Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
The quick elevator calling method provided by the application can be applied to an application environment shown in figure 1. Wherein the terminal 102 can communicate with a data transmission device corresponding to the elevator. The terminal 102 can detect the knocking actions triggered by the user on the terminal 102 and form knocking action combinations, the terminal 102 can inquire a preset matching rule base based on the knocking action combinations, obtain corresponding elevator calling rules, and send the elevator calling rules to data transmission equipment of a target elevator to be called, so that the data transmission equipment can send the elevator calling rules to a control system of the elevator, and the target elevator is controlled to run based on the elevator calling rules. Additionally, in some embodiments, a server 104 may be included, wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 over a network. The terminal 102 may send the call rules to the server 104, so that the server 104 may send the call rules to the corresponding data transmission device. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smartphones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the server 104 may be implemented by a stand-alone server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a method for quickly calling a ladder is provided, and the method is applied to the terminal in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:
step S202, in response to the tapping actions triggered by the user for the terminal 102, a tapping action combination formed by the tapping actions is acquired.
The tapping action may be an action that a user taps the terminal 102, and a corresponding sensor may be disposed in the terminal 102. The terminal 102 may be a device carried by a user, the terminal 102 may acquire information of a user tapping the device by collecting data of sensors integrated in the terminal 102 and through a certain algorithm, where the information may include related information of a tapping action of the user, the related information of the tapping action may include various information, and the terminal 102 may form a corresponding tapping action combination based on the tapping action. For example, in one embodiment, obtaining a tap action combination formed from tap actions includes: acquiring a knocking action combination formed by a knocking action triggered by a user aiming at the terminal 102; the tapping action includes at least one of: the number of taps, the time interval between taps, the tap strength and the tap position. In this embodiment, the terminal 102 may form a corresponding tapping action combination based on a tapping action triggered by the user to the terminal 102, where the tapping action may include at least one of a number of tapping times, a time interval between tapping, a tapping force, and a tapping position, and the terminal 102 may detect each of the foregoing tapping actions and form the corresponding tapping action combination according to one or more detected tapping actions. The number of tapping may be the number of times the user taps the terminal 102, the time interval between taps may be the time between every tap of the user, the tapping strength may be the strength of the user tapping the terminal 102, and the tapping position may be information such as the area where the user taps on the terminal 102.
Step S204, inquiring a preset matching rule base according to the knocking action combination to obtain a corresponding elevator calling rule; the elevator calling rules comprise the moving track of a target elevator to be called; the preset matching rule base comprises a plurality of corresponding relations between sample knocking action combinations and sample elevator calling rules.
The terminal 102 may obtain a tapping action combination formed by a tapping action of a user tapping the terminal 102, and query a preset matching rule base by using the tapping action combination, so as to obtain a corresponding elevator calling rule. For example, the operating system of the terminal 102 or a program with a call function installed in the terminal 102 may provide a rule preset function of the tapping information. The elevator calling rules can include information of the called target elevator, information of a moving track of the target elevator and the like, such as floors where the target elevator needs to stop and the sequence of stopping the floors. The preset matching rule library can comprise the corresponding relation between a plurality of sample knocking action combinations and sample elevator calling rules. The correspondence between the tapping action combination and the elevator calling rule may be added and defined in advance by the user, where the correspondence may include at least a specific form of the tapping action combination and a corresponding operation, for example, the corresponding elevator calling rule may include, for example, a relationship between a number of taps and the elevator calling rule, a relationship between a floor where the user is located and a number of taps and the elevator calling rule, a relationship between multiple taps with pauses and the elevator calling rule, a relationship between tapping and the elevator calling rule performed in different areas on the terminal 102, a relationship between tapping and the elevator calling rule performed on the terminal 102 using different forces, a relationship between a floor where the user is located, a geographic location where the elevator is located, and a relationship between a number of taps and the elevator calling rule, and the like. The number of the tapping actions can be the number of the tapping actions or the combination of various contents, for example, the tapping actions are stopped under the continuous tapping M, and then the tapping actions are continuously tapped under the N; or a small force is struck under the large force is struck under the M; or under the upper half area of a certain surface of the device, under the lower half area of the certain surface, etc. That is, the terminal 102 may perform permutation and combination on one or more of the above-mentioned various tapping actions, and associate and correspond with the corresponding elevator calling rules. In the above-mentioned correspondence, if the knock action combination is taken as the judgment condition for uniquely determining the corresponding elevator calling rule, the knock action combination in each correspondence cannot be repeated, and if other judgment condition combinations are combined together for determining the elevator calling rule, the knock action combination in each correspondence can be repeated, but the consistency of rule judgment can be ensured by the combination of the judgment conditions.
