight 208, and a motor; the transmission shaft 206 is rotatably disposed on the second filter plate 205, the bulk material pieces 207 and the spiral pieces 208 are disposed at both ends of the transmission shaft 206, the bulk material pieces 207 are located in the third space, and the spiral pieces 208 are located in the fourth space. With scattered material piece 207 and the setting of flight 208 in the both ends of same transmission shaft, utilize a motor just can stir the material in third space, fourth space simultaneously for the structure of collecting the mechanism is compacter, reduce cost.
In this embodiment, the collecting mechanism 2 further includes a nozzle 210, a disinfectant cleaning liquid box 211 and a sterilizing pipeline 212, the disinfectant cleaning liquid is filled in the disinfectant cleaning liquid box 211, the nozzle 210 is communicated with the disinfectant cleaning liquid box 211 through the sterilizing pipeline 212, and the disinfectant cleaning liquid in the disinfectant cleaning liquid box is supplied to the nozzle 210 through a liquid supply pump. The spray head 210 is provided at the lower end of the collection tank 201, and the disinfectant cleaning solution sprayed from the spray head 210 is sprayed to the floor in a collection state.

Further, as shown in fig. 7, the engaging member 215 includes a first spring 219 and a first catch rod 218; a plurality of groups of scattered clamping holes 214 are formed in the inner wall of the collecting box 201 and along the sliding track of the box door 202; a clamping groove 220 is formed in the box door 202; the first spring 219 is arranged in the clamping groove 220; one end of the first latch 218 is engaged with the set of latch holes 214, and the other end extends into the first latch slot 220 and is connected to one end of the first spring 219. Through setting up fastener 215, the cooperation of kelly 218 and spring 219, the position of adjustment chamber door 202 is convenient for to the size of realizing adjusting the feed inlet, easy operation, convenience.
In this embodiment, the collecting mechanism 2 further includes a second controller 209, and the second controller 209 is used for controlling the actions of the functional components of the collecting mechanism 2, such as controlling the liquid feeding pump to provide the spraying head 210 with the operation processes of delivering the disinfecting and cleaning liquid, controlling the electric material conveying belt 213 of the material guiding plate 204, and controlling the motor of the material dispersing piece to drive the material dispersing piece 207 and the spiral piece 208 to rotate.
Compared with the prior art, the excrement collecting and treating device for livestock breeding of the embodiment can realize at least one of the following beneficial effects:
1. the processing mechanism and the collecting mechanism are convenient to mount and dismount, the synchronization of collecting and processing is convenient to realize, the efficiency of collecting excrement is improved, the occupied space of the device during use is reduced, and the device is more flexible to use.
2. The collecting mechanism can collect and disperse excrement, remove impurities, rapidly discharge, improve the efficiency of subsequent treatment of excrement, disinfect and clean the ground when collecting, ensure the safety of the living environment of livestock and benefit the health of livestock.
3. The treatment mechanism can carry out solid-liquid separation on the excrement, then dry the solid excrement, and carry out disinfection treatment on the liquid excrement, so that the solid excrement and the liquid excrement are treated in a targeted manner, the recovery rate is high, the environmental pollution is small, and the subsequent reutilization of the excrement is facilitated.
4. Two collecting mechanisms can be configured on the same treatment mechanism, and the two collecting mechanisms work alternately, so that the excrement collecting and treating process is continuously carried out.

Example 2
In another embodiment of the present invention, a method for collecting and treating excrements from livestock breeding is disclosed, which uses the device of embodiment 1, and comprises the following steps:
taking down the collecting mechanism 2, placing the collecting mechanism 2 on the ground, and collecting the excrement by the collecting mechanism 2, wherein the state is shown in fig. 2 and 4;
after excrement is collected, the collecting mechanism 2 is arranged on the processing mechanism 1 after being transposed for 90 degrees, and after the assembly, as shown in figure 1, a corresponding valve is opened, the excrement in the collecting box 201 falls into the processing cylinder 101, the excrement is filtered by the first filter plate 105, the solid excrement is positioned above the first filter plate 105, liquid flows into the lower part of the first filter plate 105, the heater heats the solid excrement above the first filter plate 105, and disinfectant is added into the liquid below the first filter plate 105 for disinfection operation;
after a predetermined time of treatment, the dried solid feces were taken out, and the liquid after the sterilization treatment was discharged.
In order to realize the continuous collection and treatment of the livestock excrements, two collecting mechanisms 2 are prepared, when one collecting mechanism 2 is arranged on the treating mechanism 1 for treatment, the other collecting mechanism 2 simultaneously collects the excrements, and the two collecting mechanisms 2 alternately work, so that the excrement collecting and treating process is continuously carried out.
Specifically, the livestock breeding manure collecting and treating device comprises the following operation steps: s1, removing the collecting mechanism 2;
s2, pulling the box door 202, opening the feed inlet, enabling the clamping piece 215 to act, clamping the clamping rod 218 into the clamping hole 214 under the pushing of the first spring 219, fixing the box door 202, and completing the adjustment of the opening size of the feed inlet;

