本发明公开了一种带反射屏的吹风装置,由反射屏、出风盒、风机及电热管组成,反射屏中部为弧形板、下部为底板,顶部为盖板,电热管安在弧形板前方,风机紧贴在底板的下底面,出风盒紧贴在底板的上平面,出风盒位于电热管的后下方,出风盒上部为出风面,出风面上有出风口,本发明的有益效果是:本装置的出风盒安在反射屏的下部,因小巧不影响反射屏外观和反射电热管热量,出风盒在下部吹风,促使电热管上方的热量向下移动形成循环热风吹出,达到理想的热风取暖效果。

本发明涉及取暖电器技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种带反射屏的吹风装置。
背景技术
目前的发热体吹风装置外形都较高,且成本高,影响外观,特别是影响反射屏反射热量的效果,因此,如何提供一种小巧的吹风装置成为本领域人员急需解决的问题。
本发明的目的在于:提供一种带反射屏的吹风装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明是这样构成的:带反射屏的吹风装置由反射屏(1)、出风盒(2)、风机(3)及电热管(4)组成,反射屏(1)中部为弧形板(11)、下部为底板(12),顶部为盖板(13),底板(12)设风机孔(14),电热管(4)安在底板(12)上或安在底板(12)与盖板(13)上,风机(3)紧贴在底板(12)的下底面,出风盒(2)紧贴在底板(12)的上平面,出风盒(2)位于电热管(4)的后下方,出风盒(2)为筒形(21),上部为出风面(22),出风面(22)上有出风口(23),风机(3)产生的风通过风机孔(14)和出风盒(2)从出风口(23)吹到电热管(4)上,带走电热管产生的热量。
本发明的有益效果是:本装置的出风盒安在反射屏的下部,因小巧不影响反射屏外观和反射电热管热量,出风盒在下部吹风,促使电热管上方的热量向下移动形成循环热风吹出,达到理想的热风取暖效果。

本发明的实施例:本实施例是这样构成的:带反射屏的吹风装置由反射屏(1)、出风盒(2)、风机(3)及电热管(4)组成,反射屏(1)中部为弧形板(11)、下部为底板(12),顶部为盖板(13),底板(12)设风机孔(14),电热管(4)为碳纤维管,端头分别安在底板(12)与盖板(13)上,风机(3)紧贴在底板(12)的下底面,出风盒(2)紧贴在底板(12)的上平面,出风盒(2)位于电热管(4)的后下方,出风盒(2)为圆筒形(21),上部为45度出风面(22),出风面(22)上有3个直槽口形出风口(23),直槽口形出风口(23)有5mm高的导向壁,出风盒(2)的下部有均分的4个带孔的搭子,风机(3)通个4个螺栓与出风盒(2)紧固,风机(3)产生的风通过风机孔(14)和出风盒(2)从出风口(23)斜向吹到电热管(4)上,带走电热管产生的热量。