The above-described tapping actions may be detected by sensors in the terminal 102 and may be combined into queries and conversions of the calling rules by the operating system of the terminal 102 or by corresponding programs provided in the terminal 102. For example, if the operating system of the terminal 102 provides a rule preset function of knocking action information, and a preset elevator calling program capable of waking up a designated elevator through a set operation is preset, and unique parameters are transmitted to the elevator calling program, a set of rules are required to be set in the program, and each corresponding relation at least comprises parameter information transmitted by the operating system of the terminal 102 and corresponding elevator calling information; when the user calls the elevator calling program by implementing the corresponding operation on the terminal 102, and the terminal 102 transmits a parameter to the elevator calling program, the program can match one of the corresponding relations according to the parameter, and perform the corresponding elevator calling operation based on the elevator calling rule information of the corresponding relation; the operation detected by the operating system of the terminal 102 may be tapping action information implemented by the user on the terminal 102, so that the operating system may transfer parameters corresponding to the tapping action information to the elevator calling program, thereby calling the elevator through the elevator calling program.
The terminal 102 may also perform the setting of the correspondence relationship through an elevator calling program, for example, the terminal 102 directly performs the setting of the correspondence relationship between the tapping action combination and the elevator calling rule in the elevator calling program, and if the elevator calling program is used to perform the presetting of the preset matching rule base including the correspondence relationship, the requirement in each correspondence relationship includes the tapping action combination and the corresponding elevator calling information, and the requirement that the elevator calling program is in the running state before the elevator calling operation is ensured. When the user taps the device, the terminal 102 can recognize through an elevator calling program and perform a calling operation when a corresponding correspondence is matched. Specifically, when the user queries through the detected combination of the tapping actions by tapping the terminal 102 and matches the corresponding elevator calling rule, the terminal 102 triggers the execution operation. If the matched correspondence is set in the operating system of the terminal 102, the executing operation may be an operation of calling an elevator calling program, and meanwhile, the terminal 102 may transmit a parameter corresponding to the correspondence to the elevator calling program, so that the program may acquire information required by the corresponding elevator calling operation through the transmitted parameter, and perform the elevator calling operation; if the correspondence is directly set in the elevator calling program, the terminal 102 may directly perform the elevator calling operation corresponding to the correspondence through the elevator calling program.
And S206, sending a calling instruction to the target elevator according to the calling rule so as to enable the target elevator to run according to the running track.
The elevator calling rule may be a calling rule corresponding to a tapping action combination obtained after the user performs the query based on the tapping action triggered by the terminal 102, and the calling rule may at least include a target elevator to be called and a running track of the target elevator. The elevator calling rules may be used to indicate the trajectory of the elevator being called. The terminal 102 may send a corresponding elevator calling instruction to the target elevator called in the elevator calling rule after the corresponding elevator calling rule is obtained by querying, so that the target elevator moves according to the moving track. For example, the terminal 102 may send the call rule to the data transmission device corresponding to the target elevator by means of short-distance data transmission or data transmission through the server 104, where the data transmission device may be set within a preset distance range of the target elevator, for example, a waiting area where the target elevator is located, or a hoistway where the target elevator is located, or a doorway of a building where the target elevator is located, where the data transmission device may communicate with the elevator corresponding thereto. The data transmission equipment can send the received elevator calling instruction to the main control of the target elevator, so that the elevator is controlled to run according to the running track.