s5, spraying the disinfecting and cleaning liquid in the disinfecting and cleaning liquid box 211 by the spray head 210 in the moving process to disinfect and clean the ground;
s6, after the excrement collection is finished, sliding the box door 202 to close the feed inlet;
s7, clamping the feeding pipe 103 and the discharging pipe 203, and dropping the excrement on the second filter plate 205;
s8, when the bulk cargo piece works, the bulk cargo piece 207 scatters the agglomerated excrement, so that the liquid and the scattered small-particle excrement solid pass through the second filter plate 205, the large-volume sundries are left on the second filter plate 205, and the spiral piece 208 rotates to discharge the materials quickly;
s9, the excrement enters the treatment mechanism 1 and falls on the first filter plate 105 to carry out solid-liquid separation on the excrement;
s10, heating the solid excrement by the heating rod 106 to achieve the drying purpose, and the generated steam enters the lower end of the treatment cylinder 101 through the action of the return pipe 112 and the condenser 113 to be converged with the liquid excrement;
s11, selectively adding a disinfectant into the liquid excrement, accelerating the mixing of the liquid excrement and the disinfectant by the stirring blade 108, and finally pouring out the liquid excrement;
s12, the collecting mechanism 2 and the cylinder cover 102 are taken down, the lifting piece 111 is operated to shorten through the steel rope 116, the first filter plate 105 is driven to ascend, and the dried solid excrement is taken out.
Compared with the prior art, the method for collecting and treating the excrements for the livestock breeding has the same beneficial effects as the collecting and treating device in the embodiment 1. The collection processing method of this embodiment easy operation, the automaticity is strong, and is high to faecal collection treatment effeciency, can alleviate workman's the amount of labour by a wide margin, collects the residual rate and hangs down, and through the disinfection of disinfecting to faecal moreover for it is little to the pollution of environment to handle the excrement and urine after the purification, has guaranteed the safety of domestic animal living environment, does benefit to the healthy growth of domestic animal.

1. A livestock breeding feces collection and treatment device, comprising:

the heater comprises a heating rod (106), the heating rod (106) is arranged at the bottom of the cylinder cover (102), the first filter plate (105) is positioned below the heating rod (106) and is connected with the inner wall of the treatment cylinder (101) through a lifting piece (111);
the first space is communicated with the second space through a return pipe (112), and a condenser (113) is arranged on the return pipe (112) for condensing the steam generated in the first space and then flowing into the second space;
the lower end of the treatment cylinder (101) is provided with a liquid outlet pipe (109) and a liquid inlet pipe (110); the liquid outlet pipe (109) and the liquid inlet pipe (110) are both positioned below the first filter plate (105) and communicated with the second space, the liquid inlet pipe (110) is used for supplying disinfectant to the second space, and the liquid outlet pipe (109) is used for discharging liquid in the second space.
2. The livestock breeding feces collection and treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the inlet of the treatment tank (101) is detachably connected to the outlet of the collection tank (201).

The livestock breeding feces collection and treatment device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the feces collection component comprises a material guide plate (204), a material scraping member (216) is arranged at the feed end of the material guide plate (204) for scraping the feces on the ground, the discharge end of the material guide plate (204) extends into the collection box (201), and an electric material conveying belt (213) is arranged on the material guide plate (204) for conveying the feces into the collection box (201).

The livestock breeding feces collection and treatment device according to claim 3, wherein the scraping member (216) comprises a scraping plate (222) and a second spring (223), the end of the guide plate (204) is provided with a mounting groove (221), the second spring (223) is mounted in the mounting groove (221), one end of the scraping plate (222) is mounted in the extending mounting groove (221) and abuts against the second spring (223), and the other end of the scraping plate (222) extends out of the mounting groove (221).
