The control method of the circulating fan can be applied to central control equipment, the central control equipment comprises terminal equipment or a server, and the terminal equipment can be electronic equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer and an intelligent television; the server may be a single server or a server cluster including a plurality of servers.
It should be noted that the control method of the circulation fan may also be applied to a circulation fan, for example, the circulation fan acquires a first air supply parameter and a second air supply parameter corresponding to a current air supply gear of the circulation fan, where the first air supply parameter includes an air supply time length; detecting the current dryness of the clothes on the clothes hanger; and adjusting the air supply duration according to the current dryness and the second air supply parameter.
The following explanation will be given taking an example in which the control method of the circulation fan is applied to a central control apparatus.
Some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a control method of a circulation fan according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The control method of the circulation fan may include steps S10 to S30, and specifically may be as follows:
and step S10, acquiring a first air supply parameter and a second air supply parameter corresponding to the current air supply gear of the circulating fan, wherein the first air supply parameter comprises air supply duration.
Specifically, after the circulation fan is started, the circulation fan starts air supply operation according to air supply gears selected by a user, each air supply gear corresponds to different air supply parameters, the air supply parameters can comprise a first air supply parameter and a second air supply parameter, and the first air supply parameter can comprise air supply duration.
For example, the air supply gears may include gear 1, gear 2 and gear 3, the air supply wind power corresponding to gear 1 to gear 3 is sequentially and correspondingly increased, the circulation fan may supply air circularly for 360 degrees, the air supply range may be set, and the air supply duration corresponding to each gear is the preset air supply duration, such as gear 1, the corresponding air supply duration is 1 hour, gear 2, the corresponding air supply duration is 2 hours, and the like.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a position relationship diagram of a clothes rack and a circulation fan, the circulation fan can be used for drying clothes, and when the circulation fan is aligned with the clothes on the clothes rack, air supply operation can be performed according to an air supply gear selected by a user.
Step S20, detecting the current dryness of the laundry on the laundry rack.
Specifically, when the user uses the circulation fan for drying the laundry, the circulation fan may be placed near the laundry stand, and the circulation fan may be used to blow the laundry directly. At this time, the current dryness of the laundry on the laundry rack may be detected first.
In some embodiments, detecting the current dryness of the clothes on the clothes rack can be performed by image processing, specifically: and acquiring a target image of clothes on the clothes hanger, and determining the dryness of the clothes according to the target image.
In some embodiments, the camera may be installed on the circulation fan or a wall surface near the laundry rack for shooting the laundry on the laundry rack, as shown in fig. 3, the camera is installed on the circulation fan, and the user may flexibly set the turn-on time of the camera according to the actual needs of the user to obtain the target image of the laundry on the laundry rack. For example, when the clothes are detected to be on the clothes hanger and the circulating fan is detected to be located near the clothes hanger, the camera is started to collect the target image of the clothes on the clothes hanger, and the collected target image is sent to the central control device.
And after obtaining the target image, the central control equipment inputs the target image into a preset convolutional neural network to obtain the dryness of the clothes. The convolutional neural network comprises an input layer, a plurality of convolutional layers, a pooling layer, a default frame layer and an output layer, wherein the default frame layer is used for selecting the aspect ratio of a default frame according to the plurality of convolutional layers. Specifically, the training samples are input into the deep learning convolutional neural network, and the deep learning convolutional neural network is trained by using a deep learning framework cafe to obtain a trained convolutional neural network. Wherein dryness is used to characterize the dryness of the laundry, in some embodiments, dryness is used to represent the remaining ratio of the laundry after removing moisture. The training sample is an image of clothes with various dryness degrees, including clothes of different materials, sizes and types. The dryness of the clothes can be quickly obtained by detecting the target image containing the clothes through the trained convolutional neural network.
