a signal receiver for receiving a wireless connection signal;
the processor is used for determining whether the wireless connection signal meets a first preset condition, wherein the first preset condition represents a condition capable of automatically switching a display mode, if the first preset condition is met, the processor establishes communication connection and switches the display mode of a current screen from a first display mode to a second display mode;
wherein the second display mode is an extended display mode for content sharing;
the second display mode specifically includes:
displaying an extended display window on the screen, wherein the content displayed by the extended display window is at least partially different from the content displayed by the current screen;
the processor is further configured to:
displaying target content in the extended display window according to a user instruction, and sharing and/or remotely sending the target content according to the user instruction;
and generating an identification instruction for enabling an operating system to identify the extended display window as a newly added display while displaying the extended display window, so that the extended display window on the current screen forms a virtual screen which is independent from the current screen, thereby realizing the function of the extended screen.