For example, in one embodiment, sending a call instruction to a target elevator according to a call rule includes: sending a ladder calling instruction to data transmission equipment; the data transmission equipment is arranged in a preset distance range of the target elevator; the data transmission equipment is used for sending the elevator calling instruction to the control equipment corresponding to the target elevator, so that the control equipment controls the target elevator to run based on the elevator calling instruction. In this embodiment, the terminal 102 sends the elevator calling instruction to the data transmission device corresponding to the target elevator, and the data transmission device may send the elevator calling instruction to the control system corresponding to the target elevator, so that the control system controls the target elevator to move according to the moving track based on the elevator calling instruction. The data transmission device may be a short-distance data transmission device, such as a bluetooth device, or a long-distance data transmission device. The call operation by the terminal 102 may be implemented in two ways. For example, if the elevator is a short-distance transmission, a short-distance data transmission device is added at the elevator end, the short-distance data transmission device can perform short-distance data interaction with the terminal 102, through the data interaction, the terminal 102 can transmit the elevator calling instruction to the short-distance data transmission device, the short-distance data transmission device can also directly or indirectly communicate with the elevator control system and transmit the elevator calling instruction to the elevator control system, so that elevator calling operation is realized, and in addition, the short-distance data transmission device can transmit the elevator calling result fed back by the elevator control system to the terminal 102. If the remote transmission is performed, a data transmission device is added at the elevator end, a server 104 is arranged, the server 104 can be communicated with the data transmission device and the terminal 102, the data transmission device can be directly or indirectly communicated with an elevator control system, and the data transmission device can send an elevator calling instruction to the elevator control system and receive elevator calling results fed back by the elevator control system; the data transmission device can also interact with the server 104, the server 104 can record the data transmission device and the association relationship between the data transmission device and the elevator cabin, and the terminal 102 can acquire the information of the target elevator from the server 104. When the elevator calling operation is performed through the terminal 102, the terminal 102 sends an elevator calling instruction to the server 104, the server 104 forwards the instruction to the data transmission equipment, the data transmission equipment transmits the elevator calling instruction to the elevator control system for performing the elevator calling operation, and elevator calling results fed back by the elevator control system can be transmitted to the server 104, so that the server 104 can transmit the elevator calling results to the terminal 102. Thereby realizing the information transmission in elevator calling based on the knocking action. The above-mentioned data transmission device can be installed in one elevator area, one or several, for example in several public floors, or in every floor.
According to the quick elevator calling method, when the user triggering the knocking action on the terminal is detected, the knocking action combination formed by the knocking action is obtained, the preset matching rule base is inquired according to the knocking action combination, the target elevator to be called and the moving track of the target elevator are obtained, and according to the moving track, an elevator calling instruction is sent to the target elevator, so that the target elevator moves according to the moving track. Compared with the traditional method, the elevator calling is carried out by the mode of touch control and the like in the mobile phone application. According to the scheme, the use requirement of the user on the elevator is determined based on the knocking signal of the user on the terminal, the user does not need to directly operate the elevator or perform operation based on interface interaction on portable equipment, and the elevator calling efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, querying a preset matching rule base according to the combination of the knocking actions to obtain a corresponding elevator calling rule comprises: acquiring the times of the knocking actions in the knocking action combination; inquiring a preset matching rule base according to the times, determining a target elevator corresponding to the times and at least two stop floors corresponding to the target elevator, and obtaining the running track of the target elevator according to the at least two stop floors; and obtaining elevator calling rules according to the running track and the target elevator.
In this embodiment, the terminal 102 may determine the corresponding elevator calling rule based on the tapping action combination, so as to determine the moving track of the elevator that the user wants to call. The tap action combination may include various forms, for example, the terminal 102 may determine a corresponding calling rule based on the number of taps. The terminal 102 may obtain the number of times of the tapping in the tapping action combination, and query a preset matching rule base based on the number of times, so as to determine a target elevator which the user wants to convert and at least two stop floors corresponding to the target elevator, where the two stop floors include a floor where the target elevator stops first and a floor where the user needs to reach finally, so that the terminal 102 may obtain a running track of the target elevator, and obtain a calling rule based on the running track and related information of the target elevator.