In one embodiment, the convolutional neural network comprises a preprocessing sublayer and a feature extraction sublayer; the inputting the target image into a preset convolutional neural network to obtain the dryness of the clothes comprises: preprocessing the target image through the preprocessing sublayer to obtain a preprocessed target image; and performing feature extraction on the preprocessed target image based on the feature extraction sublayer to obtain the dryness of the clothes. The preprocessing sublayer is used for preprocessing a target image, and the preprocessing process comprises smoothing denoising, corrosion, expansion and the like. Meanwhile, the target image is further processed according to detection methods, such as edge detection, gray scale change, spot detection, depth detection, and the like. And the feature extraction sublayer is used for performing feature extraction on the preprocessed target image to obtain the dryness of the clothes. The dryness of the laundry may be the dryness of each piece of laundry, or may be an average, mode, or maximum of the dryness of a plurality of pieces of laundry, and the present application is not particularly limited. The dryness of the clothes is identified through the convolutional neural network, and the accuracy of dryness characteristic identification can be improved.
In some embodiments, detecting the current dryness of the clothes on the drying rack may be performed by means of a weight sensor measurement, specifically: acquiring the weight of clothes of the clothes hanger, and determining the dryness of the clothes according to the weight of the clothes.
In some embodiments, a weight sensor may be disposed on the laundry rack, when the laundry rack is hung with clothes, the current weight is recorded, in the process of drying the clothes, the weight is recorded at preset time intervals, based on the weight change curvature value, it is determined whether there is an inflection point that tends to be horizontal at a certain time before the set drying completion time, when the inflection point appears, it is determined that the clothes are dried, at this time, the drying record may be recorded, so that the drying record is called when the clothes are dried again, and thus the corresponding current dryness is obtained.
It can be understood that the method for detecting the current dryness of the clothes on the clothes hanger is not limited to the image processing or the measurement by the weight sensor, and the humidity can be measured by a humidity sensor, which is not described herein again.
And step S30, adjusting the air supply duration according to the current dryness and the second air supply parameter.
Specifically, after the current dryness of the clothes on the clothes hanger is obtained, the second air supply parameters and the dryness are analyzed, the air supply time of the circulating fan is determined according to the analysis result, the central control device intelligently controls the circulating fan to blow based on the air supply time, the user does not need to control the circulating fan to blow by himself, and user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, adjusting the air supply time period may include: determining the expected drying time of the clothes according to the current dryness and the second air supply parameter, wherein the expected drying time is a time required by the current dryness not less than the preset dryness; and adjusting the air supply time to the expected airing time.
The length of time is for confirming when expected to dry the required time of the degree of dryness of clothing is greater than or equal to predetermined preset degree of dryness, and this preset degree of dryness can be set up by the user is nimble, and this application does not do specifically and restricts, and optional preset degree of dryness is 90%.
Specifically, the second air supply parameter and the dryness are input into a pre-trained deep learning model to obtain the predicted drying time of the clothes, wherein the deep learning model comprises a convolutional neural network, such as a CNN or R-CNN convolutional neural network. The deep learning model is obtained by performing iterative training on the deep learning model through a data set marked with a corresponding relation between a second air supply parameter and the dryness and the expected airing time. For example by passing. The expected drying time of the clothes can be quickly and accurately determined through the trained deep learning model.
Specifically, the second air supply parameter may include an air supply wind power, an air supply range and a swing parameter, and different air supply gears correspond to different air supply wind powers, air supply ranges and swing parameters.
In an embodiment, the specific manner of adjusting the air supply time to the expected airing time is as follows: determining whether the air supply time of the current air supply gear is longer than the expected airing time; if the air supply time is less than the expected airing time, increasing the air supply time to reach the expected airing time; if the air supply time length is larger than the expected airing time length, the air supply time length is reduced to reach the expected airing time length. It should be noted that, after the expected airing time is obtained, the air supply time corresponding to the current air supply gear is adaptively adjusted. For example, if the current dryness of the clothes on the clothes hanger is 30%, and the original air supply time is 2 hours and the obtained expected drying time is 4 hours on the basis of the determination of the second air supply parameter at the current air supply gear in order to reach the preset dryness of 90%, then the first air supply parameter of the air supply time at the current air supply gear is adjusted to be consistent with the expected drying time and to be 4 hours. On the contrary, if the current dryness of the clothes on the clothes hanger is 30%, and the preset dryness is 90%, on the basis of determining the second air supply parameter at the current air supply gear, the original air supply time at the current air supply gear is 2 hours, and the obtained expected drying time is 1.5 hours, then the first air supply parameter of the air supply time at the current air supply gear is adjusted to be consistent with the expected drying time, and is 1.5 hours.
