FIG. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a liquid wash air sterilizer according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, a liquid-washing air-purifying sterilizer 100 mainly includes a water storage tank 101, an air supply device 102, a filter device 103, and a water pumping device 104.
Wherein, the water storage tank 101 is a barrel-shaped hollow structure. An air supply opening 105 is provided at the top of the water storage tank 101, and a liquid 106 is stored in the water storage tank 101. By way of example and not limitation, the liquid 106 may be water or other fluid having an air filtering function, and various chemical substances may be added to the water or the fluid to adsorb or eliminate various fine particles such as NOx in the air, so as to improve the air purifying and disinfecting effect.
The air supply device 102 is positioned below the water storage tank 101, so that the whole structure is compact and the assembly is convenient. The air supply device 102 includes a centrifugal fan 107 and an air outlet duct 108. One end of the air outlet pipe 108 is connected to the centrifugal fan 107, and the other end extends upwards into the water storage tank 101. The air outlet 109 of the air outlet pipe 108 reaches above the liquid level 120 of the liquid 106, and the air supply device 102 is used for introducing external air into the water storage tank 101.
The filtering device 103 is disposed on the top of the water storage tank 101 and includes at least one layer of filtering plate 110, and the filtering plate 110 is located above the air outlet 109.
The water pumping device 104 is disposed at the bottom of the water storage tank 101, and pumps the liquid 106 in the water storage tank 101 and discharges the liquid above the filter plate 110.
When the liquid-washing air purifying sterilizer 100 is in operation, the water pumping device 104 pumps the liquid 106 in the bottom of the water storage tank 101 to the upper side of the filter plate 110, and the liquid 106 flows downwards from the filter holes of the filter plate 110 and returns to the bottom of the water storage tank 101, so that a water film is formed on the surface of the filter plate 110. In the process, the centrifugal fan 107 works to generate negative pressure, external air is introduced above the liquid level 120 of the liquid 106 in the water storage tank 101 from the air outlet 109 of the air outlet pipe 108, pressure is formed in the water storage tank 101 by the continuously fed air, the air naturally moves upwards, the air passes through the filtering holes 114 of the filtering plate and is discharged layer by layer through the water film bubbling by the pressure, and therefore the air and the liquid 106 are fully mixed to achieve the purpose of cleaning and purifying the air.
Referring to fig. 1, solid arrows indicate air travel routes. The externally introduced air passes through the centrifugal fan 107, upwardly and circumferentially spreads over the liquid level 106 along the air outlet pipe 108, and then upwardly passes through the filter holes 114 of the filter plate 110, and the air after being cleaned and sterilized is discharged from the air outlet 105 of the water storage tank 101. The dashed arrows indicate the circulation path of the liquid 106, and the pumping device 104 pumps the liquid 106 in the water storage tank 101 and releases the liquid above the filter plate 110, downward through the filter plate 110, and back to the bottom of the water storage tank 101.
Preferably, a water baffle 111 is disposed between the filtering device 103 and the air outlet 109 of the air outlet pipe 108. One function of the water baffle 111 is to prevent the liquid 106 falling through the filter 110 from directly flowing into the outlet opening 109 of the outlet duct 108. The water guard 111 also serves to guide air to disperse the air discharged into the water storage tank 101 to the surrounding.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic structure of the first filter plate and the second filter plate according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the structure of the filter plate of fig. 1. As shown, preferably, the filter device 103 includes a first filter plate 112 and a second filter plate 113 arranged in a horizontal direction, and the first filter plate 112 is positioned above the second filter plate 113. It will be readily appreciated that the number of filter panels 110 is not limited to the filter arrangement 103, and that more filter panels 110 may be provided to enhance the filtering effect.
Preferably, the filter holes 114 of the first filter plate 112 have a larger pore size than the filter holes 114 of the second filter plate 113, so that the flow rate of the liquid 106 flowing through the first filter plate 112 is slightly larger than the flow rate of the liquid 106 flowing through the second filter plate 113. Set up like this for keep the liquid 106 of a take the altitude on the second filter 113, the air is upwards discharged at the time of upwards passing second filter 113 to the bubbling mode, has further increased the contact time of liquid 106 also air, promotes purifying effect.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2, the filter holes 114 of the first filter plate 112 are offset to one side of the first filter plate 112, and the filter holes 114 of the second filter plate 113 are offset to one side of the second filter plate 113. A water guide groove 121 is provided on the first filter plate 112 and the second filter plate 113 to guide the liquid 106 to the filter holes 114. More preferably, the filter holes 114 of the first filter plate 112 and the filter holes 114 of the second filter plate 113 do not overlap in a vertical direction. The arrangement can change the upward path of the air, prolong the contact time of the air and the liquid 106 and improve the purification effect.
Preferably, the filter holes 114 of the first and second filter plates 112 and 113 are non-uniformly arranged. Referring to fig. 3, a plurality of filtering holes 114 are formed in the filtering plate 110, and the filtering holes 114 are non-uniformly arranged and have different sizes.
Preferably, the water pumping device 104 includes a water pump 115 and a water outlet pipe 116. The water pump 115 is fixed at the bottom of the water storage tank 101, and is convenient to install and position. The outlet 117 of the outlet tube 116 extends upwardly above the filter plate 110.
Preferably, the filter device 103 further comprises a defogging layer 118. The defogging layer 118 is disposed above the water outlet 117. Specifically, the water outlet 117 of the water outlet pipe 116 extends into the interior of the filter device 103 and is located between the defogging layer 118 and the filter layer. The defogging layer 118 has defogging and sound damping functions.
Preferably, a water inlet and outlet device 119 is disposed on the wall of the water storage tank 101. The water intake and discharge means 119 may be manual or automatic. The liquid 106 in the outlet pipe 116 can be replaced or supplemented with liquid 106 periodically by the water inlet and outlet means 119 to maintain the normal use of the liquid wash air sterilizer 100.
The liquid washing air purification sterilizer provided by the invention has the effects of cleaning and purifying oil smoke, haze, dust and the like in the air, can also remove various micro particles such as NOx and the like, has a good purification effect, and is particularly suitable for improving the urban air quality and improving the life quality. Multiple liquid wash air purification sanitizers may build an air purification system to improve air quality in larger spaces.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the above-described exemplary embodiments of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention cover the modifications and variations of this invention provided they come within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.