The method for determining the elevator calling rule based on the knocking times can be a corresponding relation of fixed conditions. Specifically, the user may set a rule for tapping the terminal 102 in advance, where the rule is defined as: the office elevator is from building 1 to building 3 under continuous tapping 3, and the office is from building 3 to building 1 under continuous tapping device 4. The terminal 102 may match the corresponding rule and perform the elevator calling operation when detecting that the user continuously taps the terminal 102 for a corresponding number of times. The location, the number of taps, and the operation mode of the elevator in the rule can be set based on actual conditions.
Through the embodiment, the terminal 102 can determine the elevator which the user wants to call and the running track of the elevator based on the number of times the user taps the terminal 102, so that the elevator calling efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, further comprising: acquiring identification data sent by beacon sending equipment; the beacon transmitting equipment is arranged in a preset distance range of the elevator; and acquiring the position information of the elevator corresponding to the floor where the user is and/or the beacon transmitting equipment according to the identification data.
In this embodiment, the terminal 102 may determine the target elevator to call based on the beacon transmitting device at the time of the call. The beacon transmission device may be a device provided near the elevator, and for example, the beacon transmission device may be provided in a waiting area of the elevator, an elevator hoistway where the elevator is located, a doorway of a building where the elevator is located, or the like. The terminal 102 may obtain the identification data sent by the beacon sending device, and based on the identification data, obtain the floor where the user is located, and may also obtain the location information of the elevator corresponding to the beacon sending device, that is, the beacon sending device may be associated with the corresponding elevator. The beacon transmission device may be a short-range transmission device, such as a bluetooth device, and the location information may be information obtained based on broadcast data transmitted by the beacon transmission device. The beacon transmission device and the data transmission device may be the same device or may be independent devices. As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a beacon transmission device in one embodiment. The beacon transmitting device can be installed on each floor of a building where the elevator is installed, can also be installed on certain floors, and can periodically transmit a packet of data, wherein the data at least comprises data for identifying the elevator uniqueness, can also comprise floor information of the position where the beacon transmitting device is installed, can also comprise information of elevator operation and the like. The beacon transmission device has a correspondence relationship with the elevator, for example, if the beacon transmission device is associated with an elevator, one beacon transmission device is associated with one elevator; the association mode of the elevator and the beacon transmitting device can comprise: the user uses the terminal 102 to scan the data of the beacon transmitting device, and after receiving the data, the user manually associates the beacon transmitting device with the elevator in an elevator calling program; or the beacon transmitting device records the data for identifying the elevator uniqueness in the server 104 after being installed, a user uses the terminal 102 to scan the beacon transmitting device, the received data is transmitted to the server 104 through an elevator calling program, the server 104 can feed back the information of the elevator corresponding to the data to the elevator calling program, and therefore the terminal 102 can obtain the association relation between the beacon transmitting device and the elevator. If the beacon transmitting device corresponds to a floor, the data transmitted by the beacon transmitting device may include information about the floor on which the beacon transmitting device is located, that is, one beacon transmitting device corresponds to one floor of one elevator. The association mode of the elevator and the beacon transmitting device can comprise: the user scans the data of the beacon transmitting device by using the terminal 102, and manually associates the beacon transmitting device with the floor where the user of the elevator is located in the elevator calling program after receiving the data; or the beacon transmitting device records the data for identifying the elevator uniqueness in the server 104 after being installed, after the user uses the terminal 102 to scan and receive the data of the beacon transmitting device, the received data is transmitted to the server 104 through an elevator calling program, the server 104 feeds corresponding elevator information and floor information back to the elevator calling program, and therefore the terminal 102 can obtain the association relation between the beacon transmitting device and the elevator and the floor.
