When the user is a pickup user, the terminal device is a mobile phone of the pickup user, and the target task is a target order which the pickup user wants to pick up, in order to enable the server to obtain an order state in time, in the embodiment, the terminal device sends the target task information and the express cabinet identification information to the server, so that the server can determine a target express cabinet where an object to be picked is located according to the target task information, determine whether the target express cabinet is correct or not based on the express cabinet identification information, determine a target slot where the object to be picked is located according to the target task information when the target express cabinet is correct, and send corresponding slot information to the terminal device so as to continue subsequent slot opening operation.

In this embodiment, if it is detected that the target bay operation fails, the steps of obtaining the target bay information based on the express cabinet identification information, generating the second two-dimensional code based on the target bay information, and displaying the second two-dimensional code need to be executed again, so that the express cabinet executes a correct control operation on the target bay by scanning the new second two-dimensional code. Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of an express delivery cabinet information interaction apparatus according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, where a first two-dimensional code is displayed on an express delivery cabinet, where the first two-dimensional code is used to enable a terminal device to scan to obtain express delivery cabinet identification information carried by the first two-dimensional code, and a second two-dimensional code is generated based on the express delivery cabinet identification information. As shown in fig. 5, the information interaction device of the express delivery cabinet includes:

As mentioned above, with the development of internet technology, many users purchase goods through the internet platform, and for the convenience of receiving goods by users, distribution personnel usually store the goods in the express delivery cabinet and take the goods out when the time of the users is convenient. In the prior art, if the express cabinet is in an off-line state due to poor signals or line faults, communication between a user and the express cabinet can only depend on near field communication modes such as Bluetooth and wifi, but the communication mode has certain requirements on the performance of terminal equipment such as a mobile phone, and a corresponding near field communication function needs to be started manually, so that inconvenience is brought to the use of the user, and the improvement of user experience and the improvement of the service quality of an internet platform are not facilitated.
In view of the above drawbacks, in this embodiment, an express delivery cabinet information interaction device is provided, which implements relatively simple near field communication by means of two-dimensional code interaction between a terminal device and an express delivery cabinet. According to the technical scheme, the establishment of an additional communication connection mode is avoided, the operation complexity of a user is simplified, the operation efficiency of the user is improved, the operation stability of the user is enhanced, the performance requirement on the terminal equipment is reduced, and the improvement of the user experience and the improvement of the service quality of an internet platform are facilitated.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the express cabinet information interaction apparatus may be implemented as an express cabinet for performing information interaction of an express cabinet.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the second scanning component refers to a component, such as a camera or the like, in the express delivery cabinet, which can implement two-dimensional code scanning.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the control operation performed on the target bay may be, for example, a door opening operation.
In the above embodiment, the express cabinet displays the first two-dimensional code carrying the express cabinet identification information, so that the terminal device can acquire the express cabinet identification information after scanning the first two-dimensional code, and generate and display the second two-dimensional code carrying the target grid identification information; after detecting a second two-dimensional code displayed by the terminal equipment, the express cabinet starts a second scanning assembly to scan the second two-dimensional code, and target grid identification information carried by the second two-dimensional code is acquired; and then, executing corresponding control operation on the target cell according to the target cell identification information.
The express cabinet is characterized in that the express cabinet body is provided with a first two-dimensional code, the first two-dimensional code is pasted on the express cabinet body to be displayed, and the first two-dimensional code is displayed on a display screen of the express cabinet. That is, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparatus may further include:

