s402, when the screen of the device to be insured is normal, operation instruction information is sent to the device to be insured according to the insurance information, and related personnel are instructed to start the device screen breaking insurance on the device to be insured according to the operation instruction information.
Wherein the identification information corresponds to random information, including random numbers or random letters. And after the device to be insured sends the random information to the cloud server, the random information is stored by the cloud server to be used as a matching reference. After the device screen image is acquired, the cloud server identifies the identification information of the device screen image through an image detection algorithm, and performs matching with the random information serving as a matching reference. In one embodiment, when the identification information is the same as the random information, it is determined that the identification information matches the random information.
And when the identification information is matched with the random information, detecting whether the screen of the device to be insured is normal or not according to the device screen image. The abnormality of the screen of the device to be insured includes screen fragmentation, screen color display abnormality, and the like. And identifying whether the screen of the equipment to be insured is abnormal or not through an image detection algorithm, and judging the screen of the equipment to be insured to be normal when the screen is abnormal.
When the screen of the device to be insured is normal, the cloud server sends operation indication information to the device to be insured, the device to be insured provides a corresponding human-computer interaction interface according to the operation indication information, and related personnel are prompted to complete operation on the device to be insured so as to complete screen breaking insurance of the device.
In one embodiment, the operation instruction information is used for instructing relevant personnel to complete payment operation on the device to be insured.
In the method for starting the screen-crushing insurance of the device according to the still another embodiment, the insurance application information and the random information sent by the device to be insured are acquired, and the device screen image sent by the auxiliary device is acquired. Furthermore, the equipment screen-breaking insurance is started according to the insurable information, the equipment screen image and the random information, so that omission of manual checking and long time consumption are avoided, and the starting efficiency and accuracy of the equipment screen-breaking insurance are improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a device for starting screen breaking insurance in another embodiment.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a device screensaver activation apparatus according to yet another embodiment, and as shown in fig. 7, a device screensaver activation apparatus according to yet another embodiment includes a module 300, a module 301, and a module 302:
the information acquisition module 300 is used for acquiring the insurance application information and the random information sent by the equipment to be insured;
an image acquisition module 301, configured to acquire a device screen image sent by an auxiliary device;
and the insurance starting module 302 is used for starting the equipment screen-breaking insurance according to the insurance information, the equipment screen image and the random information.
The device screen-crushing insurance starting apparatus according to still another embodiment obtains the application information and the random information sent by the device to be applied, and obtains the device screen image sent by the auxiliary device. Furthermore, the equipment screen-breaking insurance is started according to the insurable information, the equipment screen image and the random information, so that omission of manual checking and long time consumption are avoided, and the starting efficiency and accuracy of the equipment screen-breaking insurance are improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer storage medium, on which computer instructions are stored, and when the instructions are executed by a processor, the method for starting the screen-breaking insurance protection of the equipment in any embodiment is realized.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, the computer program can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Alternatively, the integrated unit of the present invention may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if it is implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a terminal, or a network device) to execute all or part of the methods of the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, a RAM, a ROM, a magnetic or optical disk, or various other media that can store program code.
Corresponding to the computer storage medium, in an embodiment, there is also provided a computer device including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to implement the method for starting the screen-breaking insurance policy of the device in any one of the embodiments.
The computer device may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a device screensaver startup method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
After acquiring the application information input by the related personnel, the computer equipment sends the application information to the cloud server, and generates an identification image for scanning by the auxiliary equipment after the input of the application information is completed. Further, after the auxiliary equipment scans, an equipment screen image containing random information is generated and the random information is sent to the cloud server; the device screen image is used for being shot by the auxiliary device and uploaded to the cloud server by the auxiliary device, so that the cloud server is instructed to start the device screen breaking insurance according to the insurance application information, the device screen image and the random information. Based on this, avoid artifical omission and long consuming time of checking, improve the start efficiency and the accuracy of the broken screen insurance of equipment.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A screen breaking insurance starting method for equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring insurance application information input by related personnel, and sending the insurance application information to a cloud server;
after the input of the application information is completed, generating an identification image for scanning by auxiliary equipment;
after the auxiliary equipment scans, generating an equipment screen image containing random information and sending the random information to the cloud server; the device screen image is used for being shot by the auxiliary device and uploaded to a cloud server by the auxiliary device, so that the cloud server is instructed to start a device screen breaking insurance according to the insurance application information, the device screen image and the random information.
2. The device screensaver activation method of claim 1, wherein the application information comprises a device brand, model, IMEI, phone number, device primary name, or identification number.
3. The device screensaver activation method of claim 1, wherein the identification image comprises a two-dimensional code image or a barcode image.
4. A device screensaver activation method according to claim 1 wherein the random information comprises a random number or a random letter.
5. The device screensaver activation method of claim 1, wherein the background color of the device screen image comprises yellow.
6. A screen breaking insurance starting method for equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
scanning an identification image of a device to be insured to start an image shooting function;
and shooting an equipment screen image of the equipment to be insured according to the image shooting function, and sending the equipment screen image to a cloud server.
7. A screen breaking insurance starting method for equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring insurance application information and random information sent by equipment to be insured;
acquiring a device screen image sent by auxiliary equipment;
and starting the screen breaking insurance of the equipment according to the insurable information, the screen image of the equipment and the random information.
8. The device screensaver activation method of claim 7 wherein the process of activating device screensaver based on the application information, the device screen image and random information comprises the steps of:
identifying identification information from the device screen image;
when the identification information is matched with the random information, detecting whether the screen of the equipment to be insured is normal or not according to the equipment screen image;
and when the screen of the equipment to be insured is normal, sending operation indication information to the equipment to be insured according to the insuring information so as to indicate related personnel to start the screen-breaking insurance of the equipment on the equipment to be insured according to the operation indication information.
9. The device screensaver starting method according to claim 8, wherein the operation indication information is used for indicating related personnel to complete payment operation on the device to be insured.
10. A device screen breaking insurance starting device is characterized by comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the insurance application information and the random information sent by the equipment to be insured;
the image acquisition module is used for acquiring an equipment screen image sent by the auxiliary equipment;
and the insurance starting module is used for starting the screen breaking insurance of the equipment according to the insurance information, the screen image of the equipment and the random information.