The terminal 102 may utilize the above-described beacon transmission device for elevator calling. For example, in one embodiment, querying a preset matching rule base according to a combination of tapping actions to obtain a corresponding elevator calling rule includes: acquiring a target elevator corresponding to the user and a floor where the user is located according to the identification data; acquiring the times of the knocking actions in the knocking action combination; inquiring a preset matching rule base according to the times, and determining at least two stop floors corresponding to the target elevator; taking the floor where the user is as a first stop floor and taking other stop floors as second stop floors; the first stop floor represents a floor at which the target elevator stops first; the second stop floor characterizes a floor where the target elevator stops after stopping at the first stop floor; and obtaining elevator calling rules according to the target elevator, the first stop floor and the second stop floor.
In this embodiment, the terminal 102 may determine, based on the identification data sent by the beacon sending device, the target elevator on which the user needs to take and the floor on which the user is located, for example, when the user approaches the elevator, the terminal 102 scans and receives the data sent by the beacon sending device nearby, so that the terminal 102 may determine, based on the data, the target elevator and the floor on which the user is located. Meanwhile, the terminal 102 may also receive the number of times of the knocking actions triggered by the user on the terminal 102, and query a preset matching rule base based on the number of times, so as to determine at least two stopping floors corresponding to the target elevator. Wherein at least two of the stopping floors can comprise the floor at which the elevator stops first and the destination floor the user wants to reach. After the determination, the terminal 102 may use the floor where the user is located as the first stop floor, i.e., the floor where the destination elevator stops first, and use the other stop floors as the second stop floor, i.e., the floor where the destination elevator stops after stopping at the first stop floor. So that the terminal 102 can get the call rules based on the destination elevator, the first stop floor, and the second stop floor. In addition, the user may include a case that the tapping action combination corresponds to more than two stopping floors in the preset rules, so that the at least two stopping floors obtained by querying the preset matching rule base may include more than two stopping floors, and at this time, after stopping the floor where the user is located, the terminal 102 may stop the remaining floors in sequence according to the sequence in the queried rules.
In addition, terminal 102 may also determine the elevator to call and the manner of operation of the elevator based on the geographic location of the user. For example, in some embodiments, querying a preset matching rule base according to a tapping action combination to obtain a corresponding elevator calling rule includes: acquiring a target elevator corresponding to the user, position information of the target elevator and a floor where the user is located according to the identification data; acquiring the times of the knocking actions in the knocking action combination; inquiring a preset matching rule base according to the times and the position information, and determining at least two stop floors corresponding to the target elevator; taking the floor where the user is as a first stop floor and taking other stop floors as second stop floors; the first stop floor represents a floor at which the target elevator stops first; the second stop floor characterizes a floor where the target elevator stops after stopping at the first stop floor; and obtaining elevator calling rules according to the target elevator, the first stop floor and the second stop floor.
In this embodiment, the terminal 102 may determine the floor where the user is located based on the data sent by the beacon sending device, and since the beacon sending device may correspond to the corresponding elevator, the terminal 102 may also determine the destination elevator that the user needs to call and the geographic location information where the destination elevator is located based on the beacon sending device. The terminal 102 may obtain the number of taps in the tap action combination, determine at least two stop floors of the target elevator based on the number of taps, and the terminal 102 may use the floor where the user is located as a first stop floor and the other floors as a second stop floor, so that the terminal 102 may obtain a call rule based on the target elevator, the first stop floor and the second stop floor. The terminal 102 in this embodiment does not need to query the target elevator that the user needs to call from the preset matching rule base, but directly determines the related information of the target elevator that the user needs to call through the data of the beacon transmitting device, so that the terminal 102 can determine the meaning represented by the number of user tapping times under the condition that the user has the information of the elevator that the user needs to call currently based on the different information of the target elevator. For example, for an elevator installed with a beacon transmitting device, the terminal 102 may actively scan when the user is approaching, and after scanning for data from the beacon transmitting device, the terminal 102 may determine an elevator that needs to be operated. When the scanned data contains floor information, the floor where the user is currently located can also be confirmed. When the preset matching rule base is set for the elevator provided with the beacon transmitting equipment, the judgment conditions of the elevator and the floor can be increased, and the same knocking action combination can be corresponding to different elevator and floor scenes by increasing the judgment conditions of the elevator and the floor. For example, a user defines an office building elevator from first floor to eighth floor under first floor tap terminal 102 three of the office building, and a user defines an office building elevator from eighth floor to first floor under eighth floor tap terminal 102 three of the office building; the user taps the terminal 102 three at home from first floor to sixteen floors at home, and taps the terminal 102 three at home from sixteen floors to first floor.
