Unlike the prior art, the fan 40 of the present embodiment is disposed above the cabinet 10, and wind pressure is input from top to bottom, and hot air delivered from the hot air input port 22 to the heat dissipation plate 20 is carried downward into the cabinet 10, so that air flow is generated inside the cabinet 10, and the drying process is accelerated. The temperature is even, the blast air does not have the dead angle in whole box 10, and drying effect is even, and usable drying space is big, and the different faces of sample all can obtain the heating drying, and drying process is efficient.
The air guide cover 30 is provided with a plurality of cleaning openings 32, the cleaning openings 32 are detachably provided with baffle plates 33, and the baffle plates 33 are connected to the surface of the air guide cover 30 through bolts. When the dryer operates, the mounting baffle 33 covers the cleaning opening 32, so that the air guide cover 30 has certain sealing performance, and the heat dissipation is reduced; when the dryer stops working, the baffle plate 33 can be removed, the inside of the wind guide cover 30 is cleaned through the cleaning opening 32, the cleanliness of the wind guide cover 30 and the internal equipment thereof can be effectively maintained, and the service life of the whole dryer can be prolonged.
The heat dissipation plate 20 is a honeycomb aluminum heat dissipation plate, and is subjected to protection treatment, so that the heat dissipation plate 20 has high heat dissipation efficiency, heat is uniformly distributed, and corrosion is not easy to occur. The object to be dried placed in the cabinet 10 tends to have a large humidity, and its water vapor adheres to the heat radiating plate 20, and a general heat radiating plate is easily hydrolyzed or rusted under such a humid condition. The heat dissipation plate 20 in this embodiment has a high IP protection level, and is not corroded by water vapor, and is suitable for the working conditions that acid and alkali vapor are generated.
The area of the heat dissipation plate 20 is larger than the area of the upper end opening of the box body 10, the shape of the sealing flow guide piece 21 is in a horn shape with the wide upper part and the narrow lower part, and the sealing flow guide piece 21 in the shape is beneficial to the radiation and the concentration of hot gas heat, so that the drying effect can be improved to a certain degree.
Four sides of the box body 10 are all provided with a movable door 11, the side edge of the movable door 11 is provided with a connecting piece, and the movable door 11 is hinged on the side surface of the box body 10 through the connecting piece. The movable doors 11 are arranged in four directions, so that the process of arranging the articles to be dried is easier and more convenient.
The movable door 11 is provided with a ventilation grille 12, and the ventilation grille 12 is also detachably provided with dustproof cotton. The air-permeable grille 12 can smoothly discharge the gas in the box body 10, ensure the rapid circulation of the gas in the box body 10 and accelerate the drying process; on the other hand, the ventilation grille 12 has little influence on the structural strength of the movable door 11, and does not damage the integrity of the movable door 11 and the box body 10. 5. A blower dryer according to claim 1, wherein a movable door is provided on a side of the cabinet, and an air-permeable grill is provided on the movable door.
6. A blower dryer according to claim 5, characterised in that the air-permeable grate is also detachably provided with dust-repellent cotton.
7. A blower dryer according to claim 5 wherein the movable door is further provided with a viewing window, the viewing window being formed by two layers of glass, the interlayer between the glass being a vacuum.
8. A blower dryer according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the cabinet is further provided with a base, and the base is provided with a lifting hole.
