Abstract

This assembled prestressing force anticollision barrier for bridge has solved current assembled bridge anticollision barrier mosaic structure unstability, causes the unsatisfactory problem of anticollision effect.

Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in the fabricated prestressed crash barrier for a bridge according to the present invention, the upper end of the construction steel bar 3 is provided with the first guide grooves 11 vertically arranged and penetrating both sides of the construction steel bar 3, the upper end side portion of the finish pre-stressed rolled threaded steel pipe 5 is provided with the second guide grooves 13 vertically distributed, the bolts 8 are assembled between the first guide grooves 11 and the second guide grooves 13, and the second guide grooves 13 are L-shaped. A sliding block 7 is placed in the prestress finish rolling threaded steel pipe 5, one end of a bolt 8 is hinged to the sliding block 7, and the other end of the bolt 8 is fixed through a nut 6 after extending out of a first guide groove 11.
The second guide groove 13 is designed to be L-shaped, one end of the bolt 8 is arranged in the first guide groove 11, and the other end of the bolt is hinged with a slide block 14 arranged in the second guide groove 13, so that the design aims to rotate the construction steel bar 3 and the pre-stress finish rolling threaded steel pipe 5 and ensure that the sliding groove 10 on the construction steel bar and the corresponding locking rod 9 can be aligned and fixed.
Referring to fig. 4, in the fabricated prestressed crash barrier for a bridge according to the present invention, support tables 12 are provided outside the structural steel bars 3 and the prestressed finish-rolled threaded steel pipes 5, and the anchor steel plates 4 are provided on the support tables 12.
The anchor steel plates 4 are placed on the plurality of support tables 12, and it is possible to ensure that the anchor steel plates 4 are effectively supported, so that accurate positioning and stable fixing are performed on the plurality of construction steel bars 3 and the pre-stressed finish-rolled threaded steel pipe 5.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the fabricated prestressed anti-collision guardrail for the bridge is simple to assemble, high in strength and good in stability after all the components are assembled together, and can achieve a good anti-collision effect; in addition, the assembled prestressed anti-collision guardrail for the bridge, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages of simple overall structure, lower manufacturing cost and better market popularization and application prospect.

1. The assembled prestress anti-collision guardrail for the bridge is characterized by comprising a bottom plate (1), wherein two rows of fixed pipes are arranged on the bottom plate (1), each fixed pipe (2) in one row of fixed pipes is provided with a constructional steel bar (3), and each fixed pipe (2) in the other row of fixed pipes is provided with a prestress finish rolling threaded steel pipe (5); an anchoring steel plate (4) is arranged between the constructional steel bar (3) and the prestress finish rolling threaded steel pipe (5); each construction steel bar (3) and the corresponding pre-stress finish-rolled threaded steel pipe (5) are arranged together.
2. The fabricated prestressed crash barrier for bridges according to claim 1, wherein said base plate (1) is formed by splicing a plurality of units.

The fabricated prestressed crash barrier for bridges according to claim 2, wherein a locking rod (9) is provided in said fixed tube (2); and sliding grooves (10) are formed in the side parts of the construction steel bars (3) and the side parts of the prestress finish rolling threaded steel pipes (5).
4. The fabricated prestressed crash barrier for bridges according to claim 3, wherein each of said construction steel bars (3) and the corresponding said finish prestressed threaded steel pipe (5) are assembled together by means of bolts (8).

The fabricated prestressed crash barrier for bridges according to claim 4, wherein the upper end of the construction steel bar (3) is provided with a first guide groove (11) vertically arranged and penetrating both sides of the construction steel bar (3), the upper end side portion of the finish pre-stressed rolled threaded steel pipe (5) is provided with a second guide groove (13) vertically distributed, and the bolt (8) is assembled between the first guide groove (11) and the second guide groove (13).

The fabricated prestressed crash barrier for bridges according to claim 6, wherein a sliding block (7) is placed in the prestressed finish-rolled threaded steel pipe (5), one end of the bolt (8) is hinged to the sliding block (7), and the other end of the bolt (8) is fixed through a nut (6) after extending out of the first guide groove (11).
