The method of claim 1, wherein when call forwarding is required, performing secondary screening on the terminals based on a preset terminal call forwarding priority and a distance between the latest position information fed back by each terminal and a position where a user is located, and determining to answer the call forwarding terminal comprises:
when call forwarding is needed, acquiring terminal information of each terminal in the terminal set;
carrying out priority ranking according to the terminal information of each terminal, and selecting the terminal with the highest priority as an initial answering call transfer terminal;
and when the distance between the position of the user and the initial answering call forwarding terminal is larger than a preset value, discarding the initial answering call forwarding terminal, returning to the step of performing priority ranking according to the terminal information of each terminal, and selecting the terminal with the highest priority as the initial answering call forwarding terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein when call forwarding is required, performing secondary screening on the terminals based on a preset terminal call forwarding priority and a distance between the latest position information fed back by each terminal and a position where a user is located, and determining to answer the call forwarding terminal comprises:
when call forwarding is needed, selecting terminals with a distance within a preset distance range from the position of the user as an initial call receiving and forwarding terminal set according to the terminal information of each terminal and the position of the user;
and selecting the terminal with the highest priority in the initial answering call forwarding terminal set as the answering call forwarding terminal according to the preset terminal call forwarding priority.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining the location of the user, and determining the receiving of the call forwarding terminal according to the terminal information of each terminal and the location of the user when the call forwarding is required comprises:
determining the position of a user;
judging whether the current call answering terminal senses the existence of a user;
when the current call receiving terminal does not sense the existence of the user, judging that call forwarding is needed;
and determining the answering call transfer terminal according to the terminal information of each terminal and the position of the user.
5. A terminal automatic call forwarding method is applied to a server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a terminal set carrying the same login information;
acquiring terminal information of each terminal in the terminal set, wherein the terminal information comprises terminal identity identification information and a terminal geographical position;
determining the position of a user, and selecting terminals with a distance within a preset distance range from the position of the user as an initial call receiving and transferring terminal set according to the terminal information of each terminal and the position of the user when call transferring is needed;
controlling equipment which is carried by a user and has a signal sending function to send a test signal to each terminal in the initial answering call forwarding terminal set, and acquiring the strength of a signal received by each terminal in the initial answering call forwarding terminal set;
selecting the terminal with the maximum received signal strength as an answering call transfer terminal;
establishing communication between a call initiating terminal and an answering call transfer terminal;
wherein the acquiring of the terminal information of each terminal in the terminal set includes:
sending a positioning request to each terminal, and requesting each terminal to feed back the latest position information so as to update the terminal information;
the determining the position of the user comprises:
when the position of a user is determined in an outdoor large range, a positioning request is sent to equipment with a positioning function carried by the user, the returned data of the equipment with the positioning function is received, and the position of the user is determined;
when the room where the user is located is required to be sensed, the room where the user is located is determined in an infrared sensing mode or an image data identification mode.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the step of determining the location of the user, and determining to receive the call forwarding terminal according to the terminal information of each terminal and the location of the user when the call forwarding is required comprises:
determining the position of a user;
judging whether the current call answering terminal senses the existence of a user;
when the current call receiving terminal does not sense the existence of the user, judging that call forwarding is needed;
and determining the answering call transfer terminal according to the terminal information of each terminal and the position of the user.
7. A terminal automatic call forwarding method is applied to a terminal and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a terminal information query instruction;
sending self terminal information, wherein the terminal information comprises identity identification information, a geographical position and a preset terminal call forwarding priority;
when receiving a call request of call forwarding generated after a server performs secondary screening on terminals based on preset terminal call forwarding priorities and distances between latest position information fed back by each terminal and the positions of users, and determining to answer the call forwarding terminals, pushing the call request, wherein the determination of the positions of the users comprises the following steps: when the server needs to sense the position of the user under the outdoor large range, sending a positioning request to the equipment with the positioning function carried by the user, receiving the returned data of the equipment with the positioning function, and determining the position of the user; when the server needs to sense the room where the user is located indoors, the room where the user is located is determined in an infrared sensing mode or an image data identification mode;
when the answering is agreed, generating and sending an answering agreement response instruction to the calling initiating terminal;
wherein, the sending of the terminal information of the terminal itself includes:
and receiving a positioning request sent by a server, and feeding back the latest position information to the server so as to update the terminal information of the server.
8. The automatic call forwarding method of claim 7, wherein the step of generating and transmitting an answer indication of answer to answer agreement to the originating call terminal when answer agreement is accepted comprises:
collecting image data of a user;
judging whether a user completes preset operation or not according to the image data;
and if the answer is finished, generating and sending an answer agreeing indication to the calling terminal.