Under current gear, after the length of time adjustment is the prediction is dried for the length of time with the air supply, carry out the air supply operation with air supply wind-force and air supply scope under the current gear, simultaneously, be less than the prediction and dry for the length of time when the air supply is long, carry out the real-time dryness fraction detection of clothing, if real-time dryness fraction is less than predetermineeing real-time dryness fraction, then can suitably adjust air supply wind-force, it enlarges to be about air supply wind-force, make the real-time dryness fraction of clothing match with predetermineeing real-time dryness fraction, thereby guarantee to reach the prediction and dry for the length of time when the air supply, can guarantee that the clothing reaches and predetermine the dryness fraction.
When the air supply time reaches the preset air drying time, the circulation fan is controlled to stop air supply operation, so that clothes can be dried, the intelligent adjustment of the air supply time under the current air supply gear is realized, and the waste of too many air supply resources of the circulation fan is avoided.
The application discloses control method, circulation fan and computer readable storage medium of circulation fan, when the circulation fan is opened according to current air supply gear, begin to carry out the air supply operation according to current air supply gear correspondence first air supply parameter and second air supply parameter, at this moment, after detecting the current dryness fraction of the clothing on the clothes hanger that dries in the air, again according to current dryness fraction and second air supply parameter suitably adjust the air supply duration of current air supply gear for current air supply duration can be effectively with on the clothes hanger, under the different weather, the clothing of different humidity weathers with suitable duration. According to the air supply control method and device, the air supply gear does not need to be manually adjusted like the prior art, after the fixed air supply gear is selected, the circulating fan can be intelligently controlled to blow air according to the actual condition of clothes, the intelligent degree is high, and the user experience is effectively improved; and, satisfy the demand that the user used the diversification to the circulation fan.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, step S30 may further include:
step S31, based on the current dryness and the current air supply gear, searching the air supply history record;
step S32, if a drying record corresponding to the current dryness and the current air supply gear exists in the air supply historical record, calling the drying record;
and step S33, updating the air supply duration to the corresponding historical air supply duration in the airing record.
Specifically, the air supply time length is adjusted, and the adjustment can also be performed according to a history, that is: according to the current dryness of the clothes and the second air supply parameter, searching an air supply history record, for example, in the air supply history record, a second air supply parameter corresponding to a plum rain season and a historical dryness of the clothes are recorded, and the historical second air supply parameter and the historical dryness correspond to an airing record, for example, on the basis of determining the second air supply parameter under the current air supply gear, the historical clothes dryness is 30%, in the corresponding historical airing record, the historical air supply time is 4 hours, then, when the current dryness is determined to be 30% and the clothes are in the same plum rain season under the same second air supply parameter, the historical air supply time can be directly called for 4 hours, and the air supply time under the current air supply gear is updated to be 2 hours and 4 hours.
Correspondingly, under the current gear, after the air supply time length is adjusted to the historical air supply time length, the air supply operation is carried out by the air supply wind power and the air supply range under the current gear, meanwhile, the air supply time length is smaller than the expected air drying time length as the historical air supply time length, the real-time dryness detection of the clothes is carried out, if the real-time dryness is smaller than the preset real-time dryness, the air supply wind power can be properly adjusted, the air supply wind power is increased, the real-time dryness of the clothes is matched with the preset real-time dryness, and the clothes can be guaranteed to reach the preset dryness when the air supply time length reaches the expected air drying time length.
When the air supply time reaches the preset air drying time, the circulation fan is controlled to stop air supply operation, so that clothes can be dried, the intelligent adjustment of the air supply time under the current air supply gear is realized, and the waste of too many air supply resources of the circulation fan is avoided.
