meanwhile, a pair of refrigerating pipes 8 connected with the heat conducting plate 101 is arranged at the water cooling box 2, the refrigerating pipes 8 are arranged by butting an upper half pipe 801 and a lower half pipe 802, when the power supply box 1 is in a high-temperature environment, high temperature is transmitted to the elastic magnetism isolating bag 14 through the heat conducting plate 101 and the upper half pipe 801, the elastic magnetism isolating bag 14 is promoted to expand outwards to weaken the magnetism isolating effect on the upper magnetic sheet 15 by matching with gas expanded after heating, the upper magnetic sheet 15 plays a role in repelling the lower half pipe 802 to push downwards to promote the lower half pipe 802 to be separated from the upper half pipe 801, at the moment, cooling liquid is guided into the refrigerating bag 11 through the exposed drainage pipe 13, the saltpeter particles 12 in the refrigerating bag 11 absorb heat when meeting water and reduce the temperature, on one hand, the low temperature is directly transmitted into the power supply box 1 through the heat conducting plate 101, on the other hand, the low temperature is transmitted to the cooling liquid through the upper half pipe 801 and the drainage pipe 13, the temperature of the cooling liquid is reduced, and the temperature of the guided air is further reduced, and the low temperature is transmitted to the power box 1 through the low-temperature water cooling box 2, so that the multiple refrigeration effect is achieved.
