Taking a test low-side driving regulator as an example, the working principle of the detection circuit is described, and the detection circuit is specifically as follows:
when the Power end is electrified, Q3 is conducted, the electrolytic capacitor C2 is charged, Q1 is conducted, the voltage of the B+ end is gradually increased, when the voltage of the B+ end is lower than the regulating voltage of the regulator, a low-side drive MOSFET in the regulator is turned on to pull the F end down, Q8 is turned off, Q7 is turned off, and Q2 is turned off to be non-conductive, so that the phase 1 is formed; when the voltage of the regulator reaches the B+ end, the low-side drive MOSFET in the regulator is turned off, the F end is divided into high potential through R17 and R7, Q6, Q7 and Q8 are conducted, Q2 is in a saturated state, Q3 is turned off, the electrolytic capacitor C2 is discharged through Q4, Q1 is gradually turned off, and the B+ voltage is gradually reduced after Q1 is turned off, which is called as stage 2. The stage 1 and the stage 2 are repeated in this way, and the voltage of the B+ terminal is stabilized at the regulating voltage point of the regulator, so that the detection and the regulation of the regulating voltage are realized.
The regulator has slightly different regulating voltages under different loads, the exciting duty ratio of the F end is different under different loads, the voltage detection of the regulator under different loads, namely duty ratio, can be realized by adjusting the R2 resistance value, and 12V and 24V test systems are respectively tested, and test data are shown in tables 1 and 2.