Through the above embodiment, the terminal 102 may determine the elevator that the user wants to call and the operation mode of the elevator based on the beacon sending device, the tapping action of the user on the terminal 102 and the preset matching rule base, so that the efficiency of elevator calling is improved.
In one embodiment, querying a preset matching rule base according to the combination of the knocking actions to obtain a corresponding elevator calling rule comprises: acquiring the times of each group of knocking actions in the plurality of groups of knocking actions in the knocking action combination and the time interval between each group of knocking actions; each set of tapping actions includes at least one tapping action; inquiring a preset matching rule base according to the times of each group of knocking actions and time intervals, determining a target elevator called by a user and at least two stopping floors corresponding to the target elevator, and obtaining a running track according to the at least two stopping floors; and obtaining elevator calling rules according to the running track and the target elevator.
In this embodiment, the combination of the tapping actions of the user on the terminal 102 may include multiple sets of tapping actions, for example, the user taps the terminal 102 multiple times, but the time intervals between the taps are not completely consistent, so that the terminal 102 may obtain the number of times of each set of tapping actions and the time interval between each set of tapping actions, where each set of tapping actions includes at least one tapping action. The terminal 102 may query a preset matching rule base by using the number of times of each group of knocking actions and a time interval, so as to determine a target elevator called by the user and at least two stopping floors corresponding to the target elevator, so as to obtain the running track based on the at least two stopping floors, and obtain the calling rule based on the running track and the target elevator. The at least two stopping floors may be floors corresponding to the number of times of each group of knocking actions and time intervals, and the at least two stopping floors may not include floors where the user is located. When the terminal 102 detects the tapping actions of the user, a plurality of tapping actions with time intervals smaller than the first time threshold value can be formed into a group, the user may generate a pause between a plurality of tapping actions, if the pause is greater than or equal to the first time threshold value and smaller than the second time threshold value, that is, within the time threshold value range, the terminal 102 detects the tapping actions of the user again, and the tapping actions can be regarded as a second group of tapping action combination corresponding to the plurality of tapping actions; if the pause is greater than or equal to the second time threshold, the terminal 102 will query the preset matching rule base by using the plurality of tapping actions already formed into a group, which is regarded as the end of tapping. Wherein the second time threshold is greater than the first time threshold. For example, the correspondence may be a rule of flexible condition. The user may set a rule for tapping the elevator in the terminal 102, including: under the condition of knocking 1, under the condition of stopping 1, under the condition of knocking M, under the condition of stopping 1, and under the condition of knocking N, the elevator in the home is represented from the building M to the building N; under the tap 2, under the pause 1, under the tap M, under the pause 1, under the tap N, the elevator representing the office building is from the building M to the building N. In addition, the rule can also be that the tap X represents the M building, the tap represents the N building, the tap 1, the pause 1, the tap X, the pause 1 and the tap Y represent the elevator at home from the M building to the N building; the specific numbers of X and M, Y and N may be different at this time.
Through the embodiment, the terminal 102 can determine the elevator which the user wants to call and the operation mode of the elevator based on the plurality of groups of tapping actions formed based on the pause in the tapping action combination tapped by the user, so that the elevator calling efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, querying a preset matching rule base according to the combination of the knocking actions to obtain a corresponding elevator calling rule comprises: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the times of knocking actions in a knocking action combination and the knocking force corresponding to each knocking action; inquiring a preset matching rule base according to the times and the knocking force, determining a target elevator corresponding to the times and the knocking force and at least two stopping floors corresponding to the target elevator, and obtaining a running track according to the at least two stopping floors; and obtaining elevator calling rules according to the running track and the target elevator.
