The invention discloses an intelligent ammeter capable of preventing strong magnetic interference, and relates to the technical field of intelligent ammeters, wherein the intelligent ammeter comprises an ammeter, an ammeter box, a magnetic field shielding protective shell, a magnetic field detection sensor, a distance sensor, a reed switch, a controller and an alarm device; the magnetic field shielding protective shell is arranged in the electric meter box, the electric meter is arranged in the magnetic field shielding protective shell, the magnetic field detection sensor and the distance sensor are arranged on the magnetic field shielding protective shell, the reed switch and the controller are arranged in the electric meter box, and the alarm device is arranged outside the electric meter box; the controller is respectively connected with the magnetic field detection sensor, the distance sensor, the alarm device and the tripping circuit, and the reed switch is connected with the tripping circuit. According to the intelligent ammeter, the magnetic field shielding protective shell is used for protecting an internal device and shielding an external magnetic field, meanwhile, devices such as a magnetic field detection sensor, a reed pipe and a controller are used for triggering a trip circuit to cut off power, and an alarm device is used for giving an alarm, so that the safety of the intelligent ammeter is guaranteed, and the external strong magnetic interference is avoided.

the magnetic field shielding protection shell is arranged in an electric meter box, the electric meter is arranged in the magnetic field shielding protection shell, the magnetic field detection sensor is arranged on the magnetic field shielding protection shell, the distance sensor is arranged on one surface, close to the electric meter, of the magnetic field shielding protection shell, the reed switch and the controller are both arranged in the electric meter box, and the alarm device is arranged outside the electric meter box;
the controller is respectively connected with the magnetic field detection sensor, the distance sensor, the alarm device and the tripping circuit, and the reed pipe is connected with the tripping circuit.
The alarm device comprises a flashlight and a loudspeaker.
Preferably, the reed switch and the controller are installed in a magnetic field shielding protective shell of the electric meter box.
Preferably, the electric meter box comprises a box body and a box door, and the box body and the box door are connected through a hinge side face.

(3) The invention also provides a magnetic field detection sensor arranged in the magnetic field shielding protection shell and used for detecting the real-time change of the magnetic field, when the change of the magnetic field exceeds a set threshold value, the controller transmits the change to the communication terminal, and simultaneously controls the trip circuit to be powered off, thereby preventing the ammeter from being damaged, reducing the influence caused by strong magnetic interference and giving an alarm through the alarm device.
(3) The invention further reduces the influence of magnetic interference on the electricity meter through the reed switch, and when the magnetic field shielding and protecting shell can not completely shield a strong magnetic field, the reed switch detects the magnetic field of the internal cavity, so that the normally open contact of the reed switch is attracted to trigger the trip circuit to cut off the power.
(4) The electric meter device of the invention has multilayer protection. The first layer shields the internal device through the magnetic field shielding protective shell, prevents that the internal device from suffering destruction, protects the protective device on second layer, shields outside most magnetic field simultaneously. When a magnetic field still penetrates through the protective shell to enter the internal cavity, the magnetic field detection sensor, the reed pipe, the controller and other devices on the second layer can trigger the trip circuit to cut off the power supply. When the device is maliciously damaged, the distance sensor can detect the change of the distance without fail, the power is cut off through the controller, the safety of the intelligent ammeter is further ensured, meanwhile, the alarm device is used for alarming to attract the attention of the surrounding, and the phenomenon that the electricity is stolen through the strong magnetic interference of the outside is avoided.