As mentioned above, the timestamp refers to time information when the terminal device acquires the target grid information, and therefore, based on the timestamp loaded in the second two-dimensional code by the terminal device and the express cabinet identification information, the express cabinet can realize the safety check of the target grid operation. Specifically, the express cabinet checks the timestamp and the express cabinet identification information obtained by scanning the second two-dimensional code; and after the verification is successful, the control operation can be executed on the target grid according to the identification information of the target grid.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the verification module may be configured to:
determining whether a time difference between the time stamp and a time at which the first two-dimensional code is scanned is less than a preset time threshold;
determining whether the express cabinet identification information is consistent with express cabinet identification information stored in an express cabinet;
and when the time difference between the timestamp and the scanned time of the first two-dimensional code is smaller than a preset time threshold value and the express cabinet identification information is consistent with the express cabinet identification information stored in the express cabinet, confirming that the verification is successful.
In this embodiment, when the express delivery cabinet checks the timestamp and the express delivery cabinet identification information obtained by scanning the second two-dimensional code, it is first determined whether a time difference between the timestamp and the scanned time of the first two-dimensional code is smaller than a preset time threshold, if the time difference is smaller than the preset time threshold, it can be considered that scanning actions of the second two-dimensional code and the first two-dimensional code belong to the same operation flow, which can ensure accuracy of subsequent control operation on a target bay, otherwise, if the time difference is greater than or equal to the preset time threshold, it can be considered that the scanning actions of the second two-dimensional code and the first two-dimensional code possibly belong to different operation flows, and errors may occur in subsequent control operation on the target bay; then judging whether the express cabinet identification information is consistent with express cabinet identification information stored in an express cabinet, if so, indicating that the current operation flow is correct, and continuing the subsequent flow, otherwise, generating an error; and when the time difference between the timestamp and the scanned time of the first two-dimensional code is smaller than a preset time threshold value and the express cabinet identification information is consistent with the express cabinet identification information stored in the express cabinet, the successful verification can be confirmed, the subsequent flow can be continued, otherwise, the verification fails, and the flow is ended.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the second two-dimensional code further carries access code information;
in this embodiment, the second execution module 502 may be configured to:
in response to receiving access code input information, comparing the access code input information with the access code information, and opening the target bay when the access code input information is consistent with the access code information.
As mentioned above, the access code information refers to the password information required to open the target bay. Therefore, based on the access code information loaded in the second two-dimensional code by the terminal device, the express cabinet can realize timeliness and convenience of target grid operation, that is, the express cabinet can complete verification of the access code information and control of the target grid operation based on the locally stored access code information, and does not need to apply to a remote end to verify the access code information and control of the target grid operation after acquiring the access code information, which is particularly convenient for the express cabinet in an off-line state. For example, if the express delivery cabinet subsequently receives access code input information input by a user, the access code input information may be directly compared with the access code information acquired before, and then it is determined whether the access code input information is consistent with the access code information, if the access code input information is consistent with the access code information, the legality of a target gate operation may be confirmed, that is, the target gate may be opened, otherwise, if the access code input information is inconsistent with the access code information, the target gate operation may be confirmed to be illegal, and the operation on the target gate may be stopped, so as to ensure the safety of the target gate operation.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the second display module may be further configured to:

In this embodiment, if the target compartment operation fails due to a mechanical failure of the express delivery cabinet or other reasons, for example, if the door fails to open, prompt information of the target compartment operation failure may be displayed in time to notify the terminal device, and the terminal device may re-execute the steps of acquiring the target compartment information based on the express delivery cabinet identification information, generating the second two-dimensional code based on the target compartment information, and displaying the second two-dimensional code in time, so that the express delivery cabinet executes a correct control operation for the target compartment by scanning a new second two-dimensional code.
When the express cabinet displays the first two-dimensional code by displaying the first two-dimensional code on a display screen of the express cabinet, the second display module can also display the first two-dimensional code besides displaying a target grid operation failure prompt message.

As shown in fig. 8, the computer system 800 includes a processing unit 801 which can execute various processes in the above-described embodiments according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 802 or a program loaded from a storage section 808 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 803. In the RAM803, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 800 are also stored. The processing unit 801, the ROM802, and the RAM803 are connected to each other by a bus 804. An input/output (I/O) interface 805 is also connected to bus 804.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 805: an input portion 806 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 807 including a signal such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 808 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 809 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 809 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 810 is also connected to the I/O interface 805 as necessary. A removable medium 811 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 810 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted on the storage section 808 as necessary. The processing unit 801 may be implemented as a CPU, a GPU, a TPU, an FPGA, an NPU, or other processing units.

