Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, the drain hole 3 is provided in the main body 1, that is, one end of the drain hole 3 communicates with the space inside the first seal ring 2, and the other end communicates with the outside of the main body 1, that is, the water entering the inside of the first seal ring 2 can be discharged to the outside of the main body 1 through the drain hole 3.

In this embodiment, the drain hole 3 may be completely separated from the water guiding groove 21, i.e. the drain hole 3 may extend only through the bottom of the first sealing ring 2.
In addition, the drain hole 3 may also penetrate through the water guiding groove 21 while penetrating through the first sealing ring 2, that is, the drain hole 3 penetrates through the side wall of the first sealing ring 2, and on this premise, only the sealing ring needs to be cut off, that is, the cut-off position of the sealing ring forms the drain hole 3, without additional provision, so as to reduce the processing difficulty.
It should be noted that, regardless of the arrangement of the drain hole 3, the drain hole 3 is located at the lowest height of the mouth box structure when the mouth box structure is correctly installed behind the charging seat 9, so that water discharged from the drain hole 3 can be discharged smoothly and rapidly without external force.

Further, the length of the positioning key 71 and the length of the positioning groove 72 extend along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 51, on the premise that the following effects are disclosed in the above embodiment, on the premise that the positioning key 71 and the positioning groove 72 meet the requirement of detachable connection of the rotating shaft 51 and the hinge frame 6, the rotation synchronism of the rotating shaft 51 and the hinge frame 6 is further improved, friction and slipping between the rotating shaft 51 and the hinge frame 6 are avoided, the length of the positioning key 71 and the length of the positioning groove 72 extend along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 51, and the hinge frame 6 can be detached and separated along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 51, so that the disassembly and assembly operation under the space narrow state at the charging port of the automobile are facilitated.

when the box outer plate is closed on the side wall metal plate, the first sealing ring (2) is sleeved on the main body part (1), and the first sealing ring (2) is simultaneously propped against the side wall metal plate and the box outer plate, at the moment, the first sealing ring (2) forms a blocking for a gap between the box outer plate and the car body side wall metal plate;
The first sealing ring (2) comprises a first sealing inner ring (22) used for propping against the outer plate of the mouth box and a first sealing outer ring (23) used for propping against the side wall metal plate, and the water guide groove (21) is arranged between the first sealing inner ring (22) and the first sealing outer ring (23).