The embodiment of the invention discloses an intelligent ammeter capable of preventing strong magnetic interference, and the intelligent ammeter comprises an ammeter 5 and an ammeter box, and further comprises a magnetic field shielding protective shell 4, a magnetic field detection sensor 9, a distance sensor 8, a reed switch 6, a controller 10 and an alarm device, wherein the ammeter box is shown in figure 1.
Magnetic field shielding protecting crust 4 is installed in the ammeter case, and the ammeter is installed in magnetic field shielding protecting crust 4, and magnetic field shielding protecting crust 4 is used for protecting ammeter 5. Magnetic field detection sensor 9 and distance sensor 8 all install on magnetic field shielding protecting crust 4, and wherein distance sensor 8 installs the one side that is close to ammeter 5 at magnetic field shielding protecting crust 4 for detect the distance between magnetic field shielding protecting crust 4 and the ammeter 5, the distance data that detect when someone maliciously damages protecting crust 4 can change certainly, consequently when the distance data that detect changes, indicate that protecting crust 4 has been damaged. The reed switch 6 and the controller 10 are both arranged in the electric meter box, and the alarm device is arranged outside the electric meter box; the controller 10 is respectively connected with the magnetic field detection sensor 9, the distance sensor 8, the alarm device and the tripping circuit, and the reed pipe 6 is connected with the tripping circuit. The controller 10 may be a single chip or other devices, which is not limited in the present invention.
The alarm device comprises a flashlight 11, a horn 12, see fig. 2.
In one embodiment, the reed switch 6 and the controller 10 are arranged in a magnetic field shielding protective shell 4 of an electric meter 5 box so as to fully ensure the safety of the reed switch 6 and other devices.
In specific application, ammeter case includes box 2 and chamber door 1, and box and chamber door pass through hinge 3 side and connect, installs flash light 11 and loudspeaker 12 in the outside of chamber door, refer to fig. 2, still installs handle 13 at the edge of chamber door, conveniently opens the chamber door and looks over ammeter 5.
The magnetic field shielding protective housing 4 is fixed on the box body, and further, the magnetic field shielding protective housing 4 is provided with a perspective window 7, so that the reading of the ammeter 5 can be conveniently checked through the perspective window in a non-contact manner.
For realizing the antimagnetic effect, the magnetic field shielding protective shell 4 uses antimagnetic materials for shielding the external magnetic field, and simultaneously protects each device structure of the internal installation and prevents the internal structure from being damaged. The antimagnetic material is selected from one or more of iron, nickel, soft magnetic materials and the like.
In one embodiment, the controller 10 is also wirelessly connected to a communication terminal, and the communication terminal displays monitoring data, wherein the monitoring data includes the magnetic field detected by the magnetic field detection sensor 9 and the amount of change thereof, the distance between the magnetic field shielding protective case 4 and the electricity meter 5 detected by the distance sensor 8, and the like. The communication terminal comprises a mobile terminal of a user, a security management service station of a community and the like.
The working process of the ammeter 5 device comprises the steps that when a person maliciously uses the strong magnetic interference device to interfere the ammeter 5, the external magnetic field is shielded by the magnetic field shielding protective shell 4. When outside magnetic field is too strong, a small part of magnetic field can pass protecting crust 4 and produce the influence to inside ammeter 5, at this moment, magnetic field detection sensor 9 and tongue tube 6 take effect, magnetic field detection sensor 9 will detect information transmission to controller 10, tongue tube 6 normally open contact will actuation simultaneously, trigger the trip circuit who is connected with it and cut off the power supply, controller 10 will relevant data transmission to communication terminal, control alarm device simultaneously and report to the police, arouse people around and security personnel's attention, the electricity stealing phenomenon that ammeter 5 is influenced by strong magnetic interference and leads to has been avoided. Except the above-mentioned condition, in order to prevent that magnetic field shielding protecting crust 4 and ammeter 5 from being maliciously damaged, consequently detect the distance between magnetic field shielding protecting crust 4 and the ammeter 5 through distance sensor 8, when the distance changes, show that the device suffers destruction, then controller 10 control trip circuit cuts off the power supply, and control alarm device reports to the police, reminds this information transmission to communication terminal simultaneously.
Further, a threshold value may be set, and when the magnetic field intensity detected by the magnetic field detection sensor 9 exceeds the set threshold value, the controller 10 performs a power-off operation while alarming.

An intelligent ammeter capable of preventing strong magnetic interference comprises an ammeter and an ammeter box, and is characterized by further comprising a magnetic field shielding protective shell, a magnetic field detection sensor, a distance sensor, a reed switch, a controller and an alarm device;
the magnetic field shielding protection shell is arranged in an electric meter box, the electric meter is arranged in the magnetic field shielding protection shell, the magnetic field detection sensor is arranged on the magnetic field shielding protection shell, the distance sensor is arranged on one surface, close to the electric meter, of the magnetic field shielding protection shell, the reed switch and the controller are both arranged in the electric meter box, and the alarm device is arranged outside the electric meter box;
the controller is respectively connected with the magnetic field detection sensor, the distance sensor, the alarm device and the tripping circuit, and the reed pipe is connected with the tripping circuit.

6. The smart electric meter capable of preventing strong magnetic interference according to claim 1, wherein the magnetic field shielding protection shell is made of a magnetic-proof material and shields an external magnetic field.