For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a medium readable thereby, the computer program comprising program code for performing the route planning method. Claims (11)

1. An information interaction method for an express delivery cabinet comprises the following steps:
in response to receiving a code scanning command, starting a first scanning component to scan a first two-dimensional code displayed by an express cabinet, wherein the first two-dimensional code carries express cabinet identification information;
acquiring target grid information based on the express cabinet identification information, and generating a second two-dimensional code based on the target grid information, wherein the second two-dimensional code carries target grid identification information;
and displaying the second two-dimensional code so that the express cabinet executes control operation on the target grid after scanning the second two-dimensional code.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining target compartment information based on the courier cabinet identification information comprises:
determining target task information;
sending the target task information and express cabinet identification information to a server so that the server determines target grid information according to the target task information and the express cabinet identification information;
and receiving target cell information sent by the server, wherein the target cell information carries target cell identification information.
3. The method of claim 2, the generating a second two-dimensional code based on the target bin information comprising:
generating a second two-dimensional code based on the target cell identification information carried by the target cell information, or
Determining a time stamp and access code information for acquiring the target grid information;
and generating a second two-dimensional code based on the target grid identification information, the timestamp, the access code information and the express cabinet identification information carried by the target grid information.
4. An express cabinet information interaction method includes that an express cabinet displays a first two-dimensional code, the first two-dimensional code is used for enabling terminal equipment to scan to obtain express cabinet identification information carried by the first two-dimensional code, and a second two-dimensional code is generated based on the express cabinet identification information, and the method includes:
in response to the detection of a second two-dimensional code displayed by the terminal equipment, starting a second scanning component to scan the second two-dimensional code, and acquiring target cell identification information carried by the second two-dimensional code;
and executing control operation on the target cell according to the target cell identification information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the second two-dimensional code further carries a timestamp and express cabinet identification information;
the method further comprises the following steps:
verifying the timestamp and the express cabinet identification information obtained by scanning the second two-dimensional code;
the performing of the control operation for the target cell according to the target cell identification information is implemented as:
and after the verification is successful, executing control operation on the target cell according to the target cell identification information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the verifying based on the timestamp and the express cabinet identification information obtained by scanning the second two-dimensional code comprises:
determining whether a time difference between the time stamp and a time at which the first two-dimensional code is scanned is less than a preset time threshold;
determining whether the express cabinet identification information is consistent with express cabinet identification information stored in an express cabinet;
and when the time difference between the timestamp and the scanned time of the first two-dimensional code is smaller than a preset time threshold value and the express cabinet identification information is consistent with the express cabinet identification information stored in the express cabinet, confirming that the verification is successful.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein the second two-dimensional code further carries access code information;
the method further comprises the following steps:
in response to receiving access code input information, comparing the access code input information with the access code information, and opening the target bay when the access code input information is consistent with the access code information.
8. An information interaction method for an express delivery cabinet comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a terminal device responds to a received code scanning command of a first two-dimensional code displayed by an express cabinet, starts a first scanning assembly to scan the first two-dimensional code, wherein the first two-dimensional code carries express cabinet identification information, obtains target grid port information based on the express cabinet identification information, generates a second two-dimensional code based on the target grid port information, and displays the second two-dimensional code, wherein the second two-dimensional code carries target grid port identification information;
and the express cabinet starts a second scanning assembly to scan the second two-dimensional code in response to the detection of the second two-dimensional code displayed by the terminal equipment, acquires target cell identification information carried by the second two-dimensional code, and executes control operation on the target cell according to the target cell identification information.
9. An express delivery cabinet information interaction device, includes:
the first scanning module is configured to respond to a received code scanning command and start a first scanning component to scan a first two-dimensional code displayed by the express cabinet, wherein the first two-dimensional code carries express cabinet identification information;
the first generation module is configured to acquire target grid information based on the express cabinet identification information and generate a second two-dimensional code based on the target grid information, wherein the second two-dimensional code carries the target grid identification information;