9. A terminal automatic call forwarding method is applied to a terminal and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a terminal information query instruction;
sending self terminal information, wherein the terminal information comprises identity identification information and a geographical position;
when a call request of call forwarding generated by a server is received, pushing the call request, wherein the call request of call forwarding is generated by the server according to terminal information of each terminal and a user position, selecting a terminal with a distance between the terminal and the position of the user within a preset distance range as an initial answering call forwarding terminal set, controlling equipment with a signal sending function carried by the user to send a test signal to each terminal in the initial answering call forwarding terminal set, acquiring the strength of a signal received by each terminal in the initial answering call forwarding terminal set, and selecting the terminal with the maximum received signal strength as an answering call forwarding terminal, wherein the determination of the position of the user comprises the following steps: when the server needs to sense the position of the user under the outdoor large range, sending a positioning request to the equipment with the positioning function carried by the user, receiving the returned data of the equipment with the positioning function, and determining the position of the user; when the server needs to sense the room where the user is located indoors, the room where the user is located is determined in an infrared sensing mode or an image data identification mode;
when the answering is agreed, generating and sending an answering agreement response instruction to the calling initiating terminal;
wherein, the sending of the terminal information of the terminal itself includes:
and receiving a positioning request sent by a server, and feeding back the latest position information to the server so as to update the terminal information of the server.
10. The automatic call forwarding method of claim 9, wherein the step of generating and transmitting an answer indication of acceptance to the originating call terminal when acceptance is accepted comprises:
collecting image data of a user;
judging whether a user completes preset operation or not according to the image data;
and if the answer is finished, generating and sending an answer agreeing indication to the calling terminal.
11. A terminal automatic call transfer system is applied to a server and is characterized by comprising:
the terminal identification module is used for determining a terminal set carrying the same login information;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring terminal information of each terminal in the terminal set, wherein the terminal information comprises terminal identity identification information, a terminal geographical position and a preset terminal call transfer priority;
the terminal selection module is used for determining the position of a user, and when call forwarding is needed, performing secondary screening on the terminal and determining the terminal for answering the call forwarding based on the preset terminal call forwarding priority and the distance between the latest position information fed back by each terminal and the position of the user, wherein the step of determining the position of the user comprises the following steps: when the position of a user is determined in an outdoor large range in need of sensing, a server sends a positioning request to equipment with a positioning function carried by the user, receives data returned by the equipment with the positioning function, and determines the position of the user; when a user needs to be sensed in a room, determining the room in which the user is located by adopting an infrared sensing mode or an image data identification mode;
the communication establishing module is used for establishing communication between the call initiating terminal and the answering call transfer terminal;
the information acquisition module is further used for sending a positioning request to each terminal and requesting each terminal to feed back the latest position information so as to update the terminal information.
12. A terminal automatic call transfer system is applied to a server and is characterized by comprising:
the terminal identification module is used for determining a terminal set carrying the same login information;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring terminal information of each terminal in the terminal set, wherein the terminal information comprises terminal identity identification information and a terminal geographical position;
a terminal selection module, configured to determine a location of a user, and when call forwarding is required, select, according to terminal information of each terminal and the location of the user, a terminal that is within a preset distance range from the location of the user as an initial call forwarding terminal set, control a device with a signal sending function carried by the user to send a test signal to each terminal in the initial call forwarding terminal set, obtain strength of a signal received by each terminal in the initial call forwarding terminal set, and select a terminal with the greatest strength of the received signal as a call forwarding terminal, where the determining of the location of the user includes: when the position of a user is determined in an outdoor large range in need of sensing, a server sends a positioning request to equipment with a positioning function carried by the user, receives data returned by the equipment with the positioning function, and determines the position of the user; when a user needs to be sensed in a room, determining the room in which the user is located by adopting an infrared sensing mode or an image data identification mode;
the communication establishing module is used for establishing communication between the call initiating terminal and the answering call transfer terminal;
the information acquisition module is further used for sending a positioning request to each terminal and requesting each terminal to feed back the latest position information so as to update the terminal information.
13. A terminal automatic call forwarding system is applied to a terminal and is characterized by comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a terminal information inquiry instruction;
the system comprises a sending module, a receiving module and a sending module, wherein the sending module is used for sending terminal information of the sending module, and the terminal information comprises identity identification information, a geographical position and a preset terminal call transfer priority;
the pushing module is used for carrying out secondary screening on the terminals when receiving a call request of call forwarding generated after the server determines to answer the call forwarding terminal based on the preset terminal call forwarding priority and the distance between the latest position information fed back by each terminal and the position of the user, and pushing the call request, wherein the determination of the position of the user comprises the following steps: when the server needs to sense the position of the user under the outdoor large range, sending a positioning request to the equipment with the positioning function carried by the user, receiving the returned data of the equipment with the positioning function, and determining the position of the user; when the server needs to sense the room where the user is located indoors, the room where the user is located is determined in an infrared sensing mode or an image data identification mode;
the response module is used for generating and sending a response indication of answering to the calling initiating terminal when answering is agreed;
the sending system is further configured to receive a positioning request sent by a server, and feed back latest location information to the server to update the terminal information of the server.

the receiving module is used for receiving a terminal information inquiry instruction;

the sending system is further configured to receive a positioning request sent by a server, and feed back latest location information to the server to update the terminal information of the server.