In this embodiment, the terminal 102 may also detect the strength of the user's tap on the terminal 102. The terminal 102 may obtain the number of times of the tapping actions and the tapping force corresponding to each tapping action in the tapping action combination formed by the tapping actions triggered by the user, the terminal 102 may query a preset matching rule base based on the number of times and the tapping force, determine a target elevator corresponding to the number of times and the tapping force, and at least two stopping floors corresponding to the target elevator, so as to obtain a running track, and the terminal 102 obtains the elevator calling rule based on the running track and information of the target elevator. The corresponding relation between the knocking strength and the times and the target elevator and the stopping floor of the target elevator can be preset in a preset matching rule base. For example, the user taps the terminal 102M times, representing that the user needs to go from layer 1 to layer M; the user taps the terminal 102M times, representing the user's need from M layers to 1 layer. And, the user tapping the terminal 102M times, representing that the user requires an office elevator from floor 1 to floor M; the user taps the terminal 102M times, requiring home elevators from floor 1 to floor M, etc., on behalf of the user. The terminal 102 may also query the elevator calling rule based on a tapping action combination formed by continuous tapping actions including multiple different force taps.
In addition, the terminal 102 may also determine a corresponding elevator rule based on the difference in the location of the tap on the terminal 102. For example, in one embodiment, querying a preset matching rule base according to a combination of tapping actions to obtain a corresponding elevator calling rule includes: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the times of knocking actions in a knocking action combination and knocking parts on a terminal corresponding to each knocking action; inquiring a preset matching rule base according to the times and the knocking positions, determining target elevators corresponding to the times and the knocking positions and at least two stopping floors corresponding to the target elevators, and obtaining a running track according to the at least two stopping floors; and obtaining elevator calling rules according to the running track and the target elevator.
In this embodiment, the terminal 102 may also detect a tap location of the user on the terminal 102. The terminal 102 may obtain the number of times of the tapping actions and the tapping position on the terminal 102 corresponding to each tapping action in the tapping action combination formed by the tapping actions triggered by the user, the terminal 102 may query a preset matching rule base based on the number of times and the tapping position, determine a target elevator corresponding to the number of times and the tapping position, and at least two stopping floors corresponding to the target elevator, so as to obtain a running track, and the terminal 102 obtains the elevator calling rule based on the running track and information of the target elevator. The corresponding relation between the knocking positions and times and the target elevator and the stopping floors of the target elevator can be preset in a preset matching rule base. For example, the user taps the top half of terminal 102M times, representing that the user needs to go from layer 1 to layer M; the user taps the lower half of the terminal 102M times, representing the user's need from M layers to 1 layer. Alternatively, the user taps the top half of terminal 102M times, representing that the user requires office lifts from level 1 to level M; the user taps the lower half of the terminal 102M times, representing that the user needs home elevators from floor 1 to floor M, etc. The terminal 102 may also query the elevator calling rule based on a tapping action combination formed by continuous tapping actions including a plurality of different tapping positions.
In addition, the terminal 102 can also query the elevator calling rule based on the tapping action combination comprising different tapping forces and tapping positions. For example, the user may set rules in the terminal 102 in advance, including: tapping the upper half of the back of the terminal 102 for M times, wherein the upper half is heavy and light for N times, and represents that a home elevator goes from M floors to N floors; the lower half of the back of the terminal 102 is tapped M times and N times light, representing an office elevator from M floors to N floors, etc. So that the terminal 102 can determine the elevator calling rule based on the knocking strength and knocking position of the user on the terminal 102.
Through the above embodiment, the terminal 102 may determine the corresponding elevator calling rule based on the tapping force and/or the tapping position of the user, thereby improving the elevator calling efficiency.
